Guest Reviews
- laron (2/5): - They got Roaches and won't refund me don't book here.
- Monica (2/5): Hotels.com & Bedford Inn equal bad business! - Came for wedding- room was filthy. Bed bugs- urine stains- blood stains. Did not stay in room asked for refund immediately, they said no. Hotels.com does not back the customer and the hotel is selling horrid product. Cost $200 for room we couldn’t sleep in and $200 for new hotel we had to get. Hotels.com is just as guilty if they sponsor a poor business.
- Mandi (2/5): - Scary place to stay for the night. Never stay there alone as you might get robbed. Area is just not a good location.
- Angelique (10/5): - Quiet and convenient. Not fancy but clean enough and the people that own it are super nice!
- PATRICE (10/5): Easy check in and out - Very comfortable and clean.
- James (2/5): - Horrible experience. Will never stay at the Bedford Inn again. This turned out to be the scariest place I have ever stayed. The noise and activity didn't start until after dark and continued all night. No towels not even to dry your hans with. Holes in the walls that had been plastered over and never painted. Cigarette burn holes in the bedding. Place reeked of smoke so bad it permeated my close. One door, no window, and smoke alarm had been removed. Door jam had been repaired from previously being kicked in. Didn't notice till morning but the bath tub had brown "stuff" dripping down both inside and outside walls. I couldn't wait to get home and shower. I'm wondering how this place got the review your site gave it.
- Waukisha (8/5): - It was good stay.
- Zach (10/5): - Great
- Matthew (4/5): Misleading ad - The people next to us arrived about 12:30, and left about 4:30. The entire time they were there, music played at a deafening volume, interspersed with loud talking. The ad said the rooms were soundproof, but we could hear their conversation. The people were rude and inconsiderate, and my attempts to get management to quiet them were unsuccessful. The end result was I did not get to sleep until after those people left, which was around 4:30 am. I do not recommend. The claims of soundproof rooms are false, and the condition of the room was mediocre at best. I will not be staying here again.
- Waukisha (8/5): - Its very comfortable and there suites r awesome.
- Waukisha (10/5): - The sweet was so beautiful but the carpet on side of the bed was soaking wet on opposite side of the jetted tub
- Kenyatta (6/5): - Mini fridge didn't get cold. Shower curtain had mold on it. The shelves in the cabinet were collapsed.
- Jinyan (2/5): - Big Noises from a truck on and off every 30 mins during the night, could sleep all night . Room is dirty, very old. Walls have several patches left not paint. Dirty grouts , never stay place like this . Their photos look great but not real .
- Tami (2/5): This place should be condemned. - The place was a dump. I havent even brought luggage in my house because Im afraid of bed bugs. The tun was cracked. We put a towel down because of rust. The clerk on duty called us while we were sleeping because he needed my husband's ID and didnt ask for it when we checked in. I do not have one good to say about this place.
- William (4/5): - You locked me in at a price and they charge me about $40 extra
- Zachary (2/5): - Not happy with mangent they were rude
- collink598 (2/5): RUN! - Locks don’t work. People tryin to break in the room at 2 am. Crackheads yellin and screamin everywhere. Owner doesn’t care. Could’ve been 10x worse from these other reviews. Stay away from this place.
- Richard (2/5): - Bed bugs didn't want to change room said 25 dollar of next time terrible manager
- Tanisha (8/5): Great - Awesome stay
- Willie (6/5): Nahhhh - The room had a bad Oder and black mold it was also in major need of upgrade
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There was a fight going on across the street and they were a little loud
- John (4/5): Yuck - This place is nasty. The room reeks badly. The AC kept cycling off in the middle of the night going from loud to dead silence and back. And the walls are thin as heck.
Complete the picture with sketchy people in the parking lot at all hours.
Avoid!
- canman101 (2/5): Disgusting - I should have known. Looking for a romantic night away. Jetted tub valentine room. Mold on the walls, not clean. Needs renovation bad. Made it through with much alcohol and had a good time despite the conditions.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I got this room for my parents, and it was just a lot of loud arguing outside of the rooms, My father wanted a room with a window, and quickly regretted it as everyone would be staring in the room as they repeatedly walked by. (Which you have the option to close your blinds so that’s fine)
- C.D (8/5): - Close to everything but kind of secluded. Could have had warmer bedding.
- 572cathleenl (10/5): We were here for our son's graduation from University of Toledo - We stayed here for our son's graduation from University of Toledo. It is right across the border into Michigan. It only took us 18 min to get to the college. Our room was clean and huge. Very quiet. We never heard the neighbors. Check in and check out was fast and simple. We originally were getting the room for 2 nights, but with a change in plans, we only stayed one night. They were great about our change. I highly recommend this Inn.
- suek190 (10/5): Amazing hotel - This hotel has 48 rooms and they have suites, they are themed suites. We stayed in the Hawiaan suite. It was totally gorgeous. There was paintings on the wall to represent a Hawiaan island. There was a tiki bar in the room, and a thatched hut like section where the bed was. It has a jacuzzi in the room big enough for two. A separate tv,sofa and lounge chair area. Microwave and refrigerator is also in the room. The best part of the room once you enter it you do not hear any outside noise!
