• Veronika (9/5): Beautyful and cosy Maisonett appartement in the Heart of the old town of Napoli. - The hosts were super nice, helpful and welcoming. We received there phone number and could easily reach them when our plane was a bit delayed or we had any questions. The appartment is very cute with a nice livingroom with a sofa and an armchair, a big TV , a table with to chairs, a small kitchen and up the stairs in the galerie a bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet. The appartemnet has everything you might need and is perfect for two. (There are bigger appartements if you are more then two) Absolute amazing location in the middle of the old town right around the corner from delicious cafés and restaurants as well as shops. Though it was right in the heart of the buzzeling old town, it was very quiet since the window was to the courtyard of the building. Thanks again to Nadia and Paolo for making us feel so welcome and making sure we really enjoyed our stay.
• Sabrine (10/5): Ottima location - Posizione centralissima, a due passi da spaccanapoli ma al contempo tranquilla e silenziosa. Host gentili e disponibili! Da tenere in considerazione per la prossima visita a Napoli. Unico consiglio per chi ama dormire al buio è quello di munirsi di mascherina per la notte, non ci sono scuri o tapparelle e la tenda non copre abbastanza la portafinestra all'ingresso.
• Andrea (9/5): Großartig - Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, das gemütliche und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Appartement ist in einem wunderschönen historischen Gebäude gelegen. Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, für gebrechliche Personen oder Personen mit Gehbehinderung wäre die Unterkunft aufgrund der relativ engen Treppe allerdings nicht geeignet.

• Giulia (8/5): Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di Napoli - Posizione eccellente ed ottimale per raggiungerei i principali punti di interesse della città. L'appartamento risulta pulito ed equipaggiato con tutto il necessario. Host sempre disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte. Suggerirei l'installazione di una ventola di aerazione in bagno, c'era un persistente odore di acqua stagnante.

• Rio (8/5): Beautiful little Apartment - The apartment was super cute, runs across 2 floors with full kitchen, open living room and a small dining table. Upstairs there is a bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the hosts were super helpful. There is also a lift to get up to the floor which is a big help. Massive gate with guard during the day which feels super safe. Its amazing how much sound the gate blocks, when you step into the courtyard its super quiet and peaceful. Location is amazing, your right in the heart of the historical center, lots of amazing restaurants and bars nearby. Feels very safe even walking around at night. The a/c and heating was broken as the heated floors were permanently on which the host knew about but said there was nothing that could be done. This did mean that the upstairs floor where the bedroom is was incredibly hot, as the bathroom towel dryer was also permanently on. However this wasnt much of an issue as you have a set of french doors (the front doors) and a window above that which we would leave open while relaxing after exploring and this would cool down the apartment by about 70%. Hopefully it can be fixed before the summer heat sets in. When we arrived there was some maintenence that needed doing but the host quickly got a team in to fix the issue from the previous guest while we were out, they were super quick and efficient, we didn't even notice. Overall wonderful host, we had a lovely stay, and would definitely return.

Evde bir çok imkan vardı. Yatak biraz rahatsızdı. Ocak tam çalışmıyordu (yapılması için usta getirmeyi teklif ettiler biz daha sonra halledilir diye istemedik). Mutfakta bulaşık temizleme ürünleri mevcut değildi.

• laura (6/5): Con piccoli miglioramenti sarebbe perfetto - La posizione Il tavolino nella zona giorno che è inutilizzabile, dovrebbe essere utilizzato oltre che per posare la borsa, le chiavi ecc. quando rientri, anche per mangiare...è traballante e rischi che si ribalta tutto quello che hai posato. In bagno il lavabo non è bloccato si muove, essendo un bagno cieco, in camera da letto, manca l'aereazione.

A kávét minden reggel 4 lépésre a szállásunktól ittuk meg egy olyan helyen, ami 50 éve ott van min. A ház az egyik legszebb a környéken, lift godnok illatos növények a többszázéves lépcsők mellett. • Zak (7/5): Great location but apartment needs attention. - Great location right in the heart of the old district - although still fairly quiet at night. The entrance is not for the faint hearted though as you have to walk around the small 3rd floor balcony. The courtyard is beautiful but does make a lot of sounds with people shouting and doors slamming. It was quiet until about 7am. The bed is big and super comfortable. There were some issues with heating/cooling which were eventually sorted but the AC is not very good in the upstairs bedroom. The bathroom was quite dirty and in need of attention. There is bad limescale on the taps and around the shower screen and base as it leaks. Why only 1 toilet roll for 4 days? I don’t know why places do this. The listing does say ‘balcony’ but this is the small shared access to all the apartments and can not be used as a balcony so a bit misleading. I just didn’t feel this was ‘premium’ as advertised but I i did make it work for me.

• Ann-Christin (7/5): - Ganz tolle Lage mitten in der Altsatdt von Neapel! Leider war es nicht sonderlich sauber in unserem Apartment (mit Wirlpool). Im oberen Badezimmer hat die Ausstattung schon gelitten und das Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab. Den Wirlpool wollten wir am Ende nicht nutzen, weil er schlecht gereinigt war. Es wurde auch nicht nachgereinigt, obwohl wir 2 Nächte da waren und sofort Bescheid gesagt haben.

There was a lack of attention to details - the bathroom rubbish bin was full when we arrived, there was no toilet paper in the second bathroom, the towels were quite musty.

Beautifully designed modern apartment in a historic building We could not make coffee on the infusion stove and the AC controls were not clear to us. It was hard to find without the help of the property manager, who showed up 20 minutes late. The apartment felt smaller, and much cheaper quality, than the impression the photos gave. The apartment is three or four flights up and requires walking along a very narrow, vertigo inducing walkway.

• Isabelle (8/5): Charming apartment in the middle of the old city - Great location in the historic city center, beautiful old building with access via a charming courtyard. Lots of wood, high ceiling in the living room and huge windows, but you are still protected from direct sunlight. Spacious living room and a kitchen which is sufficient to prepare a simple meal. Not too noisy for the location. Very friendly and reactive staff. Bathrooms would need some renovation, there are leaking joints and too much humidity. There is a sauna, but in the south of Italy with the hot climate this seemed odd and the sauna seems to lack aeration (just like the bathrooms). We didn’t use it and would have preferred more space to hang clothes.
• Caoimhe (5/5): Great location, facilities need improving - The location of this apartment is excellent, very central. It is also a good size and feels safe. The team who let us in were extremely friendly and did a great job. There is an issue with dampness in this apartment, we turned the spa on for a few minutes and the whole place smelt damp. Our clothes also felt damp. The shower is not a nice experience.

• Cosmin (7/5): Good - Nice apartment in the central touristic zone of Napoli. Clean, spacious, inside an old-style building, which reveals the characteristic way of living for Neapolitans living in the city center. The interior is focused on design rather on utility (ex: no microwave). More attention to the functioning of the utilities (shower in main bathroom) would increase the comfort level of the apartment (the bed in the main room was basically four cubic mattresses placed next to each other). No door at shower in the main room, and the slope of the shower floor was not properly constructed so the water from shower can easily enter the bathroom
• Felix (9/5): Superb - The apartment was nice, clean and well equipped. The living room with the kitchen is downstairs and the bedroom with the jacuzzi upstairs. The stairs between the floats are a little dangerous. There were some flaws, but overall it's a great place. On the first day it was a little difficult to find an apartment and it took about an hour to check-in, but it was a big football party at this day, so everything was delayed. The only window is a glass door overlooking the patio, which doesn't provide much light to both rooms. A little missing plates and a small pot. The apartment itself is located in the middle of historical center, where public transport does not exists (10 minutes walk to the nearest stop).

No windows too the outside,, just a glass door to the inner courtyard for all to look iif you don't close the drapes. The bed for my daughter was not properly made up and did not have a pillow. The kitchen table was so wobbly it bordered on dangerous. It was warm and rhe air con did not work.no airflow in the bedroom. On the positive side, great location and the host was lovely and provided good restaurant suggestions.

• Eyal (8/5): You can't ask for a better location than this when in Napoli. - The location was right in the heart of the city, you can walk to most places for food and night life. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The apartment contact where very nice and helpful (via this app) helped us book a taxi for our flight early in the morning and to get an extra set of keys. It's a bit hard to find the place when we first got there, we had to wait next to the place for like 10 minutes for someone to come and let us in and give us the keys, we had data so we could communicate via this app, without it, it would have been very hard to get there. (Maybe a short video from the host can solve this problem easily) To get in the apartment you need to use 4 keys (one to the main building, to the floor, another gate and only then you get to the room itself). In the room you need to climb a few steps (without a handrail) to get to the second floor with the bed, bathroom and shower, this may be very hard for old people, this didn't bother us too much. Getting to the metro is around 10 minutes walk, not too far, but not very close...
• Monica (6/5): Nice Location, Broken Amenities - We liked the extensive security inside the apartment complex. It was centrally located near restaurants of interest. The air conditioning never cooled down the apartment in the three days we were there. uncomfortably warm. The hot tub took two hours to fill and the water never got hot. Listing said the apartment was on the second floor. The bedroom is on the second floor of the apartment but the whole apartment was on the fourth floor of the building. Not easy to get in and out of.

• Filipa (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment with two bathrooms, quiet and comfy. All you need for a longer stay is there. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Carmen (the lady who greeted us) was very nice and attentive, even gave us her phone number for questions. The only thing that may be needs improvement is the check-in procedure. We pointed out our arrival time by booking (not outside working hours), but when we rang at the door there was noone to meet us. We needed to make a call and wait 15 minutes.
• Chen (8/5): Convenient transportation, comfortable living, reasonable price - The location is good, 20 minutes walk from the train station. 10 minutes walk from two subway stations. The apartment is located in a lively area. There are many restaurants, cafes, cake shops, pharmacies nearby. It is not remote and feels relatively safe. The room is fully furnished and has a kitchenette. The bedroom is upstairs and the bed is comfortable. Two air conditioners, one upstairs and one downstairs. It would be better if there was a washing machine. Because the summer is very hot, the clothes have to be changed every day. The landlord doesn't speak English very well, so he can only explain in Italian which keys open which doors and how to use the remote control to turn on the air conditioner.
