Jaike (6/5): - Ruime kamer. Dat je niet echt een douche plek hebt, je moet zitten in de jacuzzi met de douchekop in je hand. Daarnaast waren we al mei. Warme week. Die dag 27 graden maar het zwembad nog niet in gebruik.. Gelukkig was er nog een zwembad tegen betaling aan de overkant.
Monika (7/5): - Kedves volt a személyzet. A szoba leírásába benne volt hogy hűtő van. Hát volt is de nem igazán működött. A szoba elrendezése nagyon szűkös volt, sehol egy szék vagy egy asztal ahová akár egy poharat is le lehetett volna tenni. Az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt. A szállás nagyon zajos volt, a folyóson minden este zajos volt, éjszaka is sokszor. Kicsit csalódottak voltunk mert rettenetesen kicsi volt a szóba, ami a képen nem volt látható. Biztos hogy másik szobát választottunk volna ha ez a képeken látszott volna..

Jitka (10/5): - Ubytovanie Villamerica v Miškolctapolca sme si vybrali na dve noci a bolo to skvelé rozhodnutie. Prostredie je veľmi príjemné, tiché a ideálne na oddych. Izba bola čistá, vkusne zariadená a útulná, cítili sme sa tam naozaj komfortne. Veľkým plusom je výborná poloha – všetko je blízko, najmä známe jaskynné kúpele, čo robí z tohto miesta perfektnú voľbu na relaxačný pobyt. Personál bol milý, ochotný a ústretový, čo ešte viac spríjemnilo celý pobyt. Celkovo hodnotíme pobyt veľmi pozitívne a určite by sme sa sem radi vrátili. Odporúčam všetkým, ktorí hľadajú príjemné a kvalitné ubytovanie v krásnom prostredí.

Andrea (6/5): Nem először jártunk már itt, de ez most hatalmas csalódás volt számunkra! - Elhelyezkedés Kényelmetlen, kifeküdt matrac. Zuhanyzó lefolyó eldugulva, első este párom takarította hogy lefollyon a víz. Törölköző koszos volt.
Timea (1/5): Higiénia teljes hiánya, nagymértékű csalódás - Az elhelyezkedés. A szállás RETTENETES koszos. A félszuterén részen voltunk, úgymond “deluxe” szobában, ami egy utólag oda helyezett félkész kádat tartalmazott. Cserébe volt egy ultra koszos ventillátor, CSÓTÁNYOK (van fényképem), PENÉSZES fürdőszoba, koszos csempe és wc. A hűtő külseje nagyon koszos volt, a belseje még nem(de 2 hónap múlva biztos az lesz). Az ágy mögött szemét volt, minden bizonnyal az előző vagy az előtti vendégé. Az ágy kerete tele volt emberi szőrrel, a párnahuzat rúzsfoltos. A szállás rettentő poros volt (minden szeglete) és döglött bogarakkal teli. A fürdőben a 2 fogmosó pohár penészes és vízköves vagy fogkrém maradványos. Erre a helyre biztos nem megyünk többet. A csótányok, a penész és a kosz szinte hihetetlen. A második napon vettük észre a bogarakat, természetesen mindenről készítettünk képet az érkezés napján. A higiénia abszolút hiányossága a helynek.

Vègh (7/5): Elmegy de nem választanám ismét. - A személyzet kedves volt. Amit ettünk az is rendben volt. A falak vékonyak. A tisztaság csak elfogadható. Felszereltség hiányos. Lift nem jó ezért sokat kellett lépcsőzni. Nem tetszett a jakuzzi rész ezért nem is használtuk. És az ablakból kilátva nagyon elhanyagolt az udvar.

Kmetz (1/5): - Az ágyakban a matracok kényelmesek. A családi szobában voltunk, egy éjszakát töltöttünk el náluk, de soha többet. Először a fürdőszobában, majd a szobában is azzal szembesültünk, hogy csótányok vannak. Ötöt sikerült levadásznom. Hozzátenném, hogy ez nem a takarítók hibája (akik már kora reggel maximális erőbedobással dolgoztak, illetve illedelmesen köszöntek távozásunkkor), hanem teljes mértékben az üzemeltetőé/tulajdonosé.

Anna Edina (4/5): Nem mennék többször, de a hosszú válaszom mindent elmond. - A recepciós, illetve akik lent az étteremben dolgoznak nagyon kedvesek. Bármit, csak a 3as szobát NE, azaz a drágább szobát ne válasszák. A falak iszonyatosan vékonyak, reggel 8 után nem lehet aludni, mert a takarítók nem veszik figyelembe, hogy az ember ilyenkor pihenne és kiabálnak, csapkodják az ajtókat. A szoba közepén lévő kádat használtuk volna, de melegvízből max 30 liter jött, utána csak langyos. Megpróbáltuk így is használni a kádat, aminek eredménye egy fertőzés lett, úgyhogy nem ajánlom, nem volt tiszta… Az ablakon nem volt függöny és semmi, mindenki beláthatott, aki csak akart.

Dorota (4/5): - Brak ciepłej wody przez kilka godzin, nawet po zgłoszeniu awarii personel nic sobie z tego nie zrobił, po kilkukrotnym zwróceniu uwagi przeniesiono nas do budynku obok, w którym w końcu była ciepła woda. Kaucja za pilot do klimatyzacji 10 euro. W pokoju brak szklanek, sztućców, czajnika. W pokojach brudno, pajęczyny, poplamione, pozrywane zasłony, w szafie ubrania po poprzednich osobach. Brak rowerów do wypożyczenia, chociaż na stronie pisze, że wypożyczają. Odradzam

Barbara (1/5): - Personál a reštaurácia veľmi príjemná. Podľa fotiek sme si rezervovali úplne inú izbu. Klíma nefungovala !!! Uteráky fľakaté. Posteľná obliečka bola deravá. Nečakali sme že to môže byť až tak zle. Na recepcii som sa nechcela sťažovať. Lebo viem že zamestnanci za to nemôžu.
Pietraś (5/5): Dobre miejsce na nocleg w tranzycie - Lokalizacja blisko aquaparku i jaskiń, które niestety na chwilę obecną nie były czynne. Śniadania dosyć ubogie, ale można coś dla siebie znaleźć :) coś na ciepło i na zimno. Kaucja za pilota od klimatyzacji ... - dziwna sprawa. Byliśmy w wielu krajach i nigdzie z czymś takim się nie spotkaliśmy. W pokoju brakowało czajnika :( pokoje dosyć stare, prysznic wąski - dla szczupłych :D ogólnie na przespanie się i chwilowe zatrzymanie ok, ale na dłużej niekoniecznie. Czajnik w pokoju byłby naprawdę bardzo pomocny
Rafał (10/5): - Big apartament with two separate rooms, large bathroom, separate toilet, big balcony and a small corridor. All very clean. Located very close to the pools. All staff was speaking very good English. Absolutely worth recommendation if you're coming to Miskolc-Tapolca to spend time at the pools or wander through the Bükk Mountains. Just lack of kettle in the room.
Evhenij (4/5): - Одно единственное что понравилось это гидро ванная и бургерная на против готеля.... Номер считается люксом а на самом деле обычная комната... Чистота отсутствует на полу лежат потравленые муравьи и их много....на кухне раковина была забитая вся вода из канализации подымалась на верх и воняла, дверь в ванную комнату оторвана в верхней части и болталась.... В общем я этот готель не рекомендую ни кому....
Lőrincze Péter (10/5): Remek helyen van , a személyzet nagyon kedves.A szobák kellemes nagyságúak , egy mikró még elférne , meg egy hajszárító. - Szép és nyugodt helyen található. Szép nagy szobák , a gyerekek is kényelmesen el fértek. Volt némi kivetni való a takarításban :( koszos üdítő nyomok voltak az éjjeli szekrényen. A terasz egyáltalán nem volt sem lesöpörve , sem a kinti asztal lemosva. A zuhanyzónál a függöny megoldás számomra nagyon kellemetlen volt. Ezt lehetne orvosolni egy ajtóval , de ennél még az is jobb lenne ha csak simán egy belépős zuhany lenne ajtó minden nélkül … meleg víz este 9 után nem sok volt . A szobákba a függönyök le vannak szakadva , illetve lehetne vagy redőny vagy normális sötétítő függöny , ugyanis reggel 5 kor ahogy a nap kel, a szoba lakói is kelnek vele együtt akkora a fény és nem lehet besötétíteni.A reggelinél lehetne kicsit minőségibb a virsli , ez ami van rettenet :( az üdítő is a legolcsóbb fajta van kirakva , szörnyű íze van , értem én hogy valahol kell spórolni , de ne ilyeneken. Akkor legyen drágább , de minőségi , mert 2500 Ft / fő ért nem igazán éri meg a rántotta kicsit kiszáradt kenyérrel :( Kint amik vannak dézsák szerintem csak dísznek van , mert olyan retkes volt hogy abba még az ördög sem mászna bele.

Anita (8/5): - A szoba tágas és világos . Klíma jól működik . Jó helyen van . A svédasztalos reggeli kritikán aluli , az alkalmazott leült enni miközben a pult üresen állt . A szobai dzsakuzzi csak részben működött . A korábbi kommentekhez hasonlóan én is azt mondanám ennyi pénzért magasabb szinvonalat kellene képviselniük . A matracon nem volt huzat a lepedő alatt csak a szivacs volt de legalább az kényelmes volt . Az udvar és a kinti medence nagyon elhanyagolt jobban kellene takaritani .
