- Adela (7/5): Decent suite to stay at that will meet your standard needs - Ice maker in the freezer, kitchen had everything that you would need, temperature control was great, decent sized tv, bathtub had a stopper, water pressure was great It was not hard to hear others in other suites when walking in the hallways or if someone was a bit louder and you’re in your own suite. There was some juice spill in the fridge that was not cleaned which was gross but easily cleaned, can tell that in the suites are a bit outdated, some of the kitchenware was visibly old and should be replaced.

- Ryan (6/5): A Fine Hotel, Terrible Customer Service - I booked a one night stay which I pre-payed for. I booked the day of my stay as I was on my way to the area and knew I’d need a place to stay that evening. I arrived after midnight, exhausted from a long drive, and instead of receiving a hospitable welcome, I was immediately and rudely informed that I would likely be charged a “late fee” as I checked in after their “check-in window.” They insisted I should have called to confirm that I would be arriving so late. Again, I pre-payed and booked day of. If they had any question my arrival, they had my phone number and could have called me. The clerk was flat-out rude and was likely too high or drunk to care. A fine hotel, terrible customer service.

- Fehn (10/5): A+++++++++ - We love this place. We travel from North Carolina to visit family here and this is the only place we will stay. It is super super clean. Great rooms everything provided including a kitchen dishes, full refrigerator stove dishwasher. The pillows are too soft.
