- ailin (10/5): - good
- Zijie (10/5): - Very convenient.
- gary (10/5): - Location is conveniently located inside the terminal. The room is clean and spacious enough, sound insulation is also good.
- LI (10/5): - The location is very easy to find. The room is clean, the bed is very clean and comfortable. It is quiet. There are food and shops nearby. Checking in/out is very easy.
- Hui (10/5): - Location
- Jin-Hyung (8/5): - They are located inside of terminal that was very convenient.
- ETHEL (10/5): - So very convenient for an overnight on an international flight. Getting a good sleep here really helped lessen jet lag at my final destination.
- Zheng (10/5): Very recommended - In between flights, needed to stay in a hotel in airport location. Originally booked a hotel outside hotel, then we found this transit hotel inside of Terminal 2. This one is much convenient than any outside hotels. Nice, clean, quiet, easy for airport shopping. Close to all the restaurants. Most important, no need to wait for the custom checks since it is in the gates area, near gate 250. Will stay again. By the way, Incheon airport is the best airport over all.

Water, bed, toilet, shower, sink, tv, slippers. Make sure you email them all your information regarding flight information. They speak English very well. Book early they fill up!

- XIANG (10/5): - 2nd time staying here
- Mark (8/5): Worth staying because of the convenience - Room wasn't bad i was happy with it because of the convenience of it being in the airport. My only complaint was it wasn't as clean as it should be. The toilet seat had a poop smear on it. I wasn't going to be there long so i didn't say anything to staff. I just cleaned it myself.
- Robert (10/5): - Clean and quiet
- Kathy (10/5): - I stayed at the Transit Hotel during a layover at ICN. The room exceeded my expectations. It was more spacious than I had expected. The room was furnished nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was perfect for a relaxing layover and a great nights sleep. I will definitely book again on future trips!
- Robert (10/5): - The room was quiet, clean and had everything I needed for a good night of rest/sleep....I will be booking for my next trip to ICN
- Tuul (2/5): - My mother wasn’t able to stay at the hotel. She was told there was no reservation for her 😱😤
- Geraldo (10/5): - Clean, efficient, close to gate and easy access to anything in the airport.
- Robert (10/5): - Easy and quiet- will return
- Michael (10/5): - The carpet was a little dirty and some of the grout in the bathroom is dirty otherwise it’s a good stay.
- Daniel (10/5): - Location, location, location.
- Lela (2/5): - It was not clear when purchasing that we will not be able to reach this terminal 2 hotel from terminal 1, until close to the date of stay when hotel sent a message about it (by which time no more rooms were available in transit hotel on terminal 1).
- David (10/5): - I actually had to switch to the Terminal 1 hotel. Expedia helped me make the switch. Convenient, comfortable and a great way to break up the long layover.
- Deborah (10/5): - Great for transiting through Seoul Airport.
- Hua (10/5): - Very convenient choice for a layover.
- KEVIN (10/5): - GOOD
- Jialing (8/5): - It’s ok
- Min (2/5): - Empty shampoo and conditioner, no soap, very noisy
- Zhongyuan (10/5): - Very responsive staff
- Anne (10/5): Excellent! - I’ve stayed here a few times. In terminal, convenient for long layover.
Quick check in, very clean, bed is comfortable. Friendly staff.
- Xiaoduo (6/5): - Good location
- Albert (2/5): - I can't recommend it at all. It's dirty and too small also it's not even equipped with basic supplies as a hotel.
- Maria (10/5): - Very nice
- Gregory (6/5): - Needed to sleep so that was good but a bit expensive for such a small room.
- Allan (10/5): - Parents are satisfied with staying. Front desk are so nice and helpful, since they don’t speak local language and English as all. Thank you!
- Patricia (6/5): - the room was small and inside the terminal, we were dispointed because we were not able to go out and had to spend all afternoon, no nice restaurants inside the airport, nothing to do. We wanted to go outside the airport but there was no way out because of migration so it is a good option if you arrive late and leave early in the morning or want a room for a couple of hours but not if you arrive at 2pm and your flight leaves the next day at 11am.
- Jhundell (8/5): - It was our first time to stay in the transit hotel and it was beneficial. We were able to rest and sleep and even take a shower. It was nice to roam around without carrying your luggages. Although it's a little bit pricey as we had to book for 2 days due to the time of our arrival. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
- Yu (10/5): - great
- Michael (8/5): - I could not leave and come back if I wanted to take the train to Seoul.
- Anne (10/5): Great Hotel - Great Transit Hotel. Friendly staff, very clean.
Close to food court and Prestige lounge.
I’ve stayed here a few times. Always great!
- German (2/5): - It is not clear from the hotel description that it can ONLY be accessed as long as you don't exit security and migration to pick-up your luggage because you can't go back in unless you already rechecked your luggage and have your boarding pass for the next flight.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall adequate for a layover type stay - Perfectly fine but basic airport hotel. Very convenient as airside within terminal so close to Korean Air Lounge and gates. Need a boarding pass to stay here as airside. Room had no windows which I suppose makes sense but it was a little strange. Room was very small even for just 2 people.
- nicole (10/5): - Perfect for a long layover to sleep and shower.
- Nida (10/5): - Easy check in and out. Inside the airport, very convenient.
- Maryjulia (10/5): - On our 13 hour middle of the night layover, it couldn’t have been more convenient to not have to exit the airport thereby eliminating immigration and security lines or transportation to and from an outside hotel. The Transit hotel was perfect for our needs.
- Ashley Glenn (10/5): Overnight layover convenience. - Not every airport has a hotel within the terminal and staying in the Transit hotel is amazing. If you have an overnight layover in Incheon airport, staying at Transit hotel is a must.
Enjoy sleeping in a comfortable bed and not on the floor. Take a shower before getting to your connecting flight. Or just simply relax in your room with the safety of your belongings.
It's so worth it for long layovers.
- Shane (10/5): - Great choice for overnight layover at ICN airport; but be aware, the food options inside Terminal 2 aren't the best
- ENKHTULGA (2/5): - They did not explain that hotel located in the airport after security. So I could not even check in to hotel !!!
- Sanjeev Kumar (10/5): - Cleanliness and convenient.
- ?? (10/5): -
- yanjun (10/5): - Great
- Robert (10/5): - Great stop for a Transit connection at ICN...Thank you!
- JUTAO (4/5): - Too small room
- Geraldo (10/5): - If you read the signs you will easily understand how to get to the hotel inside the airport.
- Y (4/5): - There was no kettle in the hotel for me, which I understand is probably for safety issues in the airport. One of the lady at the reception had offered me hot water from their machine at the reception area (this was at 10pm/22:00 time frame to 11pm/23:00), when I got back to ask for hot water at 12am, it was a different lady and she refused to give me hot water unless I have a tumbler (not everyone travel internationally with a tumbler since that would be inconvenient..). I asked her if she could give me hot water in those paper cups that was on the counter, but she refused to. She was gonna grab those paper cups initially thinking I was gonna buy a latte from the reception, so I know those paper cups are to be used (this case looks like only for people that pay for coffee, but still I paid for the hotel and asking for just one paper cup is not an outrageous thing to do.) But yea, I was sick that day and had a sore throat and was hoping for some hot water, but couldn’t get any because I didn’t have a tumbler with me while travelling internationally 😫😒
- George (10/5): - Very convenient for transit travelers
- Glenn (8/5): - The hotel is decent for a transit hotel, but there are a few issues.
1. The rooms do not have windows meaning there is no natural light at all. It would be nice to have a view of the tarmac or terminal.
2. While the room seemed clean at first, I noticed the area under the bed was very dusty as I stored my luggage there. I assume it has not been vacuumed in a long time.
3. My room had visible signs or wear and tear like wallpaper coming off the walls or scuff marks.
4. The shower does not have a clothes line making drying wet clothing inconvenient. The shower door does have a handle on it where clothes could be dried.
5. It would be nice to have multiple USB power outlets in the room especially next to the bed. There is only 1 USB power outlet on the small desk area. The power outlets next to the bed are the South Korean style and I could not use my North American devices with them. The power outlet on the desk area seemed loose. My North American power adapter worked in it, but it would fall out easily.
6. It would be nice to have at least 1 English language TV channel.
7. I receieved a discount coupon for breakfast at the Matina Lounge, but the food was mediocre at best. I arrived at 6 am, but there was a very large line when I left the lounge at 8 am.
- Darryl (10/5): - Perfect option with extended stay at the airport. Pro tip...Make an advanced reservation
- Gordon (8/5): - -
- Maurice (2/5): - The fact that I place a 1 star is they should say that you will need your boarding pass in order to stay at the hotel. My ticket was for the next day, so to avoid traffic
- SUSAN (10/5): - Very clean and convenientl….so great to have a bed and shower at the airport!!!
- RHOWENA (10/5): - Convenient for long layovers
- Scott (2/5): - Be clear on your instructions!!!
- susan (10/5): - They were very accommodating and patient with me since I had issues with my flight arrangements. They even offered me another hotel and willing to refund me. I really appreciated that. Thank you so much
- Douglas (8/5): - Nice place to get 8 hours of sleep. Don't expect a lot of amenities, but for a place to get some sleep and take a shower, it is fine. I will come back, it is much better than spending the night in one of their Transfer stations.
- Benjamin (8/5): - Basic bed and bath. no hand soap no dinking glass or cup but bottled water no frills. would have been nice to have coffee and a pastry as part of the package.
- Nicholas (10/5): - Small but good clean room and close to the gates.
- Rich (10/5): - Close
- Zhao (10/5): - Very convenient!! Nice and clean. The rooms are small and no windows, but we don’t care. It’s in the terminals.
- Makiyah (6/5): - There were three small moth like bugs in the room; 2 in the shower. Very small spaces and automatic sink without ability to get hot water. Convenient to be in terminal but meh accommodations.
- Thomas (10/5): - Perfect for a 13 hour layover at ICN airport, spacious and clean. I reserved for a full day from check in to check out, so I was surprised when the front desk asked what time I would be checking out and put it in my contract. I didn't like that and should've said what ever the required check out time is.
- Tram (8/5): - I really appreciated the convenience of staying at Transit Hotel - Terminal 2, especially if you have to stay overnight at the airport for your early morning flight. Check-in was quick and easy, and the facilities seemed clean and well-maintained. However, I did have some concerns. I found hair and dirty marks on both the blanket and towels, which suggests that the cleaning wasn’t thorough. The washroom was generally clean, but upon closer inspection, I noticed dirt and yellow stains on top and behind the toilet. Overall, while the space was convenient, the hygiene standards could definitely be improved.
- Maile (10/5): - Loved how fast the check in was. Room was wonderful - good size, quiet, comfortable beds.
- Paul (10/5): - Great stay during our long layover
- Leonid (4/5): - The Expedia listing does not clearly state that you need to be a Transit passenger only and will not be allowed in if you are not. I had a morning flight and booked that hotel for an overnight stay but was denied entry. Needless to say, Expedia refused to refund.
- Deborah (10/5): - Did not have to leave the terminal.
- Robin (2/5): - I have been working with the property to get a refund due to not being able to access the hotel because we were directed through customs. The hotel has not been cooperating with us even though they are FULLY AWARE of what happened as it was transpiring because we were in contact with them from the other side of the airport.
- Xiaoming (2/5): - Not accessible.
- Yuan (10/5): - Good
- YUTING (10/5): - Great for transition
- yan (10/5): - All like
- Mengqian (10/5): - Good place to stay overnight at the airport
