• Lola Palacios (10/5): Ciudad para pasear y visita tranquila. - Para una pareja tiene las medidas correctas, quizás algo más de posibilidad de colgar ropa para que no esté toda en la maleta. El colchón bien, pero algún problema hay con las tablas que soportan el colchón. El baño perfecto y limpieza a diario de la habitación. En cuanto a la ubicación perfecta, zona tranquila, con servicios de restaurantes sin ser zona de aglomeración. Nada que destacar en este apartado.

• Carlota (7/5): Estancia correcta en una buena ubicación. - El personal fue muy amable, nos dejaron guardar las maletas antes del check in y después del check out. Está ubicado muy cerca de la estación de tren. Dispone de una zona común donde se puede cocinar con microondas, fregadero y menaje. Dispone de secador de pelo. No esta bien insonorizado interiormente. Limpieza correcta sin entrar en detalles. Precio alto para las instalaciones que tiene, aún siendo barato para Venecia.

• Campbell (7/5): Clean and good location, quite small with little storage - This property is really close to the station and a short walk in to the centre. Very clean room They’re is very little storage space, we stayed for 2 nights so this was fine but if you’re looking to stay longer and unpack properly it might be an issue. Check out was at 10:30 however the cleaners turned up at 10 and talked loudly on loud speaker in the hall with all the cleaning stuff out that made us feel a little rushed.

• Lisa (8/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, sehr unpersönlich - Sehr schönes Zimmer in sehr guter Lage! Sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet! Kommunikation sehr unpersönlich, Bezahlung vor Ort am nächsten Tag in bar gewünscht, da musste man den Tag drum herum planen. Für diesen Preis bekommt man auch ein angemessenes Hotelzimmer in Venedig mit freundlicherem Service.

The location being only 10mins from the train station and piazzale Roma was perfect when arriving at night and with suitcases.. Very easy to seek out the whole of Venizia on foot and by water. Excellent restaurants only minutes away. Nothing to dislike

• Fabio (9/5): - Location perfetta. Centrale e la stanza molto moderna e anche in punto tranquillo per riposare di notte senza rumori molesti. Il prezzo per persona effettivamente alto ma questo riguarda oramai alcune grandi città che hanno prezzi eccessivi senza poi curare aspetti come ad esempio l'accoglienza e l'interazione umana tra cliente e gestore che darebbero sicuramente uno spessore maggiore alla struttura.
• Steven (8/5): - The room was very clean on arrival and met the expectations from the photos provided. We didnt really stay in the room for very long as we were sight seeing so much. However it was a very comfortable sleep and spacious enough. The location is ideal. It is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main train station. There was a power cut in the morning which was apparently planned, but we did not know this in advance. However, we were checking out at the time so probably didnt feel the impact of this as much as other guests.

• Iryna (6/5): Overall fine, if you do not care about people in the rooms around and would like to live close to the railway station - The administrators were quite helpful, good in communication, helped us find the apartment. The kitchen and dining area were convenient. It was possible to leave the suitcases after checkout. It was difficult to find the apartment. The address at booking.com and google map was misleading. We lost a lot of energy and nerves to reach the apartment. Also the noise isolation is bad. We could not sleep because the guests in the room above were walking.

• Anna (10/5): Апартаменты превзошли наши ожидания, мы были приятно удивлены👍 - Расположение очень удобное, минут 10 от ж/д вокзала, нашли достаточно легко, заселили по нашей просьбе раньше указанного времени. В номере очень чисто, все новое, прекрасная удобная большая постель, белоснежные мягкие полотенца, никаких проблем с водой, ресепш с кухней и столиками, пополняемые запасы кофе и чая. Спасибо!❤️ Очень крутой лестничный пролет, который вряд ли подойдет для людей с проблемами и с большим багажом.

• Gaspar (9/5): Great place with a few small issues - Location is great, not too crowded but still perfectly close to both Santa Lucia station, and all the touristy spots. The room was extremely comfortable, with a great bathroom and super comfortable bed, though it might get tricky if you're over 180cm (had to duck quite a few times around the place. Having a fridge available meant we could always have a cold drink around. Overall great location and the place was comfortable and didn't feel crammed. Not a lot of clear rules mean that at some points other guests could use facilities to cook up a whole batch of seafood in the microwave, stinking up the whole place for the rest of us in the middle of the night. The walls were thin, so noise around the house really was heard by everyone. As mentioned before, the room we stayed at was not very tall friendly.

• Tania (10/5): - Fantastic location, awesome value for money. Clean and really comfy. Shared kitchen was a real blessing. Coffee was delicious. Close to everything and easy to find even at midnight after long flight. No lift, but we were not bothered as we were not expecting one.

Had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of narrow stairs with a large bag of laundry sitting in the way on the first landing. The coffee pods in the communal kitchen did not really work.

Noting , you’re walking in Venice - that involves crossing bridges etc. there are STEEP steps - as noted, but just be weary Staff weren’t very communicative for check in or out but the properly was comfortable.

• can (9/5): Güzel - Ev sahibi çok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Oda ve banyo modern ve temizdi, olanakları iyiydi, konumu güzeldi birçok yere yürüme mesafesinde, ayrıca tren garına çok yakın Klima çalışmadı onun dışında bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık.

• Sophy_J (10/5): Quiet stay in venice - The area is quiet, and any noise that did happen outside was blocked off by the windows and traditional shutters. The room and en suite were clean and modern, and the communal area was also well kept. It was nice to have the complimentary coffee pods for the morning too. We did not meet the owners, but clear instructions were left for us and communication was very good. Our double bed was two twin beds pushed together which got a bit uncomfy, but otherwise there were no problems!!

• Clare (7/5): Clean and comfortable, may need ear plugs. - Very clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and helpful communal kitchen The nespresso machine didn’t work… possibly needs descaling. So no coffee making facilities available. The next building to our room wall was potentially a hostel. We stayed two nights and the first night at 1am there was lots of shouting and fighting and banging on our wall from this building which wasn’t very pleasant. I didn’t sleep well after that. The second night however was quieter thankfully.

• Shar (7/5): Prima, maar we hadden andere verwachtingen - Het was vrij modern voor een kamer in Venetië. De (deluxe) kamer was ruim, netjes, goed koel te houden en goed geïsoleerd. Buiten waren veel geluiden van een bar, maar dit hoorde je nauwelijks met de ramen dicht. Bed was prima en er was een kleine mini-bar. Contact met de host was erg duidelijk en prettig. Een simpele zelf-check in. Alles gaat online. De wc zit tegen de douchecabine aan en de ruimte is dus heel krap. Verder hoor de het geloop en gepraat van de mensen in de kamer boven je erg duidelijk. Wij boekte deze kamer speciaal vanwege de keuken. De keuken zelf is prima, maar er zijn geen spullen om een maaltijd mee te bereiden, zoals een pan. Dit vonden wij erg teleurstellend en deze faciliteit komt voor ons dus niet overeen met de verwachting.

They are storing your luggage in kitchen where anyone can take it and property wrote that they are not liable if anything happens with your luggage. Room and bathroom are tiny, there is no sound isolation, so you can hear neighbors next door whenever they speak. Property has a kitchen but intentionally no pots, so if you were planning on cooking 2 min pasta you won’t be able to.

Nobody was there for check in and was done via messages. The stairs were extremely steep to carrying our suitcases up again a warning would’ve been nice. During our stay the power did go out twice which was soon fixed

• Sooyeun (10/5): Enjoyed our stay here - The room was only about an 8-minute walk from the train station so very convenient to walk to! Though there was a bar downstairs, the window was so soundproof, we couldn’t hear anything! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You do have to walk up a couple of flights in a very narrow staircase. The walk didn’t bother us but it might bother some. The staircase is really narrow so it was hard to get through the door with two carry on luggages. The room is on the smaller side so if you have big luggages, it might feel even more cramped.
• Gaili (3/5): The price and quality is not well in balance - It was a bit further away from the main touristy area, so nicer to walk around and less crowded in general. Windows are also pretty soundproof - no outside noise coming in. Not all the facilities mentioned in the description are actually in your room. There is an open / communal kitchen area, where you can find the coffee maker etc. Since the walls are thin and door far from being soundproof, it got super noisy when people decided to have breakfast in the open area (which was right next to our room). On the first night we turned A/C on and after that the batteries were completely dead, we were not even able to turn the A/C off or lower. Asked the host to for some more batteries, but it was never even acknowledged. The TV remote batteries had some more life in them, so we managed to use those. PS. There is no reception, all communication was via email.

• Jill (8/5): Great value for money, ideal location. - It was really well situated for travelling to and from Venice, and was in a nice quiet area away from crowds but within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean bright and airy and very comfortable. I don’t like invasive service or fuss, so this was a great choice for me and my daughter, easy check in and out and useful luggage storage too as we had an evening flight. We knew about the stairs from previous reviews and they are steep and quite challenging. But, Venice is full of beautiful old buildings which clearly were not constructed with a view to installing lifts. If anyone has accessibility issues, or you have really heavy luggage, then maybe this is not for them but we managed ok. To be fair there are so many bridges in Venice heavy luggage will always be a problem no matter what you do.
• Iva (5/5): The hotel is an easy location, quirky but clean and reasonably priced; there are steep stairs! - The room was large, I loved the beams in the bathroom, the feeling of being in a garret, the front window and the distance between the beds, that was all charming. The steep, narrow stairs to the breakfast room are really tough. The breakfast room doubling as a reception desk, and the manager/cleaner/receptionist/clerk was not particularly pleasant. It was a little complicated to communicate through the Booking app, it would have been easier if there had just been a phone number or someone who was... on call or that we knew a person was on site at all times. The coffee offering was ridiculous and petty. Overall, yeah, everything worked, but I guess I found it more quirky than charming.

We were delayed 24 hours in transit and communication with the hotel was well managed. Coffee making facilities were in a common area which required us to leave the room to make a morning cuppa to enjoy in bed

Location was great close to the main train station and walking distance to 2 different ferry stops. Room size was quite small however we knew this when booking but didn’t realise how small. Difficult to fit 2 peoples luggage next to the bed and walk in the room.
