- Road59767722969 (8/5): Very nice hotel…but a tad overpriced. - Nice location, modern and clean. Rooms were small even for a King plus sofa bed, but well appointed. Relatively quiet room even though we were next to the elevators. We asked for a canyon view…we were given a partial canyon view, so I recommend asking for an un-obstructed canyon view. Staff were courteous and kind. The restaurant food was just so-so and our waiter kinda left us in limbo waiting for the check. Breakfast buffet was good with a large set up and responsive staff when food got low. The hotel itself IMO was over priced. And don’t be surprised like we were when they have you pay for outdoor parking at $20 a day.

- Jordanq (4/5): Mothitality gone wrong - The service was good. Bath towels were soft. Room was spacious! There were moths everywhere. Every time we would kill one, another one would fly in somewhere in the room. Our windows were closed. I think it would come in through the vents. The scariest part was when we went to bed and I heard something flapping around hitting the ceiling. The front desk told us that there were bats around last year that would control the moth problem. But this year there is an infection impacting the bats. So unfortunately there is an uncontrollable amount of moths everywhere in the hotel. The front desk was nice though.

On a voulu nous facturer 20 dollars pour le parking alors que celui ci est renseigné gratuit. De même, sur notre réservation il était indiqué 15 h pour le check in alors qu en réalité il est à 16h mais heureusement nous avons pu avoir notre chambre plus tôt en insistant. Clairement les clients de Booking.com sont traités différemment que les clients passant par le site de réservation de l hôtel.

Sehr teure Parkgebühren von 20$ nicht im Verhältnis. Das Hotel ist ok, aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vermutlich macht die Lage hier den Übernachtungspreis.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the hotel is well situated to visit the main attractions and also has lovely views overlooking the Glen Canyon Dam. The well appointed rooms are spotlessly clean with good amenities. We had a meal each evening in the Prickly Pear and enjoyed the delicious food there. Breakfast lacked a bit of choice but we thought what was on offer was nice. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt when visiting Page

- NYC-G-Unit (8/5): A good option while in Page - This hotel has good bones—great location, incredible views out back, delicious breakfast. However, the hotel recently sold and is under new management and it’s clearly short-staffed. The line to check-in went from the lobby desk to the front door with only one person at reception. Pool was not heated and freezing cold so we couldn’t use it much. They also charge $20 per night for surface lot parking. Do need to give a thank you to Lee who went out of her way to make us comfortable at each meal.

Einfaches Frühstück (Buffet) ist im Preis inbegriffen. Kleines, einfaches Fitnesszenter. Auf jeder Etage befindet sich eine Laundry. Wir würden in Page jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Parkplatz muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden USD 20.00 pro Nacht. Ist etwas ärgerlich, aber leider "normal" in den USA.

- shawnspencer349 (2/5): Dirty and no accountability - I had a very disappointing experience staying at this Hyatt location. After traveling all day and driving over four hours to visit Antelope Canyon, the last thing I expected was to check into a dirty room. When I got into bed, I found multiple pieces of hair not only on top of the sheets but also underneath them and on the pillows. This is a basic cleanliness issue and completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that carries the Hyatt name. I reported the issue immediately, expecting at least some level of accountability or customer care. Instead, I was offered nothing no compensation, no points, not even a meaningful apology. The only response was that they would “address housekeeping,” which does nothing to make up for my experience as a paying guest. After a long day of travel, this completely ruined my stay. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and the lack of any effort to make this right makes it even worse. I will not be staying here again, and I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting basic standards to be met.

Lot of options for dinner nearby and the restaurant inside the hotel serves great food with excellent ambience. Spring was perfect time to visit and the balcony outside the restaurant offers great views, they also have a tabletop fireplace to keep it warm if it gets cold.

- SydneyTimetraveller (10/5): Excellent hotel, made even better by the friendly staff! - 3 x vegetarians, 1 x vegan. Family of 4 travelling with extended family for reunion. Well located hotel, 5 mins drive from shops, 15 minutes to antelope canyon, and 10 minutes to Horseshoe Bend. Easy check in. Rooms were decent size and relatively modern. Outdoor pool, and small basic gym. They allow you to bring outside food into their dining room which was a bonus. Hotel breakfast had a good range of vegan/vegetarian options, though I'd love to see better labelling. Where this hotel shines is the friendly staff, particularly the bar/waiters/kitchen staff and room service staff. They all greeted you with a smile. Special mention to Gordon at breakfast, super friendly and gave us some site-seeing suggestions, and to Tristen who was super friendly and caring.

- Mouzouris (10/5): Best hotel in Page - We stayed for just one night on our way from Zion to Grand Canyon so we could see the horseshoe bend and Antelope canyon which is 10-15 min away. We were able to check in a couple of ours early with no issues. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is a little sketchy getting there but once you get there the view and hotel are amazing. There is a $10 fee for parking which was a little surprising but not a big deal. Also the free breakfast was a lot better than what we were expecting. Highly recommend staying if in the area.

- 228Oliver (2/5): Beyond expectations - The breakfast experience was disappointing. The buffet area appeared unclean, and used dishes were not cleared from the tables in a timely manner. The food itself was below average in both quality and presentation. In addition, the atmosphere was very loud and lacked any sense of comfort or hospitality, making it an overall uninviting experience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the view up on the cliff facing the dam was wonderful, and the restaurant at the ground floor exceeded expectations.
- elizabethfL1840FE (8/5): Good hotel in Page - The hotel was very nice—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pool area was a highlight, and having laundry facilities on-site was definitely a plus. I also appreciated that the front desk was able to provide change for the machines. One thing to note: the $2 laundry option only covers the most basic wash cycle. I wish I had known that ahead of time when exchanging bills, especially since I was traveling with a carsick child and needed a more thorough wash. Parking was convenient, and the breakfast offerings were good overall. However, I was disappointed that the hotel did not allow early check-in, even when I arrived less than an hour before the standard 4 PM time. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor inconveniences.

- Ryan (8/5): Family friendly and a nice clean place to stay. - Very clean and a very friendly staff. Free breakfast was a great bonus. Only one issue that I did not love. We arrived early just to verify when we could check in. When giving our name the front desk said she could offer a free upgrade to a two queen bed room. That is what we normally order because most places don’t have a sofa bed. I asked what we had booked, she said a king bed but left out the fact that we had a sofa bed. In the end we came back and I said that I wanted my original booking of a king bed and a sofa bed, they said it was not available. It became very quickly apparent that they had overbooked the King bed rooms and told a half truth to get us to switch. I would have appreciated the truth and a free drink at the bar instead of the tricks. Just my 2 cents.
- alainlR7667HD (2/5): Unusual service - We stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms. I understand the hotel is busy and one of the washer is broken. However, the staff used as an excuse for daily service. At least they can send someone to empty the trash bin. They offer some fresh towel but never come. When we first check in the toilet in my daughter restroom is plugged. After telling the staff, they offered a plunger. I told the staff we just check in, then they offered to send someone.

The large wooden photo frame outside was epic and made for some beautiful photos! The restaurant was understaffed and took a long time to get food. The staff was very nice and did their best despite their lack of support.

- Brad (10/5): - The room was very clean and adequate for 5 people using both beds and the sofa bed. The hotel looked very new. My wife and I ate at Prickly Pear restaurant during the evening. The food and service were excellent. The location was very convenient for visiting Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon.

Complimentary buffet breakfast. Very professional and friendly staffs at the reception and restaurant. Nice drinks at the bar. The sofa is a bit dirty, has some stains on it. The breakfast has very few options. A little expensive on holidays.

- Douglas (8/5): Good accomodations and central location to food/attractions in the area. - Was a modern room with nice accomodations. Enjoyed breakfast from the usual packaged snacks usually offered at other hotels. Great location right down the road from all the places to eat. Some things are starting to look a bit aged but nothing that would push us from staying again. Water pressure felt a little less then what we are used to at a hotel but once again not deterring us from staying again.
