Hana (6/5): - Blízkost hotelu u lyžařského areálu. Jídlo celkově bylo velmi omezené. Malé porce, k večeří malý výběr. Malinké pokoje, především sociální zařízení - sprcha, toaleta, bidet - namačkáno u sebe, téměř se nedalo pohybovat v koupelně.

DaneNY (10/5): The best Pinzolo hotel - This is a perfect location in Pinzolo, step away from the tram and in the center of the village. We looked at Madonna at first but it is far too much of everything, not to mention that walking to and from the lifts seems impossible. The vibe in Madonna is chic and expensive, Pinzolo, and especially the lovely family that has owned it for generations, are the best hosts we encountered on our trip.

Servizi nella media, colazione standard (nessun piatto caldo, succhi dozzinali), bagno piccolo con WC nascosto dietro alla gabina doccia con pochissimo spazio per le gambe. Rapporto qualità prezzo quindi abbastanza basso, ma la località è cara.

avnic2025 (6/5): Staff was good but I wouldn't go again for the price I paid. - Room wasn't the that nice too noisy from the neighbour rooms. Lifts were across the hotel, but there are other options to get to the slops or lifts. I say shop around for better hotel and deal. Also breakfast wasn't the best compared to the other places I have been.

Tricia (9/5): Cute , Cozy hotel , with 5 star staff. - This is a lovely cosy hotel, the staff are fantastic, I'm not sure if it is family run, or the manager just picks great staff, everyone is friendly, helpful and just a joy to meet. Bar staff are wonderful. The location of the hotel is wonderful if you want to ski, and is a short walk from the rest of pinzolo when you want to go for a stroll in the evening. Breakfast is simple but adaquate, with great coffee, again wonderful staff to give you your coffee. The room was a little small, but that was fine for us as we were only two nights there, for a longer stay it may be a little cramped, but it was adaquate. They should though provide two extra pillows instead of just one, we both wanted the extra pillow.

Douglas (8/5): Beautiful location with very friendly staff. - The hotel staff (family) were extremely accommodating! The bar had a great local drink with nice outdoor seating. The breakfast was very nice a good variety of local food items. The rooms/bathrooms were smaller than anticipated. The temperature was very warm when we were there and the rooms didn't have A/C or fans. This is probably an uncommon occurrence given the location (usually much cooler), but a cheap desktop fan would probably help a lot.
magdacb (8/5): Winter holiday - Nice family-run hotel with a friendly atmosphere, friendly staff. Opposite the lift, accessible by foot. Tasty and varied meals. Very close to attractive ski areas of Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio.
aemorris63 (8/5): Great hotel for a short break - Stayed here for two nights (2-3 April 2018) took a family room. The hotel is really well situated in the centre of Pinzolo opposite the cable car and ski bus stop. We found the hotel clean and comfortable with easy parking. Everything worked and the family owners were very welcoming and helpful. A heated ski room, a very nice bar and there is a plentiful breakfast. All in all a very fairly priced hotel and just what we wanted for our short ski break. Pinzolo is a great place to get onto the Madonna di Campiglio ski area with plenty of local skiing for a day or so and the connected Madonna di Campiglio area for all you’d want for longer as a resort skier. All good and stopping for a coffee or lunch on the mountain or in the towns won’t break the bank.
