Never ran out of anyt - I love the friendly service upon arrival and the cleanliness of the hotel and pool area, we were travelling with the service Pet and they were most welcoming. Also the location of this hotel is amazing. You don’t have to drive anywhere once you arrive. Everything is in within walking distance.

Everything was great. It is in a great location. There was enough parking. The bathtub has a big permanent stain so not appealing. Other than that there were no other problems. Except the railings on both pool and hot stub were loose and shaky.

Monica (10/5): We would absolutely stay again, and appreciated the level of service, especially being over Christmas. - Felt clean and new, close proximity to everything we needed. Used the pool twice and had it to ourselves. The breakfast was fantastic, and Mickey was helping at the breakfast area and was so kind to our kids. The Christmas decor in the lobby was tasteful and the staff were so friendly welcoming us back every time we returned. No negatives!

Wayne (8/5): - The continental breakfast had a very good selection, was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at (5). The gym was brightly lit and had what I needed (cardio and free weights). Sound proofing of the room was not great, neighbor had a dog and there were several youth teams staying in the hotel. They would run up and down the hallway with the thumping just echoing. They stopped by 9pm but felt annoying. No fans in the bathrooms so the steam from the shower lasted longer than I wanted. Overall nice stay but I might try a different hotel the next time.

Lots of choices between cereals, pastries, fruit, yogurt, pancake bar, omelettes, hashbrowns, a mountain of bacon and sausage, toaster for bread, bagels, English muffins, etc. The man who was running all the hot food out was lovely and came around to everyone's table, offering fresh, hot items right out of the kitchen. We did turn in our somewhat cool omelettes for fresh hot ones. He was amazing!!! I wish I had gotten his name. We gave him a generous tip. I wish more people tipped those employees who work a complimentary breakfast buffet at a hotel. He went above and beyond for all the guests there. I don't like to say there was anything I didn't like, but one piece of information I would pass on to the property, seeing as they accommodate dogs (on the second floor). This was a selling point for us. Before I booked this hotel online, I phoned the property and asked if there was an outdoor space (I specified grass) for dogs to use the bathroom. The girl who answered the call said, "Yes". I asked if it was close to the outside entrance, as my elderly dog sometimes has to get up in the night to go to the bathroom and is picky about having a grass-like area to do her business. Again, she said yes, "in the parking lot area." Once settled in after our 5 pm arrival, I took my dog for a walk to find the dog area. There wasn't one nearby at all. The only space around the hotel property/parking lot/area was (muddy) garden beds with dirt. There was no grass at all. I had to walk down the road to find a grassy spot on the property of a government building. Not a big deal, but at 3 a.m., when your dog has to go out, it's a 3+ minute walk in the dark to get there. All I wish is that I had been given accurate information, as I would have possibly checked around other hotels in the area. If they offer dogs to stay at the hotel, I would think they would provide a designated area for them to relieve themselves on the property. Again, this isn't to take away from the overall stay; everyone was lovely, and our room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Just a heads up to pet owners who are picking this hotel with their pets in mind. I'm sure many guests' pets won't be picky about relieving themselves in dirt/garden bed like mine ;)

The staff at breakfast even found hot chocolate packets when I asked her. Grandkids were thrilled. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Great place for families! Parking was a little tight. Spaces could be a bit wider.

Kristy (10/5): - We had an excellent stay August 2025 (4 adults) The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast staff were excellent! They were very knowledgeable in explaining which foods contained gluten and they made me gluten free toast in a dedicated toaster in the kitchen! The king room was excellent for a couple as it gave us a wonderful sitting area verses having to sit on the bed the whole time in the room. The pool was a good basic pool. Only reason I did not give all 5 stars was the hot tub was a bit too hot one evening but is was also really hot outside that day so not sure if that could have been the cause.

Nancy (10/5): The best place to be! - The location and the rooms were big, and the breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable, plus the pool was very clean. Thumbs up for the two guys (didn't get their names)from the kitchen; they were making us feel like we were at home. Overall, everything was awesome! N/A
Owen (6/5): - Breakfast has good variety, room is clean, staff is nice, but we got a second floor room right above swimming pool. I can hear every sound from swimming pool at night which isn't great for kids sleep. Luckily pool close at 10pm... Location is convenient. I recommend if you can get a room on a different floor.
