• Danke (9/5): Overall it is a very good experience. - The apartment is in city centre and close to various shopping and dining places. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is clean but a little small.

• Gabbi (7/5): - The location was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we noticed the bin hadn’t been emptied, which made me a little unsure about how clean the place was. I was also a bit confused about the car parking. Since we arrived later in the day and left early in the morning, parking wasn’t an issue for us this time, but if I’d known more about it beforehand, I might have considered other options for a longer stay.

• Craig (10/5): Quirkiest place I have ever stayed in - The kitchen, the bath, the shower, and the space The quirkiness of this place makes it. The artwork was great, and the old safe is still there used a storage space. Overall, this was GREAT.

• Wai (8/5): Enjoyable Christmas getaway and refreshing short stay in Mildura. - The A/C is on when we entered the place, very comfy and enjoyable stay. Coffee capsules are complementary, the toilet is large and clean, the bed is a soft one. Limited parking space but we are able to secure one as Mildura is quiet during the holiday. There are a lot of pre-check-in procedures required, the system is trash like and changed few days before our check-in and requiring me to call the receptionist for manually performing the check-in instead of doing it online.
• Andrew (8/5): Suited a quick stay purpose, we wouldn't stay for longer stays - We didn't have breakfast, but the accommodation was very nice and comfortable the showers were lovely and the location close to the city centre as well as the river was very convenient. being in the front room we had a lot of road and foot traffic noise as well as the front gate slamming when people used the gate.

• Jacky (2/5): - We did not stay. Car parking was on a very narrow laneway, which is not appropriate for nice cars. Only 2 very tight spaces for 4 units. Property was accessed from another laneway in a central but unsafe location. Doors into property were old and felt unsafe. Bathroom was also very open and located next to the bed. Disappointed.

• Barbara (8/5): Room was nice, bond etc needs to be reviewed! - Room was lovely and quirky I was a little upset that after paying for the room via booking.com and having a $300 bond taken out (this is excessive!! I travel alot and I've never been charged for more than $100 bond) I was contacted by phone as they had a change in systems and they wanted to put my credit card details on file... I couldnt understand why after paying and taking a bond they required further card details. The employee couldn't really tell me just that it wasn't visible on their and her boss told her too and that i wouldnt be charged anything, juat seemed off. Currently Wednesday and my $300 bond hasn't been released. 🙄
• Robert (1/5): Appauling and discusted - A further $500 security deposit was requested after booking and payment was made Then some hours after checking out ww received a call to say the tv was broken at a cost of$650 they requested a further $108 and advised they would not release the deposit. So for something that was never used touched or even looked at i will never recommend or return to anything to do with this company 🤬

• Mary (9/5): Mildura is a great place to spend a few days and these apartments are well maintained and bit different which is a good - Property was very clean and well looked after. Location is very handy to centre of Mildura, which is great, although it meant parking options were a bit limited. I walk with a stick, but managed the single step at the front door fine. It’s great having a washing machine if you’re staying somewhere for a few days. Having printed manuals available for it and other appliances was great. Some PowerPoints were in odd places, either low or high. It was a bit strange doing all booking in by remote control, but I can understand why you do that when managing a number of small properties. I found having to photograph my id very fiddly. Emails kept being oddly formatted, but I think it’s possibly my elderly iPad.

• Julzker (7/5): Great location, lovely decor - Loved the location, easy walk to supermarket and cafe, river. Liked the decor, quirky. Felt it could be improved with photos of when the building was used as a bank, would have been extra special. The shower was powerful enough and being an overhead shower, the provision of a shower cap was welcome. We are vegan so self-catered, hence the reason for choosing this apartment over others, the tin opener was not up to the job, the microwave was too high. TV too high on the walls. Heater didn't heat the space adequately, didn't like the fact that there was no door between the bedroom and the lounge. The temperature in the shower was difficult to get right. I'm short and kept hitting my head on the bedroom light fittings.

Great price and location, right across from the police station so street parking at night is a little more secure. Located on the main strip, a few buildings down from local workers club, restaurants, IGA and liquor store. Would definitely stay again Nothing

The apartment was beautifully set up with many beautiful features like art-deco lighting. Facilities were clean and usable. Having to remember the gate code to enter and close one of the gates.

When I booked I did not realise I needed to do a $300 deposit . It was a nice apartment but nothing special considering I have been travelling for 3 weeks and stayed in accommodation better and not had to leave a deposit. I felt this was unnecessary and had I realised I would not have booked here.

• Paul (3/5): Disappointed - Location Checkin was a bit of an issue, when I arrived there was no key in the lock box and lock box was open. Another person still had the key and they used the bathroom so I walked in and there was urine drops on toilet and soap etc was in the sink. I had no way to tell what towel was used to dry their hands. The rest of the apartment was clean. Perhaps check the property and confirm keys have been returned and property clean before putting it up online.

• Christine (5/5): Passable - Shower when we eventually found it behind the mirror/glass sliding door. Had very good water pressure and temperature was spot on. Location was good close to restaurants, Bars, cafes and ice cream shops. We were a bit confused with the location of the shower in the room and contacted reception. They had no idea, telling me it was the bath shower hose. We later found it behind a sliding glass/mirror door.
