• Stephane (7/5): Très bien pour un court séjour, à proximité de tout les commerces ( 7/11, massage, restaurant, central plazza, etc … - L’emplacement , le prix. L’accueil, nous sommes arrivés à 13:30 pour un check in à 14:00, pas possible ! La petite jeune a l’accueil était froide et non souriante ( bizarre pour la Thaïlande )

• Lynch (8/5): - Good location and parking. Fridge in the room which is good. Water pressure was low in the bathroom. No elevator which is not a problem for me but if you have a lot of luggage or old or disabled people it's not so good.

• Randall (8/5): A nice little hotel near Central Festival - Nice staff, good sized rooms, near Central Festival mall, near 7-Eleven. Water provided in glass bottles. Water hose leaking.

• russ (5/5): I would stay there again - They don’t do breakfast. But I like that they have parking Im 65 and I was give a room on the top floor. There is no lift so I had problems with the stairs

• Shane (9/5): Simple and Clean - Simple budget room, they look the same all over Thailand. Very clean, the cleaners do a great job. There is a younger receptionist and an older receptionist, the older one is very polite and well-mannered. Good location. Decent, standard, simple accommodation. Wouldn't mind an elevator when my room's on the 4th floor. Kinda sweating by the time I get to my room.

• Robert (2/5): will not stay there again - girl at checkout was rude when I arrive early ,, another lady later was helpful rude first person at desk .. very hard bed ,, very noisy trafic all night
• Greg (8/5): Always an Easy Choice - The staff are always helpful. The rooms are affordable and in a good location. 24-hour entry and parking make it convenient. Being close to the bus terminal, mall, and night life is great. I wish the internet was stronger and more reliable. I had connectivity issues this time and couldn't solve it. They did try. My laptop is consistent. I need to do business every day remotely. The desk and chair are for cosmetics not sitting for extended periods.

• Shane (9/5): Superb - Great location and value for money. Very typical and standard economy room. If you've spent a long time in Thailand, you've seen this room many times. It's clean and basic. OK. The receptionist isn't that cheerful, but it doesn't really matter. The place itself makes up for it.

• My (8/5): Very good - This place seems like condominium style, not a typical hotel. The location is awesome. It is near the bus station and Central Udon. It is also located in front of Thai Isan market. The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeper is friendly local people. But the receptionist is a little bit "cold". I recommend this place for a short stay in Udon i.e business trip

The day staff woman was a bit tawdry and abrupt but the night staff were excellent! Lousy view of back of buildings outside window - which can't be helped in a city location.

The parking areas are all indoor on the ground level. The room is a bit of 80’s but very clean. The bed is a good queen sized, it’s quite firm. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you have a big luggage then you need to carry it up stairs yourself. Staffs are very friendly and flexible, I left my suitcase with them all day before catching an overnight train to Bangkok. Central department store is located around 3-4 mins walking distance. Also it’s not too far from the main bus terminal and railway station. Nothing
