• Vlodko (8/5): A great location near downtown Reykjavik. - Very close to downtown. Kitchen with all amenities. No parking was included. It was a HUGE stress factor for us, as we had to pay for parking everywhere.

Ao chegarmos à Reykjavík nos hospedamos por 2 noites no Tyr Apartments antes de partirmos para o interior do país. Fomos colocados em um apartamento muito bom, sem ressalvas, conforme avaliação anterior. Ao voltar para Reykjavík, ficamos mais 4 noites no Tyr Apartments antes de retornarmos da Islândia, mas dessa vez em um apartamento não tão bom; tudo funcionando, todavia o estado de conservação era inferior. Apesar disso, não houve prejuízo à nossa estadia e continuo a Tyr como uma alternativa com excelente relação custo-benefício.
• Barbara (9/5): Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno in città - Appartamento spazioso con due camere da letto doppie, sala, cucina con balconcino e bagno. Arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario. Bella la vista sulla città. Per noi non è stato un problema ma segnalo che non c’è ascensore. Parcheggio in strada a pagamento (ci sono diverse zone con tariffe ed orari diversi, che segnalano i gestori). È qualcosa che ho riscontrato in tutti i posti dove ho alloggiato in Islanda, per cui credo sia prassi, però il lavandino del bagno era davvero microscopico, davvero difficile da usare.

• Julie (10/5): Central location, clean quiet and comfortable apartment - The location makes exploring Reykjavík and the surroundings so easy. You’re a 5 minutes walk from bus stops 9 and 11 for organized tour pickups, 15 minutes walk from the BSI bus station, 2-4 mns from either the Extra or Bonus grocery stores as well as many restaurants. The apartment was super clean, well stocked and the system to check in and out worked great. You have access to a washer and dryer and the staff is very quick to help. The sofa bed was super easy to pull out and put away and comfortable. I highly recommend! The leaky shower?

There were a lot of amenities that were provided which made our stay pretty comfortable - such as the cooking pans and pots. Plenty of room to place all our luggages. There wasn't a lift so we needed to haul our luggages up to our unit. Additionally, we wished that there were more lights around the house - it was a little dark around the TV/Sofa area since that area was only lit up by the lamp.

Ha la macchina del caffè (Nespresso), tostapane, bollitore, microonde e persino una nuovissima lavastoviglie! Se posso dare qualche consiglio aumenterei un po' le stoviglie (piatti piani e fondi) che forse nel tempo sono stati decimati dagli ospiti 😅 e metterei uno scolapasta, soprattutto per noi Italiani☺️. Molto efficente anche il personale che ha risposto sempre celermente ad ogni mia richiesta. Cercate posteggio nella via parallela perché lì è zona P 1, la più costosa. Comunque appartamento super consigliato! Peccato per la mancanza del bidet e il lavandino del bagno veramente troppo piccolo.

• Iwona (10/5): - Świetne położenie, blisko słynnego kościoła i ulicy handlowej. Blisko sklepy spożywcze, czynne codziennie do 24.00. Przestronny, wygodny i bardzo ciepły apartament. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Był nawet termos, które zabieraliśmy na dłuższe wycieczki, co zimą jest niezwykle ważne. Dużo miejsc parkingowych, niestety płatnych, w zależności od strefy, od P1, na krótki czas parkowania, do 3 g, przez P2 w godzinach 9.00-21.00, P3- g. 9.00-18.00 oraz P4, g.9.00-16.00. Jeśli się jeździ na wycieczki po okolicy, to można już wrócić na czas bezpłatnego parkowania. Polecam 🙂

Easy check in system. Not the biggest space for kitchen, dinning and lounge space when the sofa bed is out but sofa bed was comfy and the 2 single beds were really good. WiFi was not working for majority of the stay, did try and message to get it fixed however had no response. Kitchen was fully equipped and working, shower was small but nice and warm. WiFi didn’t work
• Michelle (9/5): Excellent property, Well located, Book it, You wont Regret It! - Before arrival, during our stay and upon leaving communication with the hosts were excellent, fast responses, really helpful and 'on-it'. The accommodation was really spacious and really very clean. Good supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery, toaster, toilet roll, tea towel, washing up items. Great location, not on top of the bustle but within 5 minutes walking distance to it. I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely recommend it to others and would also stay there again myself. We also had a fantastic view of the fireworks on New Years Eve from the balcony! The only thing I would say is that I was woken up by other guest walking past the apartment door (we were on the 2nd floor) as everything in the hallway echo's and travels which did wake me up. The windows in the apartment didn't really keep out the road noise and again did wake me up but I do live in a very remote area with no passing traffic or people so I am overly sensitive to noise. I also think an information book in the apartment about recommended restaurants/bars/pubs would be helpful, especially those that are child friendly as we were travelling with a 6 and 8 year old who are quite beige eaters!

• Weng Ian (8/5): 地方寬敞、位置優越 - 地理位置優越，十分近Laugavegur購物主街，離9號巴士站只有3分鐘步行路程，來往機場及旅行團接送都十分方便。廚房廚具充足，也有鹽作調味料，有焗爐及電池爐及微波爐，有洗衣房，可清洗衣服 因住在地面層，大街經過的人都能看到房子裏面，廚房及洗手間那邊的是對著大廈的垃圾桶，人家經過也是會看到，需長期關著窗簾。洗手間的窗戶也是微微打開，因害怕有人經過會看到，但鎖可能老化又關不了窗，只好找東西擋著隙縫。也因是地面層，人和車經過也會聽得很清楚，零晨有人在窗前爭執，被吵醒了。其他方間的電視都能觀看YouTube/netflix, 但這間房間是舊式電視機，因此這幾天甚麼也沒看。

• Giuliana (1/5): Il mio soggiorno al di fuori della struttura è stato fantastico - La posizione Aver trovato la camera con i termosifoni spenti e fuori le temperature erano sotto lo zero.Inoltre fino a tarda sera non funzionava un termosifone e abbiamo chattato con l’assistenza, i quali ci stavano mandando a quel paese, e solo dopo ns insistenza ci hanno inviato un ragazzo gentilissimo, il quale, dopo aver costatato l’effettivo non funzionamento ci ha procurato uno scaldino Mancavano le tovaglie per i componenti della prenotazione ossia 4 Abbiamo trovato il divano letto chiuso e senza lenzuola. Quando abbiamo fatto il reclamo anche per questo, prendendoci in giro ci volevano spiegare come si aprisse lo stesso e ci hanno detto di andarci a prendere in autonomia le lenzuola al di fuori della struttura, in una stanza adibita a ripostiglio Abbiamo trovato anche la finestra del bagno aperta, quindi non solo i termosifoni spenti ma anche la beffa della finestra aperta. Quindi confort zero!!!!

• 陳 (9/5): - 地點很好，離主要步行街及9號巴士站很近。住宿期間的日用品補充很充足。洗澡水足夠熱、水量很大很舒服。房源經理人回應快速，但只限於與住宿相關的事，若與住宿無關的問題，則不予回應(例如詢問極光訊息～)。 房內光線不夠明亮，尤其是餐桌處，真的很昏暗。 我們住了12晚，前6晚wifi正常，第六晚忽斷忽續，第七晚開始完全斷訊，通知房源經理，也無法處理，一直到退房都是沒網路的狀態。所以，若要選擇這個房間，需要自備網路比較保險，否則將會非常不方便。 當然，不介意房內光線且自備網路的人，這些就不會是問題。

Well equipped, comfortable and clean. It was spacious enough for 3 people and the balcony was an added bonus for aurora photos. Lots of very useful information pre-check in about how to use oven/dishwasher/laundry room etc. Could do with some drawers to put clothes in. There was a wardrobe but it was broken and not very useful. Would be helpful to have a dustpan and brush. But all very minor, would happily stay here again.

Good info package from owner about car park, etc. we used suggested car park next to the church. It is free of charge, just walking distance from apartment. Good level of support from owner-just text using whatsupp and You are getting all what’s in to do list. No any complaints.
• ZHANG (8/5): 很方便 - 地理位置优越，在大教堂旁边，饭店、超市、服装店、咖啡店全都有，离公共汽车站也不远。 单人床太小了，好像是最小号的，睡觉时担心掉地上😅因为住顶楼，下雨时能听到滴落的声音。

• Stephan (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert! - Die geographische Lage in der Stadt und die Größe der Wohnung. Der Zustand. Der Geruch im Bad war unerträglich. Es roch stark nach Urin und Fäkalien. Es war eine Erdgeschosswohnung, welche als solche, nicht auf der Website, bzw. bei der Buchung ersichtlich war. Der Toaster war defekt, wurde nicht erneuert. Kein Licht im Kochbereich, habe mit einer Taschenlampe gekocht. Sehr laut, da sie an einer vielbefahrenen Strassenkreuzung liegt.
• Bregnard (8/5): Très bon endroit, à recommander. Attention aux amendes de parcage. On n'a rien compris ! - Appartement très bien situé Appartement facile à accéder C'est très dur de se parquer dans ce quartier.
