• Lester (7/5): Very nice and friendly staff. - The gentlemen at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Same with the staff at the bar during the included breakfast. The hotel could use some renovations that are kind of basic and would help a lot (like putting a division between the shower area and rest of bathroom ) It's a good infrastructure just needs some remodeling.

Very comfortable, & breakfast is your choice if you want omelette or pastries with orange juice & tea or coffee. Many places to eat nearby & bus station is only couple of minutes away, but you might want a taxi uup the hill if you want to visit old city, medina, & Royal Palace at Hassan 11 Square Everything was good

• Kimberly (5/5): Passable - This hotel is located in a central area thats easy to walk too from the bus station and the Medina. It's literally 10 minutes to either place and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I booked this place last minute as I was coming from Chefchaouen and wanted to explore before leaving early the next morning to go Tangier. If you are staying longer or want a nicer accommodation this is not a hotel I would choose, however if you need a place that's easy to find and just need a place to sleep and shower before continuing your travels, this might suit your needs. It's very basic, not sure if they are in the middle of a renovation, but it's a very tired and run down building inside. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries. I couldn't get the wifi to work, but didn't bother asking the front desk so I can't really say. They do offer free breakfast, yet I didn't have a chance to try it as I had a bus to catch; so I can't comment on that either. The staff was helpful, yet they don't speak English, but if you speak Spanish you'll be fine. This was an easy stay, but not the most comfortable stay. Take this review with a grain of salt! I recommend you only choose this hotel if your quickly passing through Tetuoan and need a cheap an convenient place to spend the night before moving on!
• Duncan (8/5): excellent value for money as last min booking - value for money, excellent breakfast at cafe next door, flexible payment option as cash only, big clean room but noisy from road noise but hotel is currently being refurbished and was told new patio doors to balcony would be fitted soon, excellent helpful staff. it was noisy from road traffic and no heating but as said hotel is currently being refurbished

Very close to the centre all in walking distance Top floors can be very distributive at night time as the window blows against the balcony doors and seeps in cold.

• Takumi (8/5): とても便利でした - hotels.comでツインの部屋がなかったので２部屋予約しましたが、２部屋ともツインになってました。笑 廊下の電気がないと結構くらくなり、ちょっと怖いです。 マハッタ(タクシーやバス乗り場)がすぐ近くにあるので重い荷物を持っている人にはかなり良いと思います。(CTM乗り場はタクシーの方が良いです。徒歩20分くらい) 朝食は２〜３件となりにあるレストランに行ってチケットを渡して食べました。なぜかオレンジジュースが黄色い部分と透明な部分の２層に分かれてました。 朝食はショーケースの中から選べるシステムでなかなか面白かったです。 部屋はまあまあ快適でしたが、窓がガタガタで隙間風の音がビュービューすごかったです。
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Location very good, nearby CTM and Medina walking about 15 minutes left。 And Hotel staff very Enthusiastic help. Hotel very comfortable but only Exterior is bad. The breakfast is best.
