Sometimes we had a bit of issues understanding each other because of language but they did their best to make sure they understand. They were also very swift in responding to things. There was no hot water one of the days! But they fixed it the next day.

- Stephen (10/5): Hidden Gem 💎 - Everything,!!! The staff were friendly and hospitable. The food was great and very reasonably priced Plus the 65O ml Beers were Ice Cold and a bargain for £1 pound... Fantastic Restaurant, and bar., also near all the entertainment area in Kigali It's my 5th visit to Kigali since 2018... It's a shame I've just discovered this hidden gem 💎 I'll definitely be returning... And a big shout out to the amazing Duty Manger Joy You're a Star 🌟 I liked everything

- Foster (9/5): It was home away from home. - I really had a peaceful stay at Wailers lodge. The warm reception meted out to me by Grace (one of the staff) was exceptional. The facility also met my expectations save that there was no fridge in my room. I did not take breakfast since I was fasting though I was warmly invited by Grace. In all it was a great experience. The location too is ok. I think all was well with exception of not having refrigerator
