- N (10/5): Felt like home! 🏡 - We had a truly wonderful stay at Ferme d’Orsonville and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such kindness and warmth that we immediately felt at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming, and the beauty of the surroundings took our breath away — it’s the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The host was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make us comfortable, and even accommodated a last-minute breakfast request before our departure, which we really appreciated. Every detail reflected genuine care and hospitality. We left feeling restored, recharged, and already dreaming of coming back someday. We’re deeply grateful for the experience — it was more than just a stay, it felt like a little escape into tranquility. A true gem in the French countryside!

- Susan (8/5): - A quiet stay in an old farm. Rooms nicely renovated. When we arrived at the time we had already advised, no one was there and we could not check in. Tried phone and text but no one answered. After about half an hour the manager arrived. Everything was fine after that but it caused us a bit of stress when we first arrived, especially as we don't speak French.

- ning (10/5): - Beautifully idyllic scene with horses and crops and birdsong. Those not in a hurry to get into Paris can visit Fontainebleau or even Disney first. Fear the traffic jams and noise of Paris, great for a family holiday. Sunset reading time and hearty breakfasts with surprisingly handmade crossant and baguettes.
- John (10/5): - Our hosts were excellent with a friendly greeting (despite our limited French), the breakfast was really nice, and the room was large and comfortable. The property is lovely though, when we were there, they kept the gardens adjacent to their wedding area closed off even though it was mid-week and no functions were on. That meant we were aware of—but couldn’t walk through—their walled garden area. That being said, we would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons été bien reçus, aussi bien pour l'accueil que pour le petit déjeuner. A mon sens, le seul axe d'amélioration est la signalétique et l'éclairage pour faciliter l'accès. Ne suivez-pas Google Map qui vous emmène dans un cul de sac, mais suivez la direction du village pour y trouver le 1er panneau directionnel.

Familiekamer zijn 2 gekoppelde ruime kamers. Top. Accommodatie ligt wel op de 1ste etage en er is geen lift . Dis dat is lastig als je moeilijk ter been bent.

A twin bedded room for our children and a double room for my husband and me. The rooms were very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely recommend this b&b. The setting is idyllic, very quiet and beautiful. All in all, a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you.

- MillyMollyMandy (10/5): - Beautiful setting down a rural lane but close to the town with views over the surrounding fields. The room was very nicely decorated and the bathroom was luxurious. There is a communal breakfast room where you sit with the other guests for coffee and croissants etc.
- Richard (10/5): Lovely bed and breakfast establishment - Rooms here are in a beautifully converted farm building in the heart of the farm. Our accommodation comprised a hallway on getting through our door from which you access two bedrooms (a twin and a double), bathroom (good shower and hand basin) and a separate WC. We were a party of two so only used the double which was very roomy with a queen size bed (very good space for each person), table, comfy chairs and large wardrobe yet still left plenty of room to walk about. Double door Juliet balconies in both bedrooms, ours looked over the landscape, the twin bed vista is of the farm courtyard. Very quiet nights, never heard any other guests, ideal. The very convivial host does have a notice to advise guests this is working farm and not a 'sterile' hotel so if you don't like flies, small insects or mice do not stay here but we saw none of these anyway. I don't expect the reference to mice referred to the inside of the building anyway - cleanliness was to a very high standard and I travel Europe a lot and many hotels fail to reach this standard. A simple breakfast, which may not meet some British (or German) preferences but did suit us very well.

- J.J. (8/5): Reizen, rust en door. - Het is eigenlijk een B&B maar wel in een luxe jasje. De incheck verliep wat moeizaam omdat de eigenaar aan het werk was - we hadden de instructie niet goed gelezen - maar daarna een prima verblijf gehad. De kamer is groot met een goed bed. Het ontbijt kwam traag op gang omdat de zaak nog niet klaar stond op het "vanaf uur": 08:00, het was ook niet uitbundig maar wel erg gezellig aan een grote tafel met allemaal reizigers onderweg naar hun vakantie bestemming. Goede informatie over voldoende goede restaurants in de buurt is aanwezig. Dus prima adres voor tussenstop.
