Uno dei punti di forza è sicuramente la posizione: centralissima e perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa e rilassante. ​Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, fornendo ottimi consigli per il soggiorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca comfort e praticità a Napoli! Mi è piaciuto tutto, solo un consiglio: uno specchio lungo per potersi guardare prima di uscire. Un piccolo vezzo che farebbe la differenza.
• Andrej (10/5): Odlična in cenovno ugodna nastanitev v urejenem delu Neaplja. - Lokacija med bolj elitnim delom Neaplja (Chiaia) in centrom, tako da je marsikaj dosegljivo peš. Visoka lega (8. nadstropje) stanovanja, brez hrupa in z razgledom. Izredno prijazen vratar, ki tudi čuva prtljago in pomaga pri aplikaciji za odpiranje vrat. Bližina trgovine s špecerijo, dobrih lokacij za zajtrk in večerjo.
• Lorenzo (7/5): - vicinanza esperienza digitale. Il bagno esterno alla camera non era il massimo della comodità, ma era previsto. il problema era il rientro in camera per la cui apertura occorre lo smartphone e occorre portarselo sempre dietro.. Camera essenziale con appendiabiti a vista.

Tuttavia, consiglio di fornire indicazioni più chiare per l'accesso (bisogna suonare il citofono per abilitare l'apertura del portone tramite telefono) e la scala/piano dove si trova il b&b. Noi abbiamo avuto assistenza dal portiere, molto gentile, ma penso non sia presente h24.

• Sandra (8/5): Un vrai plaisir de découvrir Naples en résidant dans ce logement! - Le logement est très bien situé dans Naples, près du port donc très pratique pour visiter Capri et la côte Amalfitaine. Le quartier est tres agréable et l'on s'y sent en grande sécurité. Un grand merci à Stefania que nous n'avons pas rencontré mais qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions. Bravo à Enzo, le taxi recommandé par elle d'ailleurs! Efficace, ponctuel et super agréable pendant le trajet! L'accès au logement avec des clés numériques n'est pas toujours facile. Il faut toujours avoir de la batterie et surtout du réseau. C'est le seul point négatif de ce superbe séjour.

Der vollelektronische Zugang zur Wohnung ist speziell, aber hat reibungslos geklappt. Unser Appartement war etwas hellhörig d.h. man hörte die Nachbar-Gäste reden, Kaffee kochen, die Türen öffnen/schliessen usw.

Помешкання дуже охайне, з увагою до деталей, у всьому відчувається турбота про гостей. Є все необхідне для комфортного проживання — кава, чай, посуд, дрібниці, які створюють відчуття дому. Окремо хочемо подякувати господарям за оперативне реагування — на всі питання отримували швидку й доброзичливу відповідь. Ванна кімната розташована не у номері, але це зовсім не стало проблемою — все продумано і зручно. А вид із балкону просто неймовірний — Неаполь відкривається у всій своїй красі! Дякуємо за гостинність 💛 Все чудово

That being said it - Clean, comfortable Finding the location was not easy the first time. Not Ble to access the building without their Whataapp and Google Chrome. Also, the walls are paper thin and the other guest heard every word we said and we heard them every time they moved around the unit. Not a big issue for us, but we were 3 people and I’m sure we disturbed them

Housekeeping was not provided daily, and unfortunately, the coffee machine was not functioning. Communication with the host could have been better. It would also be helpful if the listing mentioned in advance that parking costs €45 per day.

Staff molto disponibile, sia l’host tramite telefono, sia il portiere del palazzo, Luciano! L’unico difetto della stanza Sant’Elmo è il bagno esterno, che però è comunque ad uso privato ed è segnalato al momento della prenotazione.

• Katarina (9/5): great quiet spacious place to stay in a really cool part of naples - it was a great location! in the middle of a wonderful spot in the city but quiet the check in process was really quite difficult it took me about 45 min with the help of an Italian friend with phone service to get in bc i didn’t have wifi upon arrival - the host helped and all was fine in the end but it was a lot to deal with when tired so just a heads up

• Vineeta (4/5): Good location but tiny apartment. Poor value for money. - Convenient location for restaurants and seashore. Clean apartment. The man cleaning was very nice and helpful. Pictures make it look much larger than it is. Room felt cramped.You can hear other people in the apartment. No dishwasher or cutler. No help with luggage up 10 steps to the lift. Had to pay 10 euros per bag to leave for 3 hours after checkout. It feels like a business.

• Lise (9/5): 100% would recommend this place and the room Sant’Elmo. - The best location, beautiful clean room and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking. Easy and efficient communication with the host. Our room had a bathroom that was in the hallway (outside of the room), but we already knew about this. The bathroom was private and very clean, so it was no problem at all.

Even so, the person attending the building was very nice explaining it again. Sant elmo room has the bathroom outside the room, however there is a key specially for this room private bathroom.
• Dennis (9/5): Great location! - Location. Space was adequate for what we needed. Kitchen and coffee/tea was a great addition. Access to the building was challenging, but once upstairs, access to the the room was seamless. The security gentleman was great! Access was initially confusing, but eventually managed. Perhaps a better system for keyless access, or a physical key to enter the building. Move obvious signage in front of the building, or pictures of the entrance area, sidewalk, etc.
• Oscar (10/5): Exceptional - While this place is great for a couple, I don't recommend bringing a kid to this place as it shares the living room with other tenants,, there are three suites within and they all have their own bathroom, one of them though, the bathroom is outside the room, so if you shower, and come out undressed or naked, other room mates can see you, other than that, place is clean, they offer laundry and kitchen with coffee and cookies, we love our stay! I was there for a conference and needed a place near to the conference where I could work. Great value, and when I did some touring after the conference, I discovered it was in the middle of a very nice neighborhood, that's relatively quiet for Naples with lots of shops and cafes Getting into the room was a little confusing at first, but the host proactively offered lots of help via Whatsapp and everything turned out fine. Maybe a couple signs on the ground floor could help?
• Lama (9/5): Great value for the price - - Location is great. Loved being so close to the beachfront. Still not too far from the center with Via Toledo a walking distance away. Felt very safe in that area with plenty of options for food and drink around - We had a room with the ensuite bathroom so that was great. Room and bathroom were clean, modern, and spacious. - check in process was smooth and the digital access worked well for us throughout the stay. It was a bit stressful to always stay mindful of having a full battery and mobile data, so I think a regular key would be better. - a bigger and more comfortable bed would be a great upgrade! - the cleaning system, while clear from the outset, is a bit odd. They just make the beds and change the towels (if requested). It is great to be environmentally conscious but wonder if offering a full clean every 3 days instead would be a more efficient and customer-pleasing system.

• Özlem (8/5): Good option for Naples but not without downsides - Very decent acommodation. Not very close to the center but a bit quieter and close to the beautiful coastline. The locks of the building and the rooms are controlled remotely by an app. If you don't have internet connection or battery, you're basically locked out and need to contact the manager. The lock system made things much harder rather than easier. The rooms were quite clean but in the 6 days we stayed there was no cleaning, not even the full trash can was replaced. Instead they come in everyday, just make the bed (which is not a need) and leave.

• Anonymous (7/5): Clean, Bright, Close to the Port, Lively Neighborhood - Near the port - feels safer than staying near the train station. There’s also a bus that goes directly from the airport to the train station to the port and vise-versa, so it made it easy to get around. The bed at the property was very comfortable. We realized we didn’t care for having our private bathroom be outside of our room. The bathroom was also a bit of a hassle as there was no stand to put our toiletries and no fan. There were good instructions on how to get into the property so it took us some time to figure that out. The lock for the bedroom was also a real hassle. Glad we had a solid lock, but it was too complicated.
