Teona (5/5): My stay wasn’t so pleasant as I was planning. - I liked personal at the reception I booked non-smoking room, but from outside it came cigarette smell which was so unpleasant that couldn’t even breathe. The room wasn’t clean, during my stay no one came for cleaning and didn’t change towels. Every time I asked about toilet papers etc.

Yurdakul (2/5): Paranıza ve zamanınıza yazık - Resepsiyonda yabancı uyruklu bayan türkçeyi tam konuşamıyor ve daha ilk girişte anlaşma güçlüğü çektik. Ardından odamıza çıktık, odada resepsiyonu arayabileceğiniz telefon bile yok. Cep telefonu ile otelin dış numarasını arıyorsunuz. Wifi çok kötü, kullanılmayacak kadar yavaş, video izlemek mümkün değil. Donuyor kopuyor. Yatağa oturduğum an gıcır gıcır bir ses ve tahta sesleri ile karşılaştım. Yatak perişan kötüydü, yastıklar öyle. Koca odaya minicik bir televizyon koymuşlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilmeyecek bir mekan.

Bienfait (1/5): Unbelievable experience - In my honest opinion; the location is the best thing about this suite. It is surrounded by various different restaurants and stores, anything you need is close by Now where do I start? I had a suite with a jacuzzi in it. At a first glimpse it looked nice until I noticed the room was dirty, the walls were wearing off. The bed pillows were extremely dirty and when I asked if they could change them, they said it’s not possible. The room looked nothing like it was advertised on booking, I ended up regretting why I had booked 6 days at this suite. When I asked for a refund it was almost impossible, I had to reach out to booking to be able to get refunded only 2 nights since they had been dragging me all along since the first day I asked to change the hotel. The coffee maker was rusted, I couldn’t even use it for that reason, I asked for it to be changed and they did nothing. I had to debate with the manager numerous times on so many things. I had water pouring in from the walls and windows when it rained during my stay, and a staff had to come clean it very quick. I can’t talk about it all on here. It was a bad experience for me.
