They questioned us repeatedly if the room was really not cleaned. At the desk, they continued to give new guests rooms while we awaited our room. Several staff members were not friendly. I chose this hotel because of the high customer rating but found it to be below standard.

Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. Multiple USB ports available for charging. Nice sized fridge and microwave. Gym was pretty good, but could also use a recumbent bike. Only issue is that there were only two towels in the room, but that is VERY minor. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

But my biggest complaint was their hot breakfast which I paid extra for. You had a choice of either eggs or mini waffles. Even a fruit cup was an extra charge. And the portions were child-sized, hardly enough for me let alone my husband. Finally, when you pay to have "hot breakfast included" that should include the tip. It didn't.

• melissadU8051XM (6/5): Ok - My mother and I stayed 2 nights for a funeral. I requested an accessible room due to my mother being in a wheel chair and needing an accessible shower. After driving for 12 hours, we finally got into our room, on the 4th floor, to find that it was not an accessible room. We were tired and my mom decided we'd just make it work. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We did not hear anyone else inside our room. However, with no fan in the bathroom for my mother who is going through chemo, made for an unpleasant experience. The toilet bowl was also cracked. Breakfast is not included and ridiculously expensive. On the morning of checkout, the elevator was not working. Thankfully when I called the front desk, they were able to have someone man the service elevator. My mother would never had made it down 4 flights of stairs! In the future, I recommend not putting wheelchair guests on the 4th floor. If we had been given the room I reserved, our stay would have been more enjoyable.

Front desk staff said, "That's strange" but offered no remediation, room relocation, or other assistance. Elevators stopped responding first morning, so walk the stairs in & out. Restaurant/bar never had more than 2 people; only saw one (possible) server in two days. No breakfast/coffee offered except for in-room DIY coffee. Two sleepless nights at ~$180/per night...will not return. Seems popular with utility crews & 18-wheelers though...

I’m sure this noise was primarily based upon the location of the room. The majority of the night it sounded as if a diesel truck was running outside our window. Our room location was not near the road and we were on the 3rd floor on the backside of the hotel. Possibly, the noise was coming from the HVAC unit. We would stay again while visiting the area if noise wasn’t a issue.

We liked the amenities located in the lobby which included a restaurant (open until 11 pm!!) and a small convenience area with snacks and bottled drinks, which I feel was very reasonably priced. Although we did not get to enjoy the restaurant, we appreciated that it was available and the long hours!! We did not have one bad thing to say about this property. It was so clean, the staff were very nice upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know in depth. We will definitely stay there again if the chance arises.
