Accommodating and courteous staff too. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. They should provide tissue/kitchen rolls.

- Jessica (7/5): Great views! - Our apartment was spacious and clean, looked exactly like in the photos. The rooftop pool is clean and big, would definitely recommend. There is also a small supermarket on the rooftop which is open 24/7. Housekeeping staff and receptionists were kind. First day we arrived, our second toilet didn’t have hot water and was later fixed. The kitchen sink also doesn’t come with hot water. Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing, the quality of the food was poor and area needed more cleaning. However staff granted our requests.

Sind nur ein paar ganz kleine Sachen wie z.b die Eingangstür schleift etwas..oder kein Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine... aber sonst ist nix zu bemängeln

- EC (3/5): Traffic noise at night was unbearable - The apartment was well furnished, clean, and spacious. Traffic noise was a major issue in this apartment. Even though I was on the 32nd floor, the traffic noise at night was unbearable. During the day, it was fine but at night, it was really bad. Illegal racing, gang groups on motorbikes, trucks and lorries etc. I couldn't sleep. It's a shame the developers didn't invest money in double glazing or an acoustic engineer..

- Donald (8/5): Ideal location for 2 week stay - Spacious apartment with a huge amount of room in a very good location. We had a two bathroom, two bedroom apartment and it was ideal. Nice bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Rooms were cleaned on a regular basis and the whole building felt very safe and secure. Staff always available at reception if you needed any assistance. Two MRT stations close by. Food choices are plentiful at the Intermark Mall only 2 minutes walk away. The small supermarket in the mall is very good as well. Although we were on the 19th floor you could occasionally hear traffic noise but it never stopped us sleeping well.

They responded very quickly to any issue. The 24/7 self-service supermarket was very helpful. The gym and the pool were a plus as we were on holidays and made the most of it. The breakfast offering needs be improved.

- Mark (10/5): The accommodation was centrally located in Kuala Lumpur. Walking distance to all amenities. - Friendly Staff and great service upon arrival. We were ushered into our room 15 minutes early. The accommodation even has it's own self-serve convenience store on level 5 for all those incidentals! It's also a short stroll to Intermark Mall (2 min) and Suria KLCC (15 min). The only downside... you only got to see 1 of the 2 Petronas Towers. Otherwise perfect views of KL.

Bekväma sängar. Frukosten var bristfällig. Mycket som var slut, trångt och litet för ett så stort hotell. Ibland fullt och då uteblev frukosten. Borde ha funnits fler alternativ för denna standard på hotellet. Lyhörda rum, svårt att sova då hotellet ligger bredvid motorväg. Bör ha bättre isolering.

- Prashanth (5/5): Overall a decent experience - The property was ideally located. Staff were very helpful. The airco in the master bedroom and the living room did not work at all. Especially, the bedroom was pretty hot since it was west-facing.
- Razan (10/5): Great choice - Everything. I loved the facilities at the fifth floor, two bedroom apartment was very specious it felt like home. The view was wonderful and great location it has grocery inside the property and two building near the landmark I did not take breakfast package as i had plans in the morning, so i cannot give my opinion about it however everything else was amazing, the hotel security also let us feel very safe

- Michael (10/5): Excellent high quality hotel with beautiful grounds in the heart of the city - Excellent location in the heart of the city. The fifth floor offers beautiful gardens, lounge areas, walking paths, a huge clean pool, tennis court, gym, and pool table. Spacious clean room and kind staff too!

- FairReview (8/5): My very regular stay last time revisit again this time and things are starting to fall apart. - The reception staffs were professional and attentive, the unit was spacious and very good amenities avaliable. Car park is free also. easy to access to the mall next door. some of the facility in the room was already old and need some upgrade, like the washing machine the drum was dirty should have regular maintenance on it since guests will be using it to wash their cloths. Won't be good if the cloths got some weird smell on it even after using good detergent brought from the mall next door.

- abdullah (7/5): تجربتي في المكان لن تتكرر مرة أخرى - مكان الإقامة جيد كموقع أما الإفطار فمحدود جداً وفي مكان غير مناسب داخل إحدى الشقق !! مع رائحة كريهة وعدم اهتمام بتقديم الخدمة وتوفر المأكولات .. غرفة النوم الرئيسية لايوجد لها مفتاح وحمام دورة المياه لم يكن يغلق بشكل جيد وطلبت إصلاحه وفعلا تم إصلاحه ولكن ترك العامل آثار الزيت والقطع الخشبية في الحمام دون تنظيف وتم تقديم شكوى على مدير الفندق حينها ثم شكوى على الإيميل ولم نجد الاعتذار المناسب أو الاهتمام أو التعويض المناسب بل لم يتم الرد على الإيميل ..
