Great stay in an amazing city. - Great location, spacious and clean apartment with wonderful Strip view (honors its name) and access (less than 200 m). We were a group of 5 and there were more than enough beds. The apartment was clean and the host always available for questions. Thank you. Only one minor thing that could be easily fixed: the apartment lacks a bit of light for the night. Maybe adding some lights would make it perfect.

- anabel (1/5): Un horror solo se salva la ubicacion - La ubicacion La haitacion oscura mal iluminada. Ventana verrada hermeticamente no se poda respirar. Olorrrrrrrrr insufrible aun comprando ambientador de olores no se podia estar. Un horror. Utensillos de cocina q dan asco plato de plástico todo sucio. No los recomiendo no quetiamos ir del olor que habia no se podia abrir la ventana para ventilar. Todo antiguo y sucio

Housekeeping wasn’t available, because of private owner. Wasn’t happy with the service. I like the Resort because of the location and never had problems with the years we stayed there with the resort.

Booked a 3 bedroom apt instead when we reached there they gave us 1 bedroom for 6 people and said that we booked for it. When we spoke to the host, he was very rude and asked me to talk to booking.com. Staff didnt offer to help, very rude.

The room was depressing,had issues with tv was told the room didn’t belong to jockey club, beds were uncomfortable, restroom tub was dirty had mildew, no phone, ironing board was broken, and the sofa bed would sink in. I am so disappointed I’m diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety this was just the worst experience I’ve had in Las Vegas I felt like we were given the filthiest room they had, I’ll be careful next time I book and I’ve paid less in other properties with excellence services i will not book here ever again.
- Rume (6/5): Okay - Location is great House keeping service. You have to make request for towels, tissue paper, coffee etc a day prior to receive them at 11am the next day. We couldn't drink coffee in the apartment for 2days due to this. Getting our luggage in storage after check out was also traumatizing. Our limo had to wait for almost 20mins. The security staff wasn't helpful at all. He just told us he had sent a text to the bell boy and that we should wait till whenever he showed up. I begged him to call but he refused.

Our reservation clearly stat - The check-in process was smooth, and communication was quick and helpful before arrival. The property location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and stores. The space was large enough to fit a group of eight adults comfortably in terms of layout. The overall property looked nice and well-presented at first impression. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — it felt like we were sleeping directly on the metal frame and was not suitable for two adults. Not enough paper towels or toilet paper were provided. The TV in the bedroom did not work. One dining chair was broken, and the table only had three chairs total — not enough seating for eight adults. There were not enough towels to accommodate all guests for a four-day stay. There was no telephone in the room, making it hard to contact anyone for help. Poor communication — messages sent Thursday weren’t answered until Saturday at 12:10 a.m. The downstairs staff couldn’t assist because it wasn’t their property. We were told a rollaway bed would be in the closet, but there wasn’t one when we arrived. No room service or maintenance support was available to fix problems during the stay. The responsiveness dropped significantly after payment was processed.

- D (5/5): - The location was good It was not clean. Blood on the wall in two different places. Bathrooms were not clean. In the hallway there was a hole in the ceiling with a black bag hanging into a garbage bin. The one bedroom had a massive fan that was very noisy. We would never stay there again. We did a lot of traveling while my family from Wales was here. This place was our first stop and it was embarrassing. It was the most expensive place we stayed All our other places we went to were awesome.

- Jince (8/5): Locations wins over other things “for now” - The property’s location is a major advantage, especially for families with young children who prefer not to walk long distances to reach the main road or nearby attractions. It also offers a wonderful side view of the fountain. The property is situated between The Cosmopolitan and Bellagio, with Paris Las Vegas and Planet Hollywood just across the street. Additionally, it’s very close to several family-friendly attractions, including the Museum of Illusions, Arte Museum, and Rainforest Café. Spacious room for a group of two adults and two toddlers. Nice comfy beds. We didn’t use it but there was a pedestal fan to our surprise. It will probably a big relief for anyone accustomed to white noise or fan noise while sleeping. We were tired enough to sleep without it. As other reviews mentioned property is dated a little with doors needing extra effort to close in bathroom and tiles broke near bathroom, rest all seems okay. We did see some maintenance for some leaks or something similar happening in rooms near by but didn’t create much noise.

The room was great but lack of care to our belongings was absolutely unacceptable - The room was a plenty big and had enough space for our group without breaking the bank The room had missing shower door so floor was wet, not super clean(boogers on the wall) the fan was functional but barely. But worst of all when the locks were changed the staff left our room door open without anyone to keep an eye on it. Leaving customers valuable stuff open to the world is unacceptable.

- oliva (4/5): - The area was nice and convenient to the strip with a beautiful view of the fountain which was the highlight of the room. However, we had issues with the room itself such as, the didn’t operate properly when flushing so we had to go to the lobby and use the bathroom, the thermostat also did not work so it was hot in the room. The power outlets where loose/ didn’t work. There was not enough toilet paper. We booked for three nights with 6 people staying and we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper. We also needed extra blankets and contacted the host via the information page that was given to us. The host stated they would bring more blankets and were informed of the toilet but they never showed up or sent anyone. We attempted twice to contact the host without luck. Overall the stay was convenient to the area but I would not book again.

- Ross (10/5): - Wonderful little secret. We stayed four nights in a room with two beds overlooking the fountains of the Bellagio. Fabulous view. These rooms are privately owned time shares, so no dreaded resort fees! Nothing fancy, no food, bar or gaming machines (that's all around you in Vegas lol), but clean, quiet, safe, comfortable, great staff and really well run. Nice little private pool. Also, GREAT value for money. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! I don't understand why we have never heard of this place before. A little secret bit of Heaven on the crazy, bustling strip. Ssshhh .. don't tell anyone!!

En fait, sur place la réception de l’hôtel m’a expliqué qu’il s’agissait d’un appartement de type AirBNB et m’a redirigé vers un autre interlocuteur pour me donner la chambre. Cette dernière n’était pas disponible à l’horaire demandé. Cette chambre Penthouse n’avait rien de grand standing, elle n’était pas propre et les meubles sont plus proches de la récup que du Grand standing, trois mesures de café pour 5 personnes, 3 sachets de sucre pour deux jours, pas de thé et en prime des travaux et le bruit dans trois autres appartements sur le palier.

They went bad twice in our 2 day stay, meaning we had to walk 10 mins to get to the reception deck (located 4 buildings across) to get them active' Also the additional beds are spring beds, sure to wreak your back

The location was fantastic—right between the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio—making it easy to walk to everything on the Strip. We also had direct access to the Cosmopolitan, which was a nice bonus, and parking in the Cosmopolitan garage was free. The room was clean and had all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. However, the name "StripViewSuites" is a bit misleading. Our room faced a solid wall, so there was no view of the Strip or Vegas lights, which was disappointing. If you're expecting a view, it's worth double-checking what you're getting. Check-in is strictly at the stated time unless you pay in advance for early check-in, so plan accordingly. That said, everything went smoothly, and the stay was comfortable overall. I would book this room again if it ended up being my most affordable option, but I’d likely look elsewhere first if having a view is important to you.

- Timothy (10/5): Head and Shoulders above - We took a guys trip to Vegas. 4 of us stayed in this suite and we weren’t disappointed. We have stayed many times at the Jockey Club, but always in their standard suites. This suite was head and shoulders above the standard rooms. We loved it and would really like to stay in the same unit again on our next trip!
- Biotrico (6/5): Good location but poor cleaning. - This location is next to the strip, in a perfect location. A/C was always perfect and the views are also good. The apartment is quiet and we had a good sleep. Considering other options around the strip, the price is reasonable. The checkout process was very quick. We were a group of 5 guys visiting Vegas for entertainment. The check in process is a bit difficult as you have to go to another building to do the checkin. Once in the room, a couple of bedsheets were dirty/stained with who knows what. We really didn't know who to call for this, so we had to take bedsheets from other beds to put on top of the dirty ones. Basic hygiene was missing on this aspect. We opened the fridge and there was a box of KFC chicken in there, presumably from the last guests. It shows that the cleaning staff are doing a poor job or they just don't care.

We traveled with our 3 adult sons, they don’t share beds so we needed the room we booked. We paid high price for this room and we were told at check in (which was a whole nother fiasco) that this room did not exist. We were given 2 queen beds and one queen sofa bed and one twin roll away! We didn’t get what we paid for. And the bathroom was filthy with hair in the bathtub/shower upon checkin. I have attached photos of the room that I booked and did not receive! False advertisement!

- Amber (8/5): - We enjoyed the extra space in the room and the kitchen amenities. The view of the Bellagio fountain was great. The proximity to accessing The Cosmopolitan was very convenient. The sofa bed was bent and could not be fully pulled out which left the bed surface cocked at an odd angle so the room only comfortably sleeps 4.

Kitchen area was not designed for cooking a simple breakfast. ABSOLUTELY NO WIFI we had to pay for our wifi (which we decided not too) overall property is not what I will be booking in the future.

It did have all the sleeping space but it was all in one room, no separate bedroom as photo showed. Did like the fact there was a kitchen so could make breakfast/lunch and save some money for a family of 5. Target was close to walk to and buy some groceries. LOVED the view of the strip and Bellagio water show nightly. Great location for what we wanted to do. Hot tube was in a small room - fine for what we wanted at this time of year. Pool was nice but weather was not nice enough to spend much time out there. Pool was in between both tall Jockey tours so limited direct sun. Overall a good experience. I would consider staying there again depending on what we wanted to do during our time in Vegas. Felt it was a clean, safe area. Staff and security were all very nice and helpful with any questions we had.
