• Pauline (1/5): Une horreur . - Rien . Peut être le fait qu’il sois placer a coter de tout Pire nuit de toute ma vie ! On entend tout ! Impossible de dormir à 22h30 on vien carrément dans notre chambre on rentre alors que je suis dans mon lit !!! Pour arrêter la chasse d eau . Toute la nuit nous avons entendu les ébat de la femme d à coter qui ce priver pas de crier pendant des heures . Du passage devant notre porte la nuit ça crier sans que l’on puisse dormir . Et pour le tout à 6h30 du matin avec un grand balais qui taper contre notre mur et aussi sans respect le ménage juste à coter de nous était entrain de parler super fort alors que aucune pièce est insonorisé. Nous avons dormie peut être 2h maxi .

• Diorio (3/5): - proximity to beach. Very friendly staff. hard mattress, crappy pillow, one PowerPoint half way up the wall which made recharging devices impossible. IDR360K for no a/c! Very hot overnight. Couldn't open curtains / window as was adjacent to common walkway. This place needs a total rethink.
• Michelle (1/5): Nous ne sommes pas restés et avons préféré payer 350.000 roupies pour partir - Très proche de la plage mais donc très bruyant Nous n’avons passé aucune nuit. Trop bruyant, équipement très en dessous des standards. Le rapport qualité /prix est incompréhensible pour l’Indonésie et les commentaires flatteurs le sont autant. L’accueil est sympathique mais pas professionnel. Peut-être ok pour les baroudeurs et encore car le prix n’est pas bon pour eux. Première expérience non convaincante de logement en Indonésie , ne convient pas pour une famille.

• Elisa (6/5): I didn’t enjoy it. The place was dirty, no chance to interact/meet people. The bed was uncomfortable. For that price - I guess one of the o my good aspect of this place was the position, but that’s it. It’s described as hostel but it doesn’t feel like one, they don’t organize anything, and when I went was empty. The bedroom were dirty and the bed was super uncomfortable. • Stephanie (8/5): Amazing! - Amazing breakfast! The people are so kind and friendly, they helped me to get a tour with dolphins that was amazing!! It is just a few steps away from the beach. The are always ready to help as well, amazing people?♥️ Thank you so much for everything! They have a nice pool which unfortunately I had no chance to use cause I was out all day. They have beautiful rooms as well, next time I'll make sure to book the ones inside,they were super nice. My room was quite noisy cause it was close to the street and the room fan is not cooling enough. But it was ok after all. They were always very kind ♥️
• Tiffany (3/5): Poor - Good location and friendly staff So noisy, you can hear everything from the city and the rooms next door. the room door doesn't close properly and the pool isn't very clean.

• Swanny (7/5): Good - the location was perfect they have a restaurant on site (a bit pricey but affordable) they have breakfast included very helpful if you ask shampoo and body wash is supplied as well as towel beds were very comfortable the staff often shows that it's just a job and passion for hostel work and socialising does not exist staff is not very proactive like for breakfast telling the breakfast staff that everything is empty because they were just on the phone and didn't realise at 8am while I was sleeping the staff opened the door to my room suddenly and left without explanation which scared and confused me a lot, I got up 5 mins later and closed my room door again. in the morning there is no water in the shower, showering only possible at night
• Amy (7/5): Basic room with nice pool area, good location and yummy breakfast - Location is excellent. Facilities are good, pool is nice and areas to sit inside and outside. Breakfast is amazing, many good options and all nice. Dorm rooms are just 2 beds per room, so had the room to myself. Good value for money. Staff are friendly but sometimes there wasn't anyone available or the one person who was available couldn't help with what i needed. Room is basic but nice, only problem is the cold shower which has almost no water pressure. And both mornings water cut off for a couple of hours.

• Georgie (7/5): Ok for price - rooms need improving. - - Great location, close to beach and restaurants - Offered discount at sister hostel bar, which has a lovely sunset. - Pool area was nice. - Tours available to book through hostel. - Provided towels to use for beach and pool. - Free tea, coffee and drinking water. - The rooms only had a fan so the rooms were horrendously hot all day and especially at night. - Booking.com allows you to select a double room however once we checked in we were given a twin room. I advised that we booked a double and we were informed that they have no double rooms at the hostel. - Bathroom had a weird smell and rooms were dated and dark.

• Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay - location is perfect, close to beach and Main Street - pool area is lovely - breakfast buffet was amazing - room was simple but didn’t spend much time in the room - the staff were very helpful and great to talk to, you just need to initiate conversation Would definitely go back to Lovina to stay here Nothing we want to go back to Lovina and stay here. It doesn’t feel like a hostel at all, way more than just a hostel.

• Elena (7/5): Good - The location is right on the beach. The hotel is a little rusty but great to hang around at. The stuff is absolutely fantastic there. The breakfast is basic but good. There is a pool area as well. - It is hot to be in the rooms and to sleep there - the beds need to have clean blankets and not what they offer now - the rooms do not have single big beds but two separate beds only

• Séraphine-noëlle (8/5): Very good - The breakfast options are amazing, it's huge and very filling. The hostel has a beautiful pool and is directly in the main tourist street on the beach, though quite calm. Most of the staff members were very friendly. At the end of our stay, they asked us for our feedback which is very rare. They have free drinking water. I had booked a dorm room but ended up having a private one, they don't seem to have any dorm rooms. It would be nice to have a bidet in the bathroom (economy room). There should be more than one plug in the room. The kitchen smells very badly and the smell comes also in the room. One of the staff members was very unfriendly and stressing. The food in the restaurant is quite expensive.

The lobby of the hostel was closed and its not a nice place to meet people when you are travelling alone. In the private room there was no airconditioning and it’s really warm. Also the bathroom was poor and you can hear all the noise from the other rooms.
• Matthew (9/5): Superb - The location and the pool are great. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are basic but for the price I was happy. The included breakfast was very good. No screens on windows so a few mosquitos in the room at night. I travel with a mosquito net so it wasn't an issue for me.
• Arif (3/5): I wouldn't stay again. - Location. It was insane loudly druing the night. Someone next door was watching TV all night during my stay. The dogs barks all the night in the street, also the music from the surroundings not allows you to sleep. There is no fresh air in the room. Bad odor in WC/bathroom only one plug in the room, cannot use the plug if you use the mosquito repellent. The pool was not clean at all.

• Anonymous (2/5): Bad - The location was great. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet drains into the shower which leaves a smell in the bathroom and the whole room could do with a deep clean. The door only had a padlock to lock it. There was no sheet on the bed, just a blanket. It was too hot, the fan did nothing. We also booked a double room but got two single beds. We got an email an hour after we had checked into our room saying double beds were subject to availability.

• Cass (9/5): So close to swimming with the dolphins - Literally a stones throw away from the beach you can not get any more central. Forgot to click the double bed button when booking the double/twin room so we ended up in a twin bed and they had no space to change but I think that is my own fault!

• Paul (10/5): Great value hostel, incredible service - This was one of my favourite hostel experiences in my 12 months of travel. From the moment I arrived, Edi and his team were super welcoming and friendly, even giving me a free fruit plate, tea and a foot massage on arrival !! Edi will go out of his way to make your stay memorable. He can help with any tours you might want to do (but is not pushy), he even allowed me to use one of his other villas to relax by the pool as there were no guests staying there - this was really above and beyond for me, and the sort of service one doesn’t forget. My room was basic, big and comfortable enough. The shower is a bit hit and miss (pressure not great). Unfortunately the wifi isn’t strong enough to reach the room, so you have to go downstairs to connect - this is really my only criticism of the whole place. The location of the hostel is perfect, right by the beach and near to bars and restaurants, so you don’t have to venture too far if you don't want to. If you go to bed early (like I dot) then you may catch some noise from the live bands playing nearby, but that’s to be expected in a town like this. Breakfast is basic but good, and always served with a smile :) Can’t recommend this place highly enough if you’re looking for a budget stay in Lovina. Thanks Edi, Ola and all the staff for a memorable stay :)
• kristy (10/5): Great location, great service, cheap tours. - We loved our stay. We booked the special with a free welcome drink and massage, which was a foot massage and iced tea. The host went out of his way to look after us, even getting us free bicycles to use and local food from a vendor for 5000rp. The room had a balcony and seating and the area was close to everything. We even booked snorkelling and dolphin tours for about $10 each
