The patio was nice. The room was very plain without much decoration. The wide doors that opened out were awkward and impeded our access in the room. The room was cool initially and we couldn't figure how to get some heat.

Rvilaverde (10/5): Local aconchegante e de ótima localização. - A localização é excelente, você pode ir andando da estação de trem até lá, é muito perto. Todos os pontos turísticos de Sintra podem ser feitos caminhando. As acomodações são excelentes, muito espaçoso, bem confortável. Você recebe um código e já pega a chave que fica em um cofre na frente do quarto, mas caso precise tem a recepção e são pessoas muito atenciosas e prestativas. Não tomei o café da manhã, então não sei opinar, mas com um valor a mais você pode tomar café. Eu gostei muito, recomendo demais para quem for em Sintra essa hospedagem atende muito bem. Foi tudo muito bom, não tenho o que reclamar da estadia.

Ideal location and excellent host - Our host Bruna was so helpful and friendly, we went to the restaurant she recommended, it was fabulous. Ideal location for sight seeing locally and travel to Lisbon on the train. Can't recommend this place enough Would have been good to park closer to site, parking is a challenge. If we had arrived by train it would have been much easier

Best part was my ‘garden view’ turned out to be a lovely forest with peacocks exotic birds and flowers all around where I could relax in the morning wirh coffee and evening at sunset .. very special .. Bruna your receptionist is everything! Please give her a promotion & a raise, She really is holding the whole place up and helped me tirelessly with a huge smile & a warm heart for hours to try find me another place to stay as yours was fully booked on a public holiday. 5 ✨✨✨✨✨ stars for her muito Obrigada Bruna!! The toilet needs attention with the smell of the sewer. I was able to close the door off and there’s an open skyline window for ventilation. The mould needs to be controlled with the damp weather. Hot AC does help to dry out the air. There was a connecting door to the room next that brought in all the conversation from the couple next door who were very early risers and coughed through the night.

Vale (9/5): Ottimo appartamento in centro - Posizione perfetta in zona centrale vicino alla stazione, alla fermata dei bus e all'ufficio informazioni. Molto comodo avere una reception, personale molto gentile. Appartamento carino con poche scale. Camere abbastanza spaziose e bagno grande con una bella doccia. Cucina dotata di tutto. Alcune finestre non si chiudono. In cima alle scale consiglierei di mettere un cancellino per renderle meno pericolose specialmente per i bambini. Il parcheggio non è molto vicino.

MERCEDES (8/5): - La habitación Villa Sintra está muy bien ubicada, justo al lado de la estación desde donde salen los autobuses hacia los palacios, lo cual es muy práctico para moverse sin complicaciones. Además, se encuentra a unos diez minutos caminando del centro histórico, una distancia cómoda para disfrutar de la zona sin necesidad de transporte constante. El apartamento cumple bien en relación calidad-precio: es correcto, funcional y adecuado para una estancia cómoda. En general, una opción recomendable si buscas buena ubicación y un precio razonable.

La mujer que estaba en recepción ha sido no solamente amable, educada y respetuosa, sino que también en todo momento se ha dirigido a mi padre y a mí en español y si teníamos alguna duda nos la resolvía con mucha paciencia.

Dalo sie wyczuc zapach kamienicy, za oknem cos szumiało, nie wiem czy klimatyzacja czy to odglosy z innych lazienek. Lazienka z toaleta jedna na kilka pokoi - trochę mało, przydalaby sie chociaz oddzielna toaleta. Brak czajnika w kuchni (!), wode na herbate trzeba bylo gotowac w rondelku.

It was very clean and the service was very friendly. The hotel and booking center was very accessible and helpful on the phone.

Inmaculada (4/5): No volvería - La ubicación bien y la chica que nos atendió muy bien. El apartamento que nos tocó era muy sencillo. En el salón/cocina había una cama y no tenía sofá con lo cual era muy incómodo. Los utensilios de cocina muy justos, tres de cada ( no cuesta tanto poner alguno más). El mueble del baño roto y las toallas eran blancas pero estaban grises/beig de lavarlas mal.

Cristian M. (9/5): Christmas holidays near family - The location was very convenient to be able to explore the village. The accommodation had everything that you would need for a short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and kept on being clean frequently. They also offer the laundry service if you need, and for us it was very helpful because we have got back our clothing clean and dry. I would really recommend this place for a stay in Sintra. One rug in front of the door would have helped to keep the place clean, as it was always raining. All good for the rest.

VIVIANA (10/5): Un lugar encantador. - El aparcamiento no esta fácil, pero se encuentra, y desde el hotel nos han facilitado toda la info. La ubicación esta muy bien, la habitacion sencilla, bonita y limpia y el baño, se aconseja poner percheros para las toallas, cerca de la ducha. El lugar esta muy bien. Lo de los percheros en el baño. Es para tener mas comodidas, sobre todo en baños compartidos...
