Keyifli ve mutlu bir tatil geçirebilmeniz için herkes elinden geleni yapıyor. Geçmiş yıllara göre pastane bölümünün daha da iyileştirilmiş olduğunu da söylemek isterim. Öncelikle misafir ilişkileri müdürü Ahmet Bey’e, Mandarin Resraurant’tan Mehmet Bey ve Hakan Bey’e. - BUSRA (10/5): Excellent séjour - Une propreté irréprochable des lieux. Les chambres sont quotidiennement nettoyés et les agents laissent toujours des petites attentions (des fleurs fraîches, des ballons pour les enfants, des petites figurines…). Le personnel est très impliqué, souriant et serviable. L’hôtel est conforme à la description et vaut son prix. Les services proposés sont de qualités.
- Josan (7/5): Leuk kindvriendelijk familiehotel - 10 jaar geleden was ik hier voor het laatst. Doordat de hotels nu zijn opgedeeld is het kleinschaliger. Daardoor was er veel rust. Het was zo rustig dat we op sommige dagen het waterpark nagenoeg voor onszelf hadden. Gold ook voor het strand. Ideaal! We hadden last van (vleer) muizen die ons balkon bevuilden. Maar na klacht bij receptie heeft house cleaning het schoongemaakt.

- kamran (10/5): - The hotel is very large and clean, with excellent facilities and a large pool, many large slides, many active coffee shops, a great location with a simultaneous view of the pool, sea, and forest, and very lovely and polite staff. The only thing I would like to complain about is that the food variety should be greater, although the sweets and drinks are excellent. Overall, I liked this hotel and would choose it again.
- Fatih (10/5): A wonderful experience for families with children - We had a wonderful stay in Kusadasi. From check-in to check-out, everyone—from the housekeeping staff to the staff in the restaurants and bars—is incredibly friendly and helpful. The clay tennis court was my favorite; it’s very well-maintained, cleaned daily, and I truly enjoyed my time there. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was very happy with the variety and taste of the meals. I also managed to fit in some sailing while I was there, which was a huge plus. Comfortable rooms and perfect for anyone who wants to stay active and healthy.

- Marie (10/5): A luxury hotel at an exceptional price where your every need is met and you can totally relax - From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. The place was spotless and every member of staff, right down to housekeeping were so lovely and nobody could do enough for you. The food was delicious and so varied and the facilities were excellent I couldn’t really find anything u didn’t like about this hotel unless I start nit picking about very silly small things. Overall it was excellent

- Nenad (10/5): - We had an unforgettable vacation at Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa! Everything was perfect — from the friendly staff and tasty food to the fantastic water park and beautiful beach. The resort is clean, lively, and full of positive energy. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Merve, who is truly a golden girl! 🌟 She made our stay even more special by arranging early check-in, late check-out, and even upgraded rooms for us. Merve absolutely deserves to be recognized — her kindness, professionalism, and sincere smile are a treasure for this hotel! At the Seafood à la carte restaurant, Mr. Murat went above and beyond. I was fasting that day, and he prepared everything specially for me — without butter, eggs, or milk products — showing genuine care and attention. We also want to thank Mehmet from the Chinese à la carte restaurant, who was equally wonderful — polite, attentive, and always ready to make guests feel comfortable. We left with beautiful memories and full hearts. Aqua Fantasy Hotel & Spa is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we can’t wait to come back again! 💙🌊✨
- Ali (2/5): - Some Staff were rude ,UNWELCOMING and careless👎, never apologized for their mistakes. We missed our Turkish dinner because of their booking error — no apology, no compensation. Reception didn’t even mention we could pay for early check-in until hours later. Most staff barely speak English and act annoyed when you ask anything. Buffet was the same dull food every day. Dirty plates, greasy reused cups at the bar — disgusting. For the price, this place is a joke. Definitely not worth it.👎👎👎

- Sureyya (8/5): Comfortabel - De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel. Personeel aan de grote balie is heel vriendelijk. Ze doen hun best om je op je gemak te stellen. Personeel aan de bars zijn niet zo vriendelijk tegen de Turkse bevolking. Ik kreeg een gratis kamer upgrade. Te veel drukte door Europeanen. Moeilijk een ligbed of een tafel tijdens het middag eten kunnen vinden. De zee is zeer vies met zand. Prijs kwaliteit valt tegen. Ik verbleef er 4 dagen en heb veel moeten betalen. Er is geen winkelcentrum in de buurt, daarvoor moet je naar centrum van Kusadasi en die ligt op min 30 reizen. prijzen in de hotel zijn heel duur. Simpele zwemdonut kost €20. In Nederland kost hetzelfde €2,50 bij de action.

Welcoming and competent staff. Very comfortable for families. Not a big choice of healthy juices and the beach with a long and shallow coast, cloudy water due to dark sand and algae.

- SORAYA MYRIAM (8/5): - Hotel tres bien équipé au niveau des chambres et des piscines. Le restaurant est tres bon, le poisson y est délicieux. Beaucoup de choix. Par contre, le personnel est professionnel mais un peu froid. Beaucoup d'anglais tres bruyants et irrespectueux dans les couloirs le soir et la nuit. Prévoir Bouchons d'oreilles. Le site de EPHESE à 15 min de l'hotel est magnifique mais coute 40€ (gratuit pour les enfants de moins de 8 ans avec justificatifs). La ville de Kusadaci à 20 min est tres agréable avec ses rues pietonnes et sa corniche.

One complaint the guy in the bag and shoe shop was not very nice,on my last day I bought a bag, purse, and one pair of shoes, €100 which was complete rubbish and then charged my card €140 which I didn't realise till I reached home, been going to turkey a lot of years and that's the first time anyone has ever did this to me, was so disappointed and saddened after a fabulous week there.

- Nicole (6/5): - Die Anlage ist schön mit Blumen angelegt und gut gepflegt. Direkt am Meer, hier ist das Wasser leider nicht so türkis wie erwartet. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es sind zu jeder Tageszeit ausreichend Liegen vorhanden.Das Frühstücks- und Abendessenbuffet war ausreichend. Abends hätte die Fleischqualität etwas hochwertiger sein können. Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Das Mittagessen nahe dem Meer war immer sehr laut. Auch wenn es ein Strandbuffet ist, sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass die Gäste nicht barfuß und nacktem Oberkörper das Restaurant betreten. Das Steakrestaurant war für uns persönlich leider kein Highlight. Die Vorspeise wurde lieblos serviert als wir noch nicht einmal richtig saßen. Die Chickenwings waren verbrannt, deshalb lagen sie mit der oberen Seite auf dem Teller. In allen Restaurants leider zu wenig Personal zum Abräumen der Teller. Abends wäre etwas mehr Atmosphäre wünschenswert, z.B. mit Tischdecken und etwas Deko auf dem Tisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Poolblick. Leider funktionierte der Kühlschrank nicht. Dies musste 2 Tage reklamiert werden bis er getauscht wurde. Dies sollte die Reinigungskraft beim Auffüllen der Getränke feststellen. Der Safe war nicht fest montiert, da er aus dem Holzschrank rausgerissen wurde. Dies wurde trotz Reklamation nicht gelöst. Am schönsten war für uns und unseren Sohn die Poolanlage und der Wasserpark. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unseres Erachtens leider ungenügend.

The rooms were always cleaned. Good facilities and things to do for Family with children. The spa was lovely to use to relax. We went sailing and had a lot of fun. Thoroughly enjoyed my Family and I being there and Highly recommend this Hotel and Resort & Spa. Compared to another Hotel we were at (not so far from this Hotel) Aqua Fantasy Hotel was far the best and glad we decided to stay here! Nothing that comes to mind, it is Perfect for the Family.
- Seyedyaser (10/5): Very enjoyable romantic stay - Everything about the hotel was great the staff were very kind and Friendly specially the receptionist, her name was Merve she helped us through all our stay, other barmen and waiters were so great too including Hossein in the bar and Seçim in restaurants, we really enjoyed our stay the only thing we had to do is to enjoy our trip and the staff took care of all other things. Resepsiyon çok efendiler Merve hanım bize çok yerdim etti, hersey çok güzelmiş biz sadece eğlenceye kerar verdik. Nothing really, everything was exceptionally fine and great.

- cagan (8/5): - Hotel was good and the kids had fun in the water park. But they have a fly problem in the buffet. Flies land and eat your food before you can even get to it. The rooms were clean. It is a great place to stay if u have kids.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great resort (with room for improvement) - There were 17 people in our party (adults and children of different ages) staying in 7 rooms for 5 nights. Overall, it was a memorable stay at Aqua Fantasy hotel, but there are things that could be easily improved. I am saying this because I have stayed in multiple all-inclusive resorts in that area and elsewhere. But first let me start with the things we loved about the resort: - Front desk staff (specially Alicia) were super friendly and helpful! Almost all of us were given room upgrades and super early check-ins. Thanks a lot for that :) - Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. - The adjacent water park is a blessing for kids and adults alike! - Variety of the food offered at breakfast and dinner buffets were satisfactory. - The hotel is just a 15-minute ride from Kusadasi town center which offers great views and shopping. What we did NOT like as much about the resort: - The lunch cafe was located outdoors. An absolute torture in the 40+ degree summer weather with flies hovering all over the food. Why not moving the lunch to same dining as breakfast and dinner?! - Night time entertainment is not that fascinating. The resort can certainly do better with adult and kids shows. - Kids Club activities were dismal and were for younger kids only. Did not have much to offer for 8+ year old kids. - Lastly, the housekeeping staff, despite being very hardworking and friendly smelled unpleasant. I am sorry I am saying this, but there are surely easy fixes for this issue.

- Mohammadjavad (8/5): a beautiful resort to stay in especially for water park lovers - super clean and big rooms, modern furniture, beautiful environment, nice beach, big swimming pool, and the big water park (even though we could not use it because it is open only during May-Oct) food quality and diversity could be much better, compared to other resorts in that area this is the most expensive one (but not necessarily the best one at least from the view point of value for money).

- Angela (8/5): Very good - hotel was wonderful. plenty to do and the staff were amazing. i unfortunately ended up with a room over the 24 hour bar and as somebody who was away to relax found that a struggle. did ask to change rooms but what was offered was over looking a carpark and a distance away from where I was so would have been difficult to move all my belongings so ended up staying and bought ear plugs.
- Tumadidi (8/5): Very good - Great for kids and excellent food. Zero action against misbehaving guests such as smoking in kids areas or on restaurant terras, youngsters jumping in swimming pool at night and making noise.

Amazing pool bar that you can drink on the bar stools but in the pool. Terrible wifi, let's say forget about internet here. Staff didn't know english except one person in the reception out of 10 I met and one girl at entertainment booking table. The rest were pretending to understand. I had asked 5 times for tissue and each time getting different thing instead. Also the beach is not at all as shown on the picture in the booking.com. it has no beach court on the beach and is not that big. There are buildings by it.

It is not club beach, or beach party Between lunch and dinner you can't find anything to eat. You should wait dinner time, but snack bar works a little more.

- Tariq (8/5): A real family holiday venue. Kids loved it. - Plenty of water rides for kids. Location is good. Taxi ride to Kusadasi one way is fix €10 and to Efes €35 return. Izmir airport taxi ride approx € 60. hotel WiFi is very, very poor. Although buffet meals were superb there were less options for vegetarians.
- Kamil (9/5): Good people. - I liked commitment of the staff: they were trying to be as helpful as possible. I'm a 🏃♂️ so early in the morning I had a 2.5hrs of run. Did two loops to Selcuk road, highway to Kusadasi and from a tiny mountain road back to the hotel. They made us a snack for 5am with bananas and ao forth. We put water next to the security. Very helpful. You may feel that the hotel is aged but kept in good condition. Food was plenty with good choices. Location wise I like Kusadasi more. Swimming wise its not my type of the sea because I like the cleaness more. Here seaside is sandy with water also sandy. Waterpark is fun for whole family. We enjoyed it for 3 days. Transport is good: taxi 10eur fixed to Kusadasi. You can take a dolmush, public transport for 18liras. Overall great experience. I would also recommend managing mosquitoes around the hotel: even sprays didnt help during evening openair programs. Mojito in a beach bar was 3 out 10 though. Described above.

- Steve (8/5): Fantastic hotel with lovely grounds, great staff, loads of entertainment, bounteous food, and more! - The hotel was very clean and had lots of different sections, bars and areas. The cleanliness of the place was good and the pools were lovely. Having access to the aquapark was fantastic. There were so many staff and they were lovely. We liked everything except the wifi was poor. This may not always be the case but for all of us it would drop out very often.

- Walid (8/5): great staying for family with children of all ages - The hotel is different from the aquapark. booking a rrom allow you to access the Aqua park for free. The toilet has a built-in bidet which is very convenient the distance we have to walk to get and return towels.

- AYORINDE (10/5): - A wonderful place to be. The kids love it, even adults. Beautiful resort with all sorts of activities from the beach, waterpark, pools etc. Friendly staffs, most especially the guys at the beach bar, Bilal. Its indeed an all inclusive. It was a spectacular holiday all through, kudos to the management. I definitely recommend this resort. I will visit again.
- Sharmineh (6/5): Pleasant - waterpark rooms were in poor conditions, the housekeeping refrained to give facial tissues and soaps . only few staff members speak English, its hard to communicate with people there. the location of this hotel is really far from the city and everything. this is barely a 3 star hotel based on national standards.
- Tumadidi (8/5): Memorable 4-star stay with lots of hard work to earn a 5th star - This was a memorable 4-star experience for the kids but in order to qualify as a 5-star resort many shortcomings must be lifted (see below). The entertainment was great and this is valid for the entire resort (pool entertainment, aquagym, afternoon sports, kids entertainment, evening shows, etc.). The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were excellent and of the highest standards. Also the late breakfast and snacks buffets were amazing. I personally underestimated them, but they were larger than the main buffets in other hotels. The kitchen and restaurant staff were of the highest quality and well-behaved. Together with the animators they are undoubtedly 5-star quality among the rest of the hotel that is struggling to maintain 4-stars. Shortcomings to be lifted: First, upon arrival the front desk tried to charge us in TKL instead of EUR as specified on our booking. This would have costed us almost 200 EUR more. After going into an argument with the front desk officer it was suddenly possible. So, there was a lack of willingness from the part of the officer, which is not worthy of a 5-star resort welcome. Second, the housekeeping staff is not doing what is expected. There was dirt (a lot of it) under the beds, which were not moved for weeks it seemed. The room carpets were not clean. One of the bathrooms even had pie-droplets on the toilet seat when we arrived in the room ! How is all this related to a 5-star establishment ? Third, a lot of guests were misbehaving but there was zero-reaction against it by the staff and management. Examples are smoking at the entry of the restaurant next to guests and especially children that were eating ice-cream, smoking in child-friendly areas altogether (e.g. at the swimming pool), reserving pool chairs at the pool by putting resort-owned towels or floaters without every visiting those chairs the rest of the day, or jumping in the swimming pool at night and making lots of noise, etc., all of this at the detriment of guests that were well-behaved. If the management’s idea of having a great holiday is to let guests misbehave the way they want, not having the guts to enforce a minimum of respect, then they should change their name in Anarchy Fantasy instead of Aquafantasy ! There are even rules on display about how one cannot occupy seats in this way, but there is zero enforcement by the resort management itself. Fourth, the luggage storage has a serious supervision shortcoming because we were able to retrieve (our own) 16 suitcases and 4 back-packs by just walking in and out the luggage storage (I even knocked and shouted “hello ?”); no control to be seen anywhere near.

- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - Lots of fun activities for the whole family, food was delicious and staff went over and above our expectations, especially Ms. Gizem and Mr. Mehmet! Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a fabulous holiday! The water sports were a bit overpriced.
- Doug (6/5): - I don't want to say that the pictures of the rooms are fake, because they aren't - but you won't realize how small, crowded and low quality they are until you get there. Not western standards at all. We got the "2 Bedroom Suite" They basically shoved 4 beds and a couch into a normal sized hotel room and put up a few walls. Not luxury at all for $600 a night. But its not all bad. It is all inclusive. So if you don't mind eating the same buffet food every single day, that's nice. And you don't really have a choice because there is nothing close by you can walk to. You are a short cab ride from a small town and from all the ruins. A bit longer cab rid to the larger (and amazing) town of Kusadasi. The beach is decent - but being from Miami nothing special and the water was too cold to enjoy (in July). The attached water park is amazing. Basically - this i not my type of vacation. I was forced into it by my wife that wanted to bring along her Mom, Dad and Brother - necessitating a suite that could host 6 people. I prefer a more luxury hotel in a city with lots of things to do (like Kusadasi) and to take a cab to the ruins from there. We visited the beach exactly once and the Water park once - so that aspect was kind of a waste.
