The views, the pool, the food and drinks, and the people are amazing. The best holiday we have ever had. I honestly can't think of one thing! The hotel is a little on the hill side, but there is always a member of staff at hand there to offer you a lift up to the infinity pool.

BELINDA (10/5): First rate! - The resort was amazing. The room we had with a private pool was spectacular. They had a roof top restaurant with an infinity pool and daybeds - with the most breathtaking views. There was a day club that was so much fun. Such a gorgeous resort. The staff was outstanding. They truly care about their guests and ensuring they have a first rate experience. I cannot say anything negative about this resort. I did not want to leave. I’m now at a new resort in Paros and wishing I was back in Mykonos!

Negin (10/5): - The room was so clean. They upgraded our room for free to a room with small private pool. The service was great and staff were so friendly and lovely. The Beach club was also great. The prices were not hat high and the room was standard and super clean. During our stay it got a little chilly and I had to ask for blankets. I asked for blankets two times and every time they brought me a light one (bed sheet I suppose it was) and the air conditioner did not work. I guess we had a bad luck with weather. Everything else was flawless!!!

The buffet breakfast was excellent and when we ordered room service the food was awesome as well. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help. I would've assumed that the staff would notify guests of the public bus service. I understand that Tropicana want to make money on transportation, but notifying the guests of this service would be helpful.
Declan (9/5): Fantastic property and wonderful staff - Beautiful facilities - the pool, the gym, restaurants were all stunning. Location was great, close to the beach and nightclubs. Staff were fantastic, among the best of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were all super helpful and friendly The room layout for the hotel was a little odd. It was adequate for our needs, but think the space could have been laid out better.

The beach was in a very convenient spot with staff to drive you to and from it. The pool had amazing comfort to it as well.

Simon (10/5): - This is a wonderful resort with really nice rooms and a great outlook over Paradise beach. The facilities at the Tropicana are world class and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My view from the room was real albeit via a pretty small window. I was lucky to book just after the summer season so I enjoyed some relative quiet and very reduced nightly rates. The buffet breakfast is incredible and not to be missed!

The room was magnificent — spacious, elegant, and offered stunning views that felt straight out of a dream. The infinity pool was wonderful and perfectly heated, making every swim relaxing and luxurious. The grounds were beautiful, perfectly maintained, and every corner of the property exuded luxury and comfort. The staff was incredible, always attentive and kind. A special mention to Mary at the reception — she was beyond amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect, tending to all our needs and ensuring our experience was truly beyond our dreams. Dina, the bartender, was fantastic as well — definitely keep her around! She took care of all our needs and made the best drinks.

Property was always clean, staff always attentive and if you’re into the lively party scenes like us (after all, it is Mykonos 😂) the location is very convenient to many of the popular beach club and night clubs. Definitely rent a car because taxis are expensive. Having a car is great value and you can go anywhere as you please. We would definitely come back to this resort!! Nothing negative about it. It is an expensive resort but you get what you pay. For what you get out of it the value is not too bad. Just book it very early as it does get sold out rather quickly

There were also restaurants locally and room service was great :-) Nothing, all was good, loved it. We didn't try the breakfast, but the top level of the hotel was amazing with amazing views.

One of my favorite parts was the huge pool. Plenty of space to relax, swim, and soak up the sun without it ever feeling crowded. The free access to the beach club was such a nice bonus! Great vibes, drinks were good and you can party all night. The staff were friendly, everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere was super laid-back and vacation-ready. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and helpful, and we want to give a special shoutout to Mary and Helena for going above and beyond. Whatever you need, the team has you covered! The room itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed – you definitely get your money’s worth. The location was fantastic too, with a few great restaurants nearby and a charming local market where you can pick up snacks, drinks, and fresh produce. However, the Tropicana food menu is so reasonably priced (especially for hotel food) and DELICIOUS, so I would recommend trying the Gyros and Smashed Avocado (and everything else)!! The Tropicana Club brought amazing energy, buzzing both day and night, while the pool was an absolute highlight – overlooking the stunning coastline and beach, with the most comfortable lounge chairs. The gym was also a pleasant surprise: clean, well-equipped, and perfect for getting some movement in. What really blew us away was how thoughtful the staff were. It was my best friend’s 21st birthday during our stay, and after mentioning it at the front desk, the team went out of their way to make it special. Mary even helped me find a perfect lunch spot, and the next day we were upgraded to the most incredible villa. We were in disbelief – it was truly unforgettable and made the celebration extraordinary. Even two months later, I’m still in awe of how fantastic the whole experience was. I feel so lucky to have stayed at Tropicana and cannot recommend it highly enough. If you’re going to Mykonos, this is the place to stay! Nothing - everything was literally incredible!

You can ask any question via WhatsApp, and they’ll respond right away. It was a great experience. The beach club is amazing. You can go there for a quiet beach day with music and dancing at night. The only downside is that if you wake up early like me, you might hear the beach club music until 2 am. But it’s very far away. My partner didn’t notice anything, even though I mentioned it. If you have a light sleep like me, you might want to ask the staff for earplugs. They’re really helpful. The room was amazing, and all the installations at the hotel are top-notch.

The front desk staff was very helpful on all the amenities, and made and answered any questions I had about things to do in Mykonos. The drivers that took me back and forth to comus restaurant were friendly. My driver from the hotel that took me to my dinner and airport was nice. Even all the wait staff at every restaurant I attended included the restaurant you get room service from were nice. The grounds were kept clean. I always saw someone cleaning! I had a good time at the ocean club and on the beach. I will definitely be back!

Véronique (10/5): Séjour parfait - Magnifique hôtel, sur plusieurs niveaux avec plusieurs piscines, dont une chauffée. Restaurant à la carte et petit déjeuner buffet qui est juste exceptionnel. Tout confort dans les chambres avec serviette de plage/piscine. Le personnel est très serviable, accueillant et souriant. Bonne situation, à côté de la discothèque, de la plage, arrêt de bus et superette. Il y a d'autres restaurants à proximité: Baladaya, paradise beach,... C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous avions une chambre de 4, avec un jacuzzi, face à la piscine du bas qui est chauffée. Les transats au Baladaya beach sont gratuits pour les clients de l'hôtel. Nous avions loué une voiture à l'aéroport et l'hôtel dispose d'un parking. La ville de Chora (accessible en bus ou en voiture) est juste magnifique avec ses ruelles blanches typique de Grèce On entend un peu les "basses" de la discothèque. Et à la fois c'est très pratique quand on veut faire la fête car c'est accessible à pied.

JENNIFER (10/5): - I had a great recent stay at Tropicana, the rooms are beautiful and got a free room upgrade since I traveled with my grandmother who could not walk up too many stairs, this was a nice gesture from the front desk staff. Everyone made sure our stay was nothing short of wonderful. I also like that it is easy to chat with them via Whatsapp and they respond so fast when you ask to book transportation with them. They do offer transportation to some of the main parts of the island and charge much cheaper than taxis, you will pay $35 Euros each way, taxis will charge you $50 Euros per ride. You will have free sunbed at a beach right in front of the hotel which was a nice bonus. Also, the beach club Tropicana is right across the hotel and the party ends at 2am which was nice to not have loud noise all night. All amenities were clean and beautiful, every employee was so attentive to our needs and I am excited to come back to this hotel one day. The hotel is about 15-20 min away from the Old port of the island so it is definitely not walkable

Behalve het buffet hebben ze ook een a la carte menu voor het ontbijt. Groot voordeel is dat het ontbijt tot 11:30 uur open is! Bij aankomst in onze Terra suite lagen er rozenblaadjes op het bed met een heerlijke taart, allemaal zonder extra kosten! De kamer is geweldig, nog veel mooier als de foto's doen voorkomen. Super mooie afwerking en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het resort ligt op een berg, dus het is heel fijn dat het personeel je op en neer brengt in hun busjes. Friendly, helpful and accommodating, every interaction with staff felt warm and productive. The area is beautiful with easy access to town by bus stop at the entrance to the grounds and complimentary access to beach club right across the street. We spent the day poolside or at the beach club and then took the bus into town for dinner and drinks. Back on the bus to the hotel to get ready for a night at the dance clubs which are right next door. This was the perfect place to stay on Mykonos!
