All seemed a little soulless, no kettle or coffee machine until we requested. Host was aware we would be arriving late but still thought it was reasonable to charge 30 euros!

La meilleure chose c'est le propriétaire qui vous mets a l'aise dès votre arrivée, comme un invité, il vous donne une carte et il vous explique tout, et ils vous laisse son numéro, vous pouvez lui demander ce que vous voulez quand vous voulez sur n'importe quel problème en dehors de l'hôtel

• Esmeralda (10/5): Soggiorno piacevolissimo a Roma - Giovanni è stato gentilissimo e accogliente. La stanza era comoda e pulita. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la doccia che hanno risolto al momento. Il bagno, faceva un po' rumore, ma non disturba per riposare di notte.
• fabien (8/5): Excellente semaine pour découvrir le centre de Rome - L’emplacement est parfait plein centre. La propreté est impeccable. Giovanni est très gentil et très serviable. En étant excellemment placé, l’appartement se situe sur une grande avenue donc il y a du passage et du bruit. On entend également le matin des bruits d’eau qui coule par intermittence et c’est plutôt dérangeant.

Had a slight misunderstanding with the staff about arrival time. Be specific about your arrival time since it’s more of an airbnb. Staff are only there for check- in/out.

Nada de ruido a pesar de dar a la avenida principal lo que permite descansar. Zona con restauración. Ideal para familias. La atención de Giovanni por mensajes y de su esposa que nos recibió, y también de las señoras que hacen la habitación. Agradecer el detalle de tener cápsulas de café de forma gratuita. Para repetir sin duda. Nada negativo, solo cuestión de gusto, el colchón de la cama principal algo duro pero se descansó muy bien. Y como mejora un secador con algo más de potencia pero también fue suficiente.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, perto de todos os principais pontos turísticos, o que facilitou imenso as nossas visitas. Tínhamos também uma paragem de autocarro mesmo à porta, o que tornou tudo ainda mais prático. O senhor Giovani foi extremamente simpático e prestável — explicou-nos tudo com muita atenção, desde como utilizar os transportes mais baratos até às melhores opções de restaurantes com boa qualidade e preços acessíveis. A limpeza do quarto era feita diariamente, sempre com muito cuidado.

• Rose (10/5): Sweet Dreams Roma. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY - A gem of a place stay! Would recommend and would return! The owner was fantastic, providing us with a paper map (which us two dinosaurs as far as navigating with phones needed) and provided us with information about Rome so we could make the most of our time as soon as we arrived. Perfect location for walking to the Colleseum Trevi and the Vatican. Nothing was too much trouble. The owner and his wife even provided mobile numbers for any questions/help needed as they are not always on site. Our room was comfortable and clean and perfect for our stay. ( The photo is the door to enter the building before going up 2 small flights of marble stairs) THANK YOU!!! Nothing!

• RebeccaJD (9/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Sweet Dreams Roma was a wonderful place to stay in a great location. Very friendly people at the desk. Room was fine, small but as expected. Pictures all accurate. I think there was others staying there during the same time but we genuinely didn't hear them from inside our room. Loved the hustle and bustle outside the window, some might not. Overall, thank you very much for a pleasant first stay in Rome! The only thing I didn't like, and it wasn't a huge deal, was the lack of shampoo/conditioner... there was a hand pump in the shower that purely smelled of hand soap. Not even worth complaining about! Great spot.

• María Rosa (7/5): - La ubicación. Todo bien. No hay nada que no me gustará. Sólo que el café sólo lo pusieron 2 días de 3 que estuvimos. Cuando llegamos había café para los 3, pero al día siguiente no y tampoco repusuiron las botellas de agua de la nevera que habíamos consumido y dejado el dinero donde nos indicaron, pero no lo cogieron. El último día sí q volvieron a poner el café y el agua en la nevera pero ya nos íbamos temprano y no tomamos. Imagino que se les pasaría porque las camas sí que estaban hechas. Sería un olvido, pero lo eché de menos, la verdad. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

La stanza non era assolutamente insonorizzata .. le porte quasi evanescenti lasciavano passare anche la luce del corridoio comune la notte quando tutto era buio in camera … Solo questo unico neo insieme al SANITRIT che purtroppo la notte per chi si alza perché ne ha bisogno fa un baccano assurdo ….

• Franziska (10/5): Mitten in Rom und das sicher und sehr sauber - Super Zentral gelegen, von dort aus konnten wir Rom super erkunden. Kleines Minus für Menschen die gerne mit offenen Fenster schlafen, Straßenlärm war schon laut. Aber es gab auch eine Klimaanlage. Und man ist halt so zentral, da ist Straßenlärm finden wir nichts unerwartetes, deswegen nur ein kleines minus. Wir würden immer wieder buchen!

• Cheyenne (10/5): - Perfect location with everything in walking distance. A bit difficult to find the hotel and parking. Look for the door with the sign Hotel Fiore. The room was great but the street noise is loud, a fan would be nice. Bedding not great but towels are.

• Evaggelia (10/5): - Όμορφη διακόσμηση με χαλαρωτικα χρώματα. Πολύ καλό στρώμα και μεγάλο κρεβάτι, πολύ προσεγμένο το κρεβατάκι για το μωρό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν υπερβολικά ήσυχο, η ηχομόνωση άριστη! Ήταν καθαρό κ τακτοποιημένο. Ο χώρος της υποδοχής μύριζε φρεσκάδα κάθε φορά. Στην υποδοχή ο κύριος μας έδωσε λεπτομερείς οδηγίες για την πόλη. Όλα τα αξιοθέατα κοντά, εύκολη πρόσβαση με παιδί.

Locatia este foarte buna, ajungi foarte repede la majoritatea punctelor de interes turistice. Camera noastra nu avea fereastra catre oras, ci catre o curte interioara utilitara. Lucru bun, daca nu vrei zogomot. Lucru rau daca vrei sa vezi orasul. Clar nu ceva grav. In rest, nimic de reprosat.
