Great variety of food and entertainment weekend with guest performers. Free parking. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi. There was plenty of kids and was very noisy.

• María del Carmen (9/5): Muy buena opción. - Habitación cómoda con nevera, personal muy amable en recepción 24horas. Aparcamiento en la puerta y un Lidl justo al lado. Llegamos tarde y salimos temprano, por lo que tampoco paramos mucho tiempo pero nos vino genial en nuestro trayecto. En general, bien de limpieza aunque se podrían mejorar algunos detalles más concretos como ducha, rejilla de ventilación, paredes. Pero lo recomendamos 100%.

• Nick (10/5): Convenient for a Samokov stay ! - It’s not the Ritz but it’s very clean and lift to rooms with good water pressure in shower and heating/balcony rooms is a great option. Too hot in the restaurant room!

• Benjamin (5/5): - J’ai bien aimé l’accueil, les gens qui travaillent à la réception, et l’ambiance dans le restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment insuffisant. J’ai dû aller à Lidl pour le compléter. Ils étalent des oranges devant le bar, le matin, mais elles sont payantes. Malgré mon souhait, j’ai dû manger aussi le soir au restaurant, et tout est congelé, les places sont vraiment peu digne de la cuisine bulgare. Les rideaux étaient cassés dans la chambre.

Το δωμάτιο είχε αρκετές φθορές (σκισμένη ταπετσαρία, χτυπημένα έπιπλα, φθαρμένη μοκέτα).θα μπορούσαν να είναι πιο περιποιημένα. Δεν υπήρχαν παντζούρια ή κουρτίνες συσκότισης.

• Nick (8/5): Very Nice hotel in the heart of the city - The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The plenty of parking seats in front of the hotel. I took one hour extra from my check out , because my online meeting didn’t finished at the time . Nobody except from the receptionist speaks English.

• Grigoris (6/5): Έτσι κι έτσι - Ήτανε σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά ατο κέντρο και με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ.Ειχε ωραία πισίνα. Δεν είχε σκούρες κουρτίνες ούτε παντζούρια με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορείς να κάνεις μια σχετική συσκότιση για να κοιμηθείς πιο άνετα. Χρήζει βαψίματος,οι τοίχοι έχουνε σημάδια. Το προσωπικό στο εστιατόριο ήτανε εντελώς αδιάφορο σε σημείο που με αφησανε νηστικό το βράδυ!Η ρεσεψιόν ήτανε οκ.

Не е лошо , за всяко плащане да започнете да издавате фактури така няма да има недоразумения кой е платил и кой не в съседния хотел Арена винаги са ми издавали , също така се хубаво да има кой да те посрещне на рецепция а тук нямаше ..
