• Viktor (7/5): - Erg fijne locatie, dicht bij de Parvis en verschillende openbaar vervoer opties. Mooi oud pand. Makkelijke check-in. De badkamer is gedeeld en niet op dezelfde verdieping als de slaapkamer. Het is extreem gehorig.
• Antonia (9/5): Beautiful - The room is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and has a lovely style. It has a nice balcony, and you have access to a bathroom, which is quite large and comfortable. The kitchen, living room, and other common areas are very spacious, and the house itself is beautiful, a typical Belgian home. The walk to the train station takes about 15 minutes, mainly because it is slightly uphill, but it is actually very close, the hotel is only about six or seven blocks from the station. I personally found it perfect. I was able to rest really well, and the host is extremely kind and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Everything was really good, but make sure to confirm with the host before you arrive so they can give you the door code. I did not confirm in advance, and when I arrived I did not have the code and had to wait for the owner to respond. Apart from that, which was my mistake, everything was fine.

• Chelsea (10/5): Nice location with spacious room! - The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable! My friend didn’t like the pillow but Patrick arranged for a different one to be brought to our room for the next night which was nice! More bathrooms than we expected which was nice because there was always at least one free. The view was nice and the location was good! The room was clean, however the towels had quite an odd smell to them and the showers could have been a little cleaner.

If you booked the room with the city view recently and external bathroom PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reconsider staying here. The room has BEDBUGS/FLEAS and is filthy. We had already booked our stay in September to find a review posted on here after the booking of a couple who stayed here a few days before in our same room who said they got eaten alive staying here. Upon reading the review the night we arrived we quickly ran to the mattress to find its seams lined with bedbug feces. We had to leave within hours of arriving and find a new place because of this. The owner was completely and utterly rude and argumentative with handling the situation, this "guest house" is nothing more than an overpriced fleabag motel. As the other bad reviews on this page can attest. This isn't an isolated incident and seems to be a common occurrence with him and how he treats his guests as well as the state of the place. Any other smart and wise business would be quick and accommodating to find a resolution, but this is not the case here. Lastly, do not be fooled by the photos posted in the description. They are false advertising for the actual miserable state the facilities are in for the inflated price he is charging. The bedding had gross stains that were initially covered by a throw blanket and clearly not washed. The towels in the bathroom were crusty and hard. The detail of two sofa beds advertised in the room description are a lie, same with the complimentary toiletries....also nonexistent other than a drab body wash bottle tucked away in a mildew-y shower curtain. I was in that space for a total of 2 hours and it was MISERABLE just like the owner's hospitality. Receipts are in the reviews of other guests' experiences over the years experiencing with pretty much verbatim what I am sharing. 2.6/5 on Trip advisor, 3.6/5, 3.5/5 on google. Please go stay at other hotels!!!

The service was incredible; they were always attentive and willing to help. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is very pleasant, ideal for relaxing and enjoying yourself. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Tienen detalles como regalarte café para que te lo hagas por las mañanas. Tienen terraza para fumadores. Para una pareja joven que busca viajar es más que suficiente. Es muy ruidoso. Cada paso que des se escucha. La cama es baja y dura, no es para nada cómoda. La ventana no cerraba bien, aun así no se pasa frío gracias a la calefacción. Baño y cocina compartidos, aunque bien cuidados. Las escaleras son estrechas.

Siamo arrivati per il check in e non ci ha aperto nessuno, il numero qui fornito segnava non raggiungibile. Ci siamo attaccati al campanello e ci ha aperto un host, dandoci il contatto dell'host ( diverso da quello fornito su booking) e diveva che a lui la prenotazione risultava cancellata e che ormai era tutto pieno. Abbiamo chiamato booking che ci ha confermato che la prenotazione ERA CONFERMATA TRUFFATI
• Vilius (7/5): Good location, but premises lacks cozines and care. - Location was fine. Premises has a certain unique feel. Overall could be a very nice place to stay. Tha bathroom was outside the room. I assume it was dedicated for the room, but going to the restroom required leaving the room. Headboard of the bed was covered in plastic. Bedsheets had some stains I asume from bleaching, but it was still not pleasant to sleep in. I could not find spoons or forks in the kitchen. Kettle would not turn of unleas plug was removed from the socket.

• Emiliyan (1/5): Bad bugs and no refund - Nothing I booked the property six months in advance for my family trip. A week before the trip I read the reviews and found out about the bad bug infestation that several clients wrote about. I requested a free cancelation since this problem renders the property unusable. I wrote several messages but received only one answer: yes, there were bad bugs, but they have treated the room with insecticides, and only one room was affected anyway. I insisted on canceling, not wanting to risk my child's health and spreading the infection to my home. I got no further replies. I booked another location and am about to take legal action for the amount I paid here.
• Traverso (5/5): - La verdad es que el precio es bajo, y eso es lo mejor, los hostes fueron agradables y nos dejaron dejar el equipaje antes del check in, y es la única razón por la cual se ganan un buen punto. La habitación no es la de la foto, las toallas tenían olor a humedad y dejamos comida en la heladera (envuelta como un obsequio) y apareció abierta y comida, el hospedaje es un poco extraño, no lo recomiendo.

Plus we had some problems opening the door at 10 p.m. , we called the staff and they explained everything on the phone, very helpful! The floors and door are very loud and cracky, they make a little bit of noise.

LE LOUEUR EST AU COURANT ET CONTINUE DE LOUER SON HORRIBLE LOGEMENT ET REFUSE LES REMBOURSEMENTS! J’ai réservé ce logement pour un week-end de 3 jours, dès notre arrivée dans la chambre je me suis sentie mal à l’aise et j’ai remarqué que l’hygiène avait l’air douteuse. Les murs sont délabrés, les meubles en mauvais état. J’ai eu la bonne idée de regarder sous le lit et là CAUCHEMAR… j’ai découvert des scotchs qui recouvraient les pieds du lit remplis de punaises de lit. En observant mieux nous avons trouvé des larves ainsi que des punaises énormes!!! Nous avons appelé le loueur (qui se trouvais en France et ne pouvait pas se rendre sur place) qui a d’abord nié les faits avant d’avouer qu’il y avait bien eu une infestation, soit disant traitée! Nous lui avons expliqué que nous ne souhaitons pas dormir dans un logement aussi sale et présentant un risque, nous lui avons envoyé directement des photos sur lesquels on pouvait bien voir les punaises et malgré cela il a continué à être malhonnête et a refusé de nous rembourser. J’ai constaté par la suite ne pas être la première à mentionner ce problème dans les commentaires!!!
