• Geec (10/5): Our Best Homestay in Hoi An - We tried 2 homestay in Hoi An and this was the best and we enjoyed the most. The house is quite cosy and spacious. The room is good and clean. The room is spacious and clean. The owner and her family are very friendly. The daughter Ms Hai had recommended us to visit few places. We really had to thank her. We managed to visit the country side and the beach using motorbike. We had a good chat with her when we returned. If you are here, don't miss this home stay. We really enjoyed staying here with this lovely and friendly people.

We rented bikes from them and they arranged a car for us to our next location with a stop on the way. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The location was far enough away from the noise but in close walking distance to everything. Nothing

• Alec (10/5): Lovely stay, great experience! - During my recent visit to Hoi An, I had the pleasure of staying at An Hoi Town, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. Price and service are good, it is family based business. Can see them really try very hard to give the best to the customers Quiet and ideal location in Old Town close to the night market, waterfront attractions and an endless choice of restaurants nearby. The rooms are a good size with their own bathroom, cleaned daily. Would highly recommend.

• Lukas (6/5): Hoi An Altstadt - Super Lage unmittelbar bei der Altstadt. Fahrradvermietung direkt ab Homestay (wenn auch sehr einfache Räder). Jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Freundliche Besitzer, geben Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und bieten auch Fahrservice an. Leider stets sehr feuchte Luft im Zimmer. Auf Anfrage ob ein Entfeuchter vorhanden sei, wurde netterweise ein Heizkörper tagsüber angeboten, in Zimmer aber leider keine merkliche Veränderung. Badezimmer deutet auch auf Feuchtigkeitsprobleme hin (Schimmel). Dusche leider ohne Warmwasser.

• Adeline (10/5): Beautiful homestay, beautiful people - We had a relaxing stay at their homestay. They arranged transfers for us to and from the Danang airport and train station. They arranged a day tour for us to My Son sanctuary. We also did money exchange with them, their exchange rate was good. Most of all it was convenient and safe. It's 3 minutes walk to the night market and 2 minutes walk to the Ancient town. Hai was absolutely lovely in welcoming us to Hoi An and she also gave us a little cheat sheet of where to go for food, tailoring and other stuff. I will definitely stay at their homestay on my next visit !

• Mini (10/5): Great room to a great price. Best accommodation in Hoi An - Definitely recommend staying at An Hoi Town place. It is really warm and we felt very welcomed into her homestay. Ms Hai and Mai also puts a lot of effort into ensuring the rooms are beautiful and clean. They have great recommendations and knowledge of Hoi An. They are great at ensuring guests have the best time during their stay. We would definitely stay again, and recommend homestay whole-heartedly.

• Heang (10/5): Wonderful hosts, strategic location, clean and comfortable accommodation, and great value - We had an amazing experience staying at this family-run homestay. Our hosts, Hai, Mai, and Diem, were warm, welcoming, and so kind. They gave us advice on places to eat and visit, and even taught us some Vietnamese phrases. Chatting with them was always a delight, and we could feel their sincerity and genuineness. In addition, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and cosy, with daily room service. At an affordable price too. We truly felt at home, and we were so glad we chose to stay here. It was one of the best parts of our trip to Hoi An. The homestay is also strategically located - it's just a few minutes' walk to the night market and about a 10 minute walk to the old town. There are also restaurants and mini-markets nearby. Despite its proximity to tourist attractions, the homestay is located on a quiet and peaceful street. The homestay also provided laundry service (at an affordable price) and bicycle rentals. We highly recommend staying here!

Room didn't include breakfast. I think they should start BF options also since we're travelling with kids, so had to find some options. No Breakfast option.

Recommended to all. Our room is not big. There is not a table or a chair in our room. They might have another type of rooms.

We have been here 3 times over six years and can warmly recommend this cozy homestay for everyone. The host family is super welcoming and taking care of your needs. If we have to to think of something negative: Filter of the air conditioner could be checked/cleaned and second trashbin (apart from the one in toilet) would be great. In general we were really happy.

• Eidli (10/5): A gem in the heart of everything. - We loved everything about this place; we arrived at 8ham and were invited in and made to feel welcome even though our room was not yet available. The daughter sat down with us and told us eveything we needed to know about Hoi An and the tours they offered. The house is located on the night market. It is very quite but you get to the center in just a few minitues walk. The rooms and especially the bathroom were very well maintained and clean. There was room service every day. We loved it!

• Nimisha (7/5): A practical option for an overnight stay - This homestay is located very close to the all the heritage sites in Old Town, so it is convenient to get in and get out. However, it lacks the space and open feel of the other homestay in Hoi An that I stayed in. For all practical reasons it meets the standard requirements anybody could have. Breakfast was not included in the tariff. The room, despite having a token window facing the small inner courtyard, did not have any ventilation as such. It was quite dark. The bathroom had a transparent door which was a nuisance.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 가성비가 매우 좋은 숙소 - 조식 본인은 베트남의 쌀국수가 모두 입에 맞지 않았고 조식으로 선택할 수 있는 쌀국수도 맛이 별로였습니다. 하지만 스크램블 에그와 나오는 빵은 맛있었으며 추가로 제공되는 차와 커피도 매우 맛이 좋았습니다. 숙소 1. 본인은 체크인을 항상 늦게하였지만 로비에서 주무시는 분이 계셔서 늦게 체크인을 하거나 저녁먹으러 갈 때 키를 챙겨나가면 늦게 돌아와도 괜찮았습니다. 2. 환전을 공항보다 더 좋은 비율로 해주었습니다. 3. 스텝분이 간단한 영어회화는 가능하여서 불편한점은 없었습니다. 4. 매일 청소를 해주셔서 청결하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 5. Wifi 가 매우 잘터져서 마음에 들었습니다. 총평 : 가성비가 매우 좋은숙소입니다.

• JIYOUNG (10/5): 친절한 가족이 운영하는 홈스테이 - 10대인 딸과의 여행이라 무엇보다 안전이 우선이였어요. 게다가 한참 예민한 시기이기 때문에 청결도 고려해야했어요. 여러 곳의 후기를 읽은 후 여기를 선택했습니다. 결과는 대만족이였어요. 1. 여행하기 전, 베트남 호텔에서의 아이패드, 휴대폰, 현금 등의 도난사고에 대한 꽤 많은 후기를 읽은 적이 있어요. 그래서 늘 캐리어를 잠그고 다니기로 했습니다. 그런데 딸아이가 실수로 최신 휴대폰을 충전해두고 나온 후, 장시간 외출을 했었어요. 돌아왔을 때, 다행히 그 자리에 그대로 놓여있었어요. 분명히 방 청소도 했고, 수건도 정리되어 있었는데, 휴대폰이 없어지지 않았어요. 2. 7시에 출발하는 후에 투어때문에 아침식사 시간에 맞출 수가 없었어요. 그랬더니 주인 딸이 간단한 도시락을 준비해주겠다고 했어요. 실제로 다음날 반미와 물을 봉투에 담아서 건네주었어요. 3. 투어 전날, 4시30분에 출발하는 미선투어때문에 현관문과 대문을 일찍 열어달라고 미리 부탁해두었어요. 투어 당일에 계단으로 내려오니 주인 아버지가 로비에서 잠을 자고 있다가 일어나서 문을 열어주고 불도 켜주었어요. 픽업 오토바이가 올 때까지 주인 아버지가 가까이에 있어주어서 마음이 놓였어요. 아직 일출전이라 주변이 어두운 편이었거든요. 4. 능숙하지 않지만 주인 딸이 영어를 할 수 있었어요. 우리가 문의할 때마다 적극적인 태도로 대답을 해주려고 노력했어요. 5. 위치가 좋아요. 올드타운, 야시장, A-mart, 마사지샾이 굉장히 가까웠어요. 골목이 좁지만, 택시가 들어올 수 있었어요. 그리고 조금만 걸어나가면 여러 대의 택시가 정차된 큰 도로가 위치해있어요. 6. 밤늦게까지 운영하는 미노스파1, 미노스파2와 가까워요. 모든 일정을 마치고 마지막으로 마사지를 받은 후, 밤 11시경에 홈스테이로 돌아와도 위험하지 않았어요. 가까울 뿐만 아니라, 작은 가게들의 불이 켜져 있었어요. 7. 머리빗을 잊고 왔는데, 이곳에는 작은 머리빗이 1회용 비닐에 표장되어 있었어요. 여행내내 이 빗으로 아이의 머리를 묶어주었답니다. 작은 헤어드라이기도 있어서 머리를 말릴 때도 좋았어요. 다만, 수건의 개수가 적었어요. 불편한 점은 이거 하나밖에 없었네요. 우리 아이도 홈스테이가 청결하고 주인 가족이 친절했다고 후기를 자세하게 남겨달라고 했어요. 이곳에서 좋은 추억을 많이 만든 후, 수영장이 있는 큰 호텔로 이동했어요.
