- sabrina (9/5): Acogedora - El personal es lo que más me gustó, son todos muy amables y serviciales, nos sentimos como en casa. E incluso mientras miraba el mapa me ofrecieron un café. Irina era muy amable y simpática con mi hijo. Nos ofrecieron también unos vouchers de bebida si escogíamos no limpiar la habitación, así que escogimos esta opción y tuvimos una bebida gratis por la noche mientras jugábamos a juegos de mesa. Todo un éxito! El wc, muy moderno pero no funcionaba.

- Alexandra (2/5): - Ansich "schien" das Hotel in Ordnung. Personal war nett. Die Zimmer okay, alles was man braucht. Für etwas Ruhe zu haben, ist es total ungeeignet. Die Türen von allen Zimmern hört man, als ob diese neben dem Kopfkissen zu geknalt werden. Das Licht der Bar, scheint an den Rändern der Gardienen durch. Sodass es immer hell ist. Und ein ständiges piepen. Also sicher toll für Personen, die besoffen ins Bett stolpern. Frühstück hatten wir keins.

- Sandra (5/5): - in der Nacht hatten wir plötzlich Besuch von einen ihrer Hausgäste, der mit seiner Zimmer Karte in unser Zimmer reinkam und plötzlich vor unserem Bett stand . wir haben das an der Rezeption gemeldet, kommt anscheinend öfters vor. Obwohl wir am nächsten Tag noch nicht ausgecheckt haben, war das Zimmer bereits um 10:00 Uhr General gereinigt. Der Hund kostet 30 € die Nacht, das finden wir zu teuer!

- Alexander (9/5): Trendy, functional and great location - A very well-situated hotel that is new, clean with a trendy vibe in the entrance. Very kind staff. Rooms are functional, yet highly convenient. This isn't a hotel like others with an entrance off the street. You have to go through a mall or else through a business elevator. Not a bad thing, but might make it less convenient for some people (harder to find on the street, for disabled or elderly)...

- tamana (6/5): prima voor kort weekend - Locatie was top! Tijdens ons verblijf werkte de airco op de kamer niet. Toen we dit aangaven, waren er geen andere kamers beschikbaar en kon het probleem niet worden opgelost. Daarnaast was de prijs van de paraplu niet duidelijk vermeld in het systeem; er stond €3 per dag, maar uiteindelijk hebben we €5 betaald. Dat viel tegen. In andere hotels zijn paraplus namelijk gratis.
- Fabian (4/5): Ich komme nicht wieder und würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen. - Ich habe mich für Innenstadt entschieden. Gefallen hat mir, dass die Anmeldung/Lounge lange geöffnet hat. das Zimmer war sauber, die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels innerhalb des Gebäudes ist nicht schön. Kein richtiger Parkplatz zum entladen des Gepäck, kein richtiger Eingang/Rezeptionsbereich. Das nahliegende Parkplatz war wegen der Ankunftszeit verschlossen, ab 06:50 Morgens fand eine nicht hinnehmbare Lärmbelästigung statt (wohl wegen Umbau im Kaufhaus), zudem vibrierte das Zimmer.
