- まさえ (6/5): - Webで予約し、電話確認は必要ありませんとのことで、当日ホテルに行くと名前がないと言われて。とても気分がめいりました。 娘夫婦と孫の誕生日祝いをかねて １日遊んで来たら…ホテルのせいではないと思いますが「名前がないんですよねぇ」って えっ？あたしが嘘ついてる？予約ちゃんと してない？みたいに…一瞬嫌な気分でした。 結局、名前が先になっていて名字が 後になっていて見つけられなかったらしいです。確定のメールはちゃんと名字が先になっていたのに、とても不思議で不安しかありませんでした。大丈夫ですよとか何か 安心させてくれるような言葉がほしかったです。

- YUKI (8/5): 朝食バイキング飲み放題はここだけ - 時間帯ではチェックインが時間がかかります。特に団体などと同じになると結構時間がかかります。館内も複雑で慣れないと食事会場や温泉にたどり着けません。川沿いだと結構川の流れの音が気になります。ただこの値段でバイング飲み放題はほかにはないので我慢できる範囲です。

- Hoa (10/5): Great location! - The included buffet dinner and buffet breakfast were great and included all-you-can-drink sodas, tea, and coffee. All dishes were cooked and flavored for the Japanese people. They were tasteful, plentiful, and fresh. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The tub was big enough for a nice bath. A/C was quiet and cold for the summer heat. The room was big enough for us and bright. The leather chair in the room was old and ripped. The carpet was old. The pillow is soft and nice. The twin beds were big for us but not comfortable.
