- Millie (6/5): - The location is good. One of the two beds in the room was really comfy. The other, however, was very hard. Didn't use the pool but looked decent and clean. Was able to check in early, and communication was good. Wi-Fi didn’t work and had to use data. During check-in and the first couple of days, staff were very pushy trying to sell tours/transport even when we already had things booked ourselves. The room also seemed to be 'cleaned' each day with the beds being made, but the bathroom bins were never changed, and we didn’t have a safe provided for valuables and weren't given the option for staff to not come in the room - felt a little intrusive for not a great service. There was also a small window in the bathroom that was permanently open, which let in mosquitos. Less like a homestay, more like a guesthouse/small hotel.

- Asia (10/5): - Bright, spacious and very clean and comfortable room in a quiet area very close to the touristy center but out of the mess and noise. There’s a nice pool too and a peaceful common area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The price of the room is very low compared to what you get. The location is quiet but also a short walk away from the old town. We would definitely stay again if we were back in Hoi An.

Offers a wide range of activities to do. Rooms are refreshed every day. Wifi is very poor. This seems to be an easy fix, not sure why it hasn’t happened yet. Rooms and bathroom are overal clean-ish, this could definitely be improved as well.

Location is out of the central town, but easily walkable and we chose it in order to have a good nights sleep. It did not let us down. Simple breakfast available for a small fee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shower is not in a separate cubicle so gets the whole bathroom wet, a common feature in Vietnam.

- Alexandra (9/5): - Die Inhaberin des Homestays war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe 2 schöne Ausflüge bei ihr gebucht, problemlose Abholung. Außerdem habe ich für 2 Tage ein Fahrrad bei ihr gemietet. Zum Frühstück konnte man, gegen Bezahlung, aus verschiedenen Angeboten wählen. Der Aussenbereich ist liebevoll mit Pflanzen gestaltet. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte einen kleinen Balkon , mit Blick zum Pool. Das Homestay liegt sehr günstig. Es ist in einer ruhigen Straße. Man läuft ca. 20 Minuten zur Altstadt und 30 Minuten zum Strand. Mit Fahrrad ist der Weg zum Strand besser zu bewältigen, da oft keine Fußwege vorhanden sind und man an einer viel befahrenen Straße läuft.

- Céline (8/5): Une sympathique pause détente. - L'accueil était top et vous pouvez demander tout service à la gérante qui est très à l'écoute, disponible et très arrangeante. Le personnel est très bien. La literie aussi. Et la piscine est géniale. Hotel proche du centre ville à pieds. Nous avions réservé trois chambres pour 6 personnes. Deux étaient trés bien mais une était plus bruyante car pas de vitres aux fenêtres. De plus, des messages dans les hauts parleurs de la ville sont diffusés tous les deux jours à 5h du matin.

La dueña antes de la llegada fue muy amable, después ya se hizo más la remolona cuando le comentamos que había mucha humedad y olor en la habitción. Nuestra habitación, la 102, tenía un monton de olor a humedad y la pared manchada e hinchada por ella. Se lo comentamos a la dueña pero se hizo bastante la tonta y nos dijo que lo limpiaría. Le insistimos que no era cuestión de limpiar, que no era sano dormir con tanta humedad pero de nada sirvió. Queda bastante más lejos del centro de lo que pensabamos.

Das Zimmer war groß, mit Balkon und wir bekamen jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Die Lage ist etwas von der Altstadt entfernt, allerdings in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für einen entspannten Tag/Nachmittag am Pool fehlen leider die Liegen oder bequeme Sitzmöbel.

Ninh arranged everything for me (including airport shuttle) and had the best recommends for local food, tailoring and entertainment! I rented a bike for going around town and they also did my laundry - all for a very good and reasonable price! Thank you so much Ninh & family!! All was perfect!

- Margot (9/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix - Ninh esh super accueillante et vous aidera à organiser transports, location de scooter ou activités dans Hoi An. Les logement est situé dans une rue au calme mais proche du centre. La chambre est spacieuse et nous étions ravis d’avoir accès à une piscine pour se rafraîchir ! Notre chambre était située au rez de chaussée et forcément un peu bruyante le matin, mais on est vite passé outre !

- Paolo (10/5): Soluzione tranquilla ad Hoi An - La struttura è in una via secondaria molto tranquilla. Purtroppo non faceva così caldo quindi non ho potuto sfruttare la piscina, ma credo sia davvero comodo averla a portata di casa. La ragazza che lo gestisce è gentile e disponibile. La stanza è molto pulita e passano tutti i giorni a pulire. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi

- Margaux (10/5): Top - Super séjour ! L’emplacement est top, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, avec une piscine bien agréable. Un grand merci à Ninh pour son accueil chaleureux! Toujours souriante, disponible et pleine de bons conseils pour organiser notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter.
