• Кристина (8/5): Переночевать недалеко от аэропорта подойдёт. - Недалеко от метро. Рядом аэропорт. Заботливый персонал. Вроде современное здание, но внутри как из 50х. Кровать прям жёсткая, как будто просто деревяшка, хотя матрац есть. Не комфортно. Подушки такие что прощупыаался каждый шарик. Неудобные. У нас в номере не было чайника и чашек, хотя был указан и мы на него рассчитывали. Только холодильник. Полка над кроватью была обклеена обоями и видимо вытирать пыль с бумаги сложно. Окна ужасно грязные снаружи, почти не видно улицы, хотя этаж был второй. Но это все стеклянные здания в городе в таком виде, удивило. Ковролин не стала проверять на чистоту, даже не хотелось босыми ногами вставать. Ощущение того, что мало кто разувался в номере. Сам номер большой, тёмный.

• Svitlana (9/5): Nice place for a reasonable price. - Cozy room. Great breakfast. Bath tube in the bathroom. Air conditioner in the room. The soup and fresh juice I ordered from the menu were tasty. The linen, towels and disposable slippers were provided. I had a view from the window to a football field. Some rooms have no windows. So for those for whom it matters you need to clarify it in advance.

Her knowledge and friendliness added a special touch to my visit, making the experience more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel provided great value for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Baku. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful city!

• Natalia (7/5): Good - The hotel is located 15 min far from the airport by taxi, 10 min walking to the nearest metro station. It's a cozy, clean, well furnished hotel. the personnel is all smile and polite, when I said that I have a really bad WiFi connection they brought extra router in my room. The only thing that I didn't like is that when it was a complete black out and water cut off in the hotel (due to weather conditions) they didn't try to cooperate and try to solve this problem ASAP, the only thing I heard three times is that it will be fine in an hour, but it wasn't, in total black out was about 18 hours, I suppose such big hotels should have a plan B for these situations. I couldn't work nor charge my phone, nor take a shower.

This is my second time in this hotel & I am going to select this place either for next time. Yes it’s away little from BAKU center but still you can reach & cover BAKU by BOLT & UBER Apps Little away from city center but still it’s recommended hotle for me

• Bonick (8/5): Very good - This cost effective hotel was selected for its fair distance from the airport, location on the main road and ease to get to M1 & M4 (highways, routes to Shahday/Quba or Qabala). But what truly amazed me was the hospitality of the Hotel staff including the Manager. The restaurant and breakfast was very simple but great. The room was really spacious for the price. Only for whom it matters, the whole room was completely carpeted.

Special thanks to Nigar and the reception representative for their exemplary service. Everything about my stay was wonderful. Although this was a short trip, I plan to return with friends and stay for more than ten days. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. The hotel's proximity to the airport and nearby malls was incredibly convenient. Initially, I had no plans to venture out, but when I did, I found everything easily accessible.

Although they do not speak the same language, they also use mobile phones to translate and communicate with each other without obstacles. • Win (2/5): Very poor - staff trained to interact nicely with guests, offered upgrade to a bigger room than booked almost everything else. room is like a sauna, they deactivated AC, only has central heating, while windows cannot open. i was SWEATING the whole time!! they said to turn iff the heater, but it was still very hot and stuffy! elevator button didnt work on the floor, need to go to far elevator ironically, on the other hand, shower water is only cold! additionally, breakfast was an absolute JOKE. it starts at 730am, we went at 755am, and all the hot food only has very little left??? it seems they are serving leftovers from the day before. moreover, the little food they served was not good bin taste and not generous, sausages sliced into tiny pieces, tomato eggs hardly can see any tomatoes. room feels old also. location can go by taxi omly, although thats already known before booking. all else completely failed expectations and honestly probably the worst hotel experience i had on booking.

Fruits, omelette, bolied eggs, cheese varieties, jam varieties, bread, juice, hot drinks, porridge, etc. City Centre (nizami Street, Old Baku Town, etc.) is just 13 km away. Plenty taxi options available via bolt app. Otherwise, the hotel staff is also ever ready to help with taxi and other information.

They handled my wrong room selection without any problems and without any additional payment. I would like to thank the receptionist ladies very much. The internet connection is very fast, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the bathroom and hot tub are very comfortable and clean. Maybe it would be a good idea to change the TVs to smart models in the rooms.

• Vladimir (4/5): I don't recommend this hotel for allergic people who do not like cigarete sme. Choose another hotel. - TV I asked a Non Smoking Room when I had booked this hotel. Hotel answered and confirmed Non-Smoking Room. In fact my room has a smell of cigarates and ashs. Strange.

• Mohammed (7/5): Good staff and stay was good - The staff came to help us sort out a scam (beware of Bolt drivers you book especially from the airport to the hotel). But we ended up paying more for the taxi, however, they offered to help us. The location is a little far from the tourist spots. However, it is acceptable. Room service was done everyday. Bidet was there! Loved their dessert and tea. Food was very average - Please add in more options than just egg. Could have given more options. Wifi was very slow. The electric kettle given was not clean but they cleaned it upon request.
