The air in the aisles and rooms is unbreathable due to excessive cigarette smoke. I started to feel bad after a couple of minutes. They didn't have non-smoker rooms so I was forced to checkout immediately and look for another place to stay. They refused to reimburse me for at least one day (I reserved for 2 days and only stayed half an hour) The rooms are really small and you can hear your neighbors. I wonder how that place is allowed to operate with such poor air quality. And honestly, I'm not even a picky person, this is my first bad comment ever, but it's well deserved, by far the worst hotel/hostel I've ever been to. I wanted to save some money and ended up paying for two hotels

The smell in the room was really bad and we had to sleep with the window open to get some fresh air. The bathroom was really disgusting and had strong odors.

- kaz (5/5): 大阪・関西万博に行けたのはこちらのホテルのおかげです！ - なんと言ってもコスパは良いです。 新世界から近く、地下鉄とJR環状線の駅からも近いため、ロケーションも申し分ないです。 １階の共用スペースにある製氷機の氷は、暑い大阪・関西万博に行く前に水筒に詰めるだけ詰められ、熱中症対策に非常に役に立ちました。 施設の老朽化が激しく、トイレや洗面所の利用は勇気がいりました(笑)。 （万博閉幕後、建て替えるそうですが） また、２段ベットの部屋はさすがに狭く、スーツケースを開けるスペースがベッド上しかありません。 大浴場は入れ墨OKとのことで、２日に１回はそう言う方と鉢合わせ、非常に緊張しました。

Love it! The cleanness. They only clean high touching areas. At least the toilet and bathroom sinks were clean. I cleaned a couple of shower stalls and one of the kitchen areas myself.

- Kevin Dharmaputra (10/5): Overexceeding Expectations & Best Bang for the Buck - I love everything about this place. It TOTALLY EXCEEDED my expectations. I wasn't expecting it to be super good given the price, but oh my i was blown away when i arrived at the place. Even though the building is old, is it kept and maintained well. Although the room is small (this is normal in Japan i guess), the room is just nice for a single person, a big oversize luggage can be stored below the bed giving you space for you to move around the room. The toilet although looks old but the facilities are great, heated toilet seat, automatic spray and etc. Although the space is small, the shower room is kept cleaned, hot water is very generous too and available at all times. The public area where people can gather, sit down, cook, heat up food is amazing as well. You can refill water for free, free ice cubes, free coffee, free change of towel and face towel everyday and free slippers too! It's definitely worth the price you are paying. Given the price you pay, the amenities, facilities you get, i would definitely recommend it to travellers. You can go with your friends as well and have a personal room to yourself with shared bathrooms! For travellers who are not used to small size personal rooms may not like it a lot.. but i would still recommend it if you are travelling on a budget. Toilet for small / big businesses can sometime smell but notify the staff and they'll get it solved for you. The Air Conditioner is directly above you / the bed, so those who can't stand having air blown towards you may pose a problem. However, my stay was during the May/June and it was still pretty cold outside, so open the window is sufficient for me. Given the price you pay, the amenities, facilities you get, i would definitely recommend it to travellers. You can go with your friends as well and have a personal room to yourself with shared bathrooms!

- Jules (5/5): Le seul avantage est son prix. - L’hôtel était plutôt bien placé, proche du Zoo ainsi que le quartier de la Tour d’Osaka. La chambre était toute petite et le lit inconfortable, l’hôtel en lui même était vieillot.

- fujiki (8/5): いい宿泊でした。 - アクセスが最高でした、何処行くのも駅が近く難波はすぐですし、万博会場からも近いと感じました。 大阪を堪能するにはもってこいの場所だと思います。建て直すという事でこのコスパの宿泊料金を保つのは厳しいかもしれませんが、建て直したらまた是非泊まりたいと思います。 さすがに老朽化は仕方ないと思いますが、ワタクシ個人的にはスタッフの対応が感じ良かったです。 排水口の臭いが気になりました。
