• Selina (2/5): Avoid if travelling with a baby or expecting basic standards. - To start with the positives, the staff themselves were friendly and polite during our stay, and the location is convenient, with a short walk to the beach area. Avoid if travelling with a baby or expecting basic standards. We stayed at Mutlu Hotel for 8 days and unfortunately had a very poor experience overall, particularly as we were travelling with our infant. However, there were multiple issues that significantly affected our experience. Several of these raised serious safety concerns. The cot provided was incomplete and unsafe, with no zipper attachment to close it properly, meaning our baby could have easily fallen or climbed out. We had to push it against the wall to make it usable. The bedroom door also had a fault where it would get stuck and lock if fully closed, which is extremely dangerous when you have a young child who cannot respond or move out of the way in an emergency. Hygiene was also below expectations. There was someone’s chewing gum stuck in the shower vent, which was unpleasant to discover. In the kitchen area, there were drinking glasses and bowls provided, but only an old, worn scrubber and no washing-up liquid, making it difficult to clean anything properly. This gave the impression that cleanliness and basic upkeep were not being prioritised. Basic facilities were also not maintained. The bidet was broken for the entire stay, meaning we had to shower every time we used the toilet. The main bathroom light did not work, and only one of the mirror lights functioned. The lift was also faulty, with the ground floor button not working for most of our stay, forcing us to carry a pram up and down the stairs until it was finally fixed in the last two days. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a children’s play area. This was completely misleading — no such facility existed. I initially chose not to complain formally despite these issues, as the staff seemed kind. However, the situation on our final day changed this. During our 8-day stay, I requested a glass of milk for my baby at breakfast on three occasions. I brought my own cereal and only needed milk.
• Sermin (10/5): Für einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend - Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig sehr nah am Strand. Optimale Lage. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, hat alle Wünsche ermöglicht. Vielen Dank an die 2 Jungs von der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war leider nicht mehr das neueste. Das Schlafzimmer war gut, der Rest eher zusammengewürfelte Möbel. Frühstück sehr eintönig: Tomaten, Gurken, Oliven, hart gekochte Eier und 3 verschiedene Marmeladensorten. Für uns war es okay, aber bisschen mehr Vielfalt wäre schön gewesen.

• Dieter (9/5): Prima Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung, in Strandnähe - Es ist ein neueres Hotel, erst wenige Jahre alt, und die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Im Zimmer gibt es Klimaanlage und TV, dazu eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und zwei Herdplatten. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war gut und reichhaltig, aber leider nur von 08.00h bis 10.00h. Als wir da waren im Ramadan wurde abends sogar ein Iftar-Menü angeboten. Der Swimming-Pool war Ende März schon geöffnet und sauber, aber natürlich kalt. Es gibt eine schöne Bar / Lokal / Restaurant ("Posh") im Hotel, da ist manchmal auch Live-Musik oder Tanz. Entfernung zum schönen Sand-Strand "Altinkum" ca. 200m, da kann man bequem hinlaufen. An der Strandpromenade entlang gibt es viele Bars, Restaurants und Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Der Zimmerservice hätte öfter kommen sollen. Der Aufzug ist für die Hotelgröße bisschen zu klein, wird in der Hochsaison nicht reichen, ebenso wie die wenigen Parkplätze.
• Tanya (10/5): Best hotel in altinkium - I have stayed in this hotel 7 times now and i love it. It is clean the staff are lovely and it literally feels like my 2nd home. Wifi is good the food is great the staff are always there if you need anything nothing is ever a bother to them. They have entertainment on in the summer which is great but if its not your thing you are literally 2mins away from other pubs and resturants. I can recommend this hotel enough if you book you will not be dissappointed. Nothing i love everything about this hotel

• Ertunc (5/5): Außerhalb des Sommerseasons ist das Hotel nicht zu weiterempfehlen. - Das Hotel befindet sich sehr nah am Strand. Das Bett ist viel zu klein. Badezimmer ist sehr alt und nicht sauber. Beleuchtung an der Treppengelände war aus. Aufzug hat nicht funktioniert. Zum Frühstück war nicht viel zur Auswahl da.

К сожалению было грязно и что возмутительно, уборщица позволяла себе трогать мои вещи в том числе средства личной гигиены. Просто отвратительно. Завтрак очень бедный. Но здесь, могу понять т.к. стоимость номера была не высокой

• Berat (5/5): Niet waard wat je ervoor betaald. - Vrijwel niks eigenlijk, enkel de medewerkers waren extreem vriendelijk. Het was een heel matig hotel voor wat je betaald, kamers waren helemaal niet up-to-date, deuren gingen niet op slot. Ontbijt viel ook tegen, en het zwembad was te klein voor iedereen. Ik moest iedere dag naar de zee omdat er geen plek was.

• Gillian (10/5): Doesn’t get any better great value for money - Been coming to didim 16 years this hotel is perfect great location comfortable beds clean great maids daily ,loads of room fridge lovely hot shower modern cheap amazing value . 1 complaint having to pay to hire and Iron that’s ridiculous. 2 things could be improved but no big deal ,pool towels could be provided but you can buy across the road £10 And for us Brit’s the breakfast needs a few things added especially for kids these no cereal or fruit or toast nothing hot . But is a fridge and 2 rings in the room so can do you own or order and pay extra in hotel . Overall 10/10 room 303 south facing balcony

• Nycki (7/5): I would recommend Mutlu Hotel 👍 - Overall the room is a bit shabby but this was expected and fair for the price. The shower was great, bed very comfortable and wifi very consistent in our room. The breakfast was fresh and the staff polite and friendly. It has been quite noisy outside of the hotel but that’s Altinkum in spring, everyone is preparing for the summer season, just come a little later if this bothers you

There was a lot of remodeling and renovations being done . But it is massively out of season so we understood. On the plus side will be great when it’s finished for the start of the main season

• Michael (7/5): Freindly Staff and guests, cold beer and happy memories that will remain for a long, long time - Look' the Mutlu is never going to be up to Hilton standards, but if you want a hotel that is clean, friendly and value for money this is the one. The more senior aged person who do'snt care if the towel is a little fraid might like this place, Towels are changed every day and bedding 3 time a week The fridge is a godsend so after a long tan on the beach you can grab a beer out the fridge and watch the world go by on the balcony. As for location UNBEATABLE. 400 yds to the beach, shops and resteraunts This hotel has some serious modernisation issues, it has been left to long with no improvements being carried out. This year has seen some changes but these need to be more urgent and of a good and better standard.

The only thing was the wifi it was very poor you literally had to walk around your whole room till you found a spot that worked.
• Emma (8/5): Good value in a great location. - For the price we paid, we cannot really fault this property. The property was clean, had good facilities in room and hotel, aircon included in our booking.com booking (usually £11 per day), hairdryer in the bathroom with good bathroom storage, great location and the room had kitchen facilities, which is hard to find in Didim/Altinkum. No plugs in the bedroom, just the front room; pool shaded through most of the day; and balcony (room 206) had the view of a brick wall and rubbish in between two buildings. However, we paid a low price and spent little time on the balcony so wasn't an issue.
