The room was very nicely made with a high ceiling, diverse lightning and sitting area. A fridge, coffee maker and a water cooker added to the comfort. The host was very friendly and full of tips to explore Noto and the surroundings.

The bed with its premium linens, is very very comfortable. What makes this place a stand-out though is the host, Gianni. It’s clear that his boutique accommodation is his passion project. He strives to make his guests both comfortable and informed about a city he clearly loves.

It’s a small two room place with a cute common space for eating. Gianni was the host who met us and showed us every detail of the property and provided maps and info for the town and surrounding area. Great breakfast spread. Clean contemporary room with an excellent shower. Super easy short walk to everything you’d want to see in town.

An easy walk to all sights and restaurants, it features a large room and bathroom with great lighting. Breakfasts were great, featuring homemade baked goods like orange pie (yum). The host was a fountain of knowledge and helped out when we had a flat tire.
- P Robert (10/5): Warm welcome with a beautiful design - Room 55 is a wonderful small B&B with an amazing design and even better service. Gianni and his wife are warm and welcoming and obviously enjoy meeting new people and making their stay enjoyable. It is is a great location slightly outside the busy center of Noto but still within a short walk from all the sites and restaurants. Being outside the center means parking is available and easy to drive to. We definitely would highly recommend Room 55.

On the day, Gianni, who runs the place, messaged to see what time we would be arriving, which was considerate. We parked right in front of our room and left it there as everything was within walking distance. If I had to have one criticism it would be that although the road we were on is a quiet one, the noise of the occasional cars that did pass was annoying.
