The bathroom was disgusting the toilet needs to have the seat removed and a good deep clean, the same as the bathroom floor and shower recess. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard for a motel.

Anna (6/5): It served out purpose well but it was sad to see the state of the motel since our last stay two years ago. - It was adequate for an overnight stay with everything we needed. It felt really unloved. The outside areas were tired looking with weeds, leaves and unused items lying around. It would not take much to ensure the public spaces looked neat, tidy and more inviting. The rooms need an update, especially the sliding doors (hardly secure but also dirty).

Exceptional meal at the pub on the main street - the manager/owner was very accommodating and helped us out when needed, including letting us in early in extreme heat conditions. good having a sink in the room for washing the dishes. the pool seemed quite unattended with regards to being kept clean. We had planned to use the BBQ, but it was dirty and wouldn't work.

Donna Elizabeth (5/5): Large room that needs an update and regular cleaning - Check in was easy with the room access code sent by email on the day of arrival. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I booked 2 rooms, the rooms were not serviced made up. On the 3rd night, rubbish was removed but no fresh towels were provided. The carpet wasn't vacuumed and there were bindis stuck into the carpet which we stepped on. The common kitchen area was filthy.

The TV wasn't working properly (sound but no picture) however didn't really matter as we weren't there to watch TV obviously.

JElliot32 (10/5): Excellent small-town motel - We found the Berrigan motel an excellent place to break a long journey. The motel is on an ultra-quiet side-street and overlooks the golf course. Our room was very spacious with comfy king-size bed. It was well equipped with separate kitchen sink (to bathroom basin) as well as crockery, cutlery, toaster, microwave oven, wine glasses etc etc . Lighting within unit was also good. Hot water excellent

Rhonda (10/5): - This is a lovely little motel in a lovely little town. We booked the same afternoon that we were staying and within minutes of booking I had a text message giving a warm welcome and very clear instructions for the lock box. The room itself was very clean & spacious and had everything we needed for our one night stay. The bed was very comfortable. The outlook from our lounge area over the golf course was very nice and we had a very easy walk around the town. Berrigan is small but had a well stocked supermarket. The staff (Leigh) were very quick to respond to messages too. We highly recommend, thank you.

Our room was huge, well appointed, very comfortable and with excellent air conditioning, and it opened directly onto the golf course which not only made for a lovely view, but was also perfect for our border collie to stretch his legs. Will definitely stay again.
