Super central and talking distance ( less than 10 min) from the most attractions. best Everything was super clean, the best super comfortable, very nice and cozy room. Staff very kind and friendly. They speak English. They connected me with a reliable driver to do some tours outside the city.

- Siew hong (10/5): A very authetic beautiful hotel - The staff are very friendly,kind and will do anything for you. I correspond with them in english before arrival and questions were answer promptly. They help me to get a driver who pick us up from station took us to yungang grotto on day of arrival,next day to wooden pagoda and yongan temple as the hanging temple was closed for renovation. Got us a taxi to train station when we are leaving. They correspond with the driver and tell me the price etc. This hotel has alot of history surrounding wang chow jun who is one of the 4 beauties of china and the hotel has a museum dedicate to her. Its truly a beautiful hotel. Beds are comfortable,has air condition and hot showers. Location is right in ancient city with plenty of eateries and attractions around. Theres a famous knife cut noodle restaurant just by the hotel that people queue for hours to eat but you can get a takeaway n eat at the hotel breakfast area. Free simple breakfast. Free water and kettle in room. Thank you to all the staff. We had a great stay. Highly recommended. Downside is theres no lift but stairs are wide and easy to climb. You can ask for a low floor room and they help with yr luggage.

- Rafael (9/5): - Everything was great. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room, bed and linen are comfortable, though a little bit small (we knew this before). The water for the shower is heated with an individual boiler so we could monitor how much hot water we still had which is nice. Breakfast does not have a lot of options but it has all you need. Location is great. Air conditioning worked well which was an issue in many other hotels where we stayed in China. Everything was good.

- Apolinar88 (9/5): Breve estancia en un hotel sumamente agradable y hospitalario - El hotel tenía mucho encanto tanto por la decoración como por la zona donde estaba emplazado. Estaba decorado todo con madera y con cuadros, esculturas y arte que seguía el mismo estilo y te hacía sentir en un lugar remoto en el pasado de China. Asimismo, la habitación era muy cómoda y todo funcionaba perfectamente. El desayuno también estaba bastante bien, ofreciendo opciones de diferente estilo para clientes occidentales, lo cual fue muy de agradecer. Además, el personal del hotel tuvo la gran amabilidad de prepararme el desayuno para llevar ya que en mi último día tenía que hacer el check-out muy temprano por la mañana. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a quedarme con ellos. Quizás lo único que encontré un poco más "molesto" fue que había que caminar bastante y subir varios tramos de escaleras para llegar a la habitación. Pero siendo un edificio antiguo que había sido habilitado como hotel, tampoco se le podían pedir peras al olmo.

This hotel far exceeds expectations in the warmth of all the staff, the beautiful decorations and the wonderful location right in the middle of the ancient town where most of the attractions are. Wang Zhaojun has actually stayed here and hence, how the hotel is themed with everything about the heroine. They are able to arrange for pick ups and day tours at a reasonable price. I got Mr Wang who was kind and friendly. It is this hotel that makes me want to return to Datong. Nothing at all. Everything was perfect

The staff helped us book a taxi for cheaper than didi to the attractions. Breakfast is great and the golden soup is the best. Nothing we didn't like

Le personnel est très serviable, la communication est parfaite même avant le séjour Ma chambre avec vue sur le minaret était magnifique ! Il faut être au petit-déjeuner dès 07h30 afin d avoir du choix ( 07h30-09h00)

Elle a préparé mon petit déjeuner alors que ce n’était pas l’heure et elle m’a appelé un chauffeur pour la journée afin que je puisse visiter les temples suspendus et les grottes qui sont très connus dans la région. Je recommande cet hôtel car il est très bien situé. La literie est très confortable, salle de bain et très moderne et les lieux sont très beaux idéalement situés dans la vieille ville. Rien

Nel complesso un ottima soluzione per visitare Datong in tranquillità .

- RAFAEL (8/5): Hotel funcional. Buen precio en pleno centro de Datong - Estaba muy céntrico. La recepcionista nos recibió a pie de calle peatonal hasta el hotel. Hacia mucho calor en la habitación. Buen descanso en cama cómoda. Buena relación calidad precio. Que no tuvieran el detalle de adelantar un cuarto de hora el inicio del desayuno que empieza a las 7,30 (un poco tarde) teniendo nosotros un taxi a esa misma hora para traslado a la estación. Nos dieron una bolsa con manzana, bollitos in comestibles y una botella de agua. Eso sí pudimos tomar un café de pie.

- Hon Ming (7/5): - Central location so it is easy to go around the old town. Breakfast has a lot of choices with good machine brewed coffee. Whole building and interior decoration is interesting. Room is small. Tiny shower cubicles. Lack of space to put your luggage and belongings. The hooks for the clothes are on the top of the mirror; so you cannot use the mirror after you hang your clothes. The whole mirror is blocked.
