- צור (7/5): - מלון חמוד, בריכות טובות ומתאים לילדים צעירים. אין חוף ים לרחצה במלון הלכנו כ 5 דקות לחוף אחר. בלילה הראשון היו דברים שלא עבדו לנו בחדר אבל הצוות היה מאוד נחמד וסידרו לנו למחרת. גם הציעו לעבור חדר אך נשארנו לאחר שסודר הכל. אוכל טוב ומבחר גדול

My son would be excited for “rock painting” or the “balloon party” and we got there and the activities weren’t carried out. The kids club were not doing any of the activities advertised. The falcon club was being refurbished so entertainment was moved to the lobby which is not practical with young children running around the stairs. The food was very similar everyday, I would like to return when the other restaurants are open

- Kyrylo (10/5): - We had a wonderful family vacation in Paphos, Cyprus, and this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but everything here was perfectly set up for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially for families. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout the day. At the same time, the atmosphere remained calm and enjoyable for adults as well.

- mewa20 (8/5): A hotel with good potential, excellent entertainment staff, and a nice atmosphere, but with several - On the positive side, the entertainment team was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and especially wonderful with children. Their attitude and energy really added positively to our stay. Another thing worth mentioning is the hotel towels, especially the pool towels. Many of them looked very old and worn out — with loose threads, holes, tears, and even stains. In our opinion, this is not something that matches the standard expected from a hotel of this level. Overall, we had a good stay and there are definitely positive aspects to this hotel, but I would also like to share a few honest points that could improve the guest experience. We upgraded to the Platinum package, which is definitely worth it and does improve the overall experience. However, at almost every bar we had to remind the staff about the upgrade, and cocktails were still often prepared using the basic alcohol selection. It felt like the staff were not always properly informed about guests who upgraded their package. Regarding the restaurants, we discovered that some of them operate only on specific days. If I’m not mistaken, this information was not clearly mentioned during the booking process on Booking.com. On some days this leaves guests mainly with the central dining hall as the primary option. The dining hall itself offers a very large variety of food, and you can clearly see the effort from the staff to keep everything organized, clean, and visually appealing. There is a wide selection including fish, chicken, beef, pork, and lamb. Unfortunately, while the selection was impressive, we personally found that many dishes lacked flavor.
- Heidi (8/5): Rigtig skønt! - Generelt rigtig godt. God mad hver aften, med variation, fin og børnevenlig snackbar i løbet af dagen. Sødt personale. At de andre gæster kunne ryge ved mad og pool området. Som en familie føles det forkert at ens børn udsættes for passiv røg. Derudover var musikken rundt ved ude faciliteterne også meget højt, hvilket for os ville have været rare var lavere.

A legnagyobb problémát az éjszakai hangzavar jelentette. A kertben szinte minden este hangoskodó, kiabáló vendégek maradtak éjfélig, sokszor akár hajnali egy óráig is, miután a diszkó és a bár bezárt. Ez zavarta a pihenésünket. Később Facebook-csoportokban azt is olvastuk, hogy más vendégek korábban már szintén jelezték ezt a problémát. A vékony falak tovább rontottak a helyzeten, ráadásul amikor a recepción szóltunk, még körülbelül fél órába telt, mire sikerült elküldeni a hangoskodó társaságot. A

- Ruslan (9/5): Great family stay with excellent service - We stayed at Leonardo Cypria Bay for 4 nights and had two rooms (for sons and me with my wife). Overall, we had a very good experience. The rooms were spacious, with very good sound insulation. I would also like to highlight the ventilation and climate control in the rooms - it was never too hot or too cold, just very comfortable. The sea view was beautiful and really added to the holiday atmosphere. We had the all-inclusive package, and the food selection was good. We also visited the à la carte restaurants. The Greek restaurant was especially nice. If you stay there - make a reservation and visit it. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our older son, who is 14, spent a lot of time in the teens club with the animation team. The animators did a great job, especially Evgeny - special thanks to him. Drinks and cocktails were also very good, as the team in the lobby bar. I would also like to mention the Guest Relations lady. She was very helpful, always gave us useful advice and recommendations, and whenever we met her around the hotel, she always asked how our holiday was going. This was very pleasant and made us feel well looked after. The steam bath was not working during our stay. As the weather was a bit cool, we would have liked to warm up there. Only the sauna was available, but it was quite small and looked tired (for sure it requires some renovation). Also, one older lady at the reception. I think her name was Milena or Milana, was rather rude and unpleasant in communication. Compared to the otherwise excellent service in the hotel, this stood out.

All the staff members were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The room cleaning service was truly top-level every single day . We would also like to thank the hotel for the lovely surprise — we received a room upgrade, and for my birthday they prepared a cake, flowers, and champagne 🥹 It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my day extra special. A very special thank you to Victoria from the kids club ❤️ Our child absolutely adored her! You can really see how passionate and involved she is with the children, and we are so grateful for all the care, attention, and happiness she gave our son. We also loved the kids’ entertainment program — every day there was something new and exciting. And the parrot show became one of our favorite memories 🦜 Thank you for such a wonderful vacation! We would truly love to come back again 💫

The guest relations team was exceptional, every single day. The food? All-inclusive that actually tastes like something. Fresh vegetables, grilled almost everything, flavors you can genuinely feel. The salad bar alone was incredible. Breakfast was outstanding. Most all-inclusives flatten everything into the same mediocre experience — not here. Drinks are solid on standard. If you're particular about your spirits, upgrade to Platinum — worth it. Leonardo Cypria Bay is the real deal. Five stars, full stop.

Our room was large, with a big bed and a great sea view. Food and drink was abundant, and well-chosen and prepared. Huge range of facilities - especially for families. Great location - next to the beach and a lovely 40 min walk to Paphos port. The hotel is absolutely what you'd hope for, but inevitably it can get a bit noisy at the heart of the hotel overnight. Staff could have enforced the quiet times better.

Our car was( someone took cover from the car glass on the side) damaged in the parking lot, lazy security guy, who works at the parking at front of the door, who showed a little interest in anything. Main problem is coldwater in the pool, they could hit it up a bit, and they would have more satisfied customers….

- Andrea (7/5): Lovely Hotel, lots of good things about it. Just a few improvements to make peoples stay even better - The Hotel is in a lovely location, the rooms are lovely. There is a good choice of food and drink and plenty going on in the Hotel activities etc. The entertainment in the evening starts around 7.30 for kids and then 8pm there is a singer. Dinner starts at 6.30pm and we went there for that time. We then went up to the Lobby where the entertainment was. It was a struggle to get somewhere to sit and we had to try and get chairs from outside. There is just not enough places for people to sit in the only area where the entertainment is. Also our room was on the 3rd floor, the entertainment and lobby was a few floors down (0). It was so loud, it was hard to sleep. We had noise up until midnight at least most nights. I know people are on holiday and want to stay up and enjoy themselves, but for families with young children, it would be very hard to get them to sleep. There is a Family Lounge downstairs where you have to pay extra to go in, kind of an upgrade even though everything is all inclusive. It would be better for the evening entertainment to be down there, well away from the rooms.
