• Elisabetta S. (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un weekend e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura è pulita, curata e accogliente. La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere facilmente sia il centro storico che il lungomare, con la metro a pochi passi. Marco, l’host, è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Consigliamo questa struttura a chi vuole visitare Napoli!

• Marzia (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Marco ci ha fatto sentire l' accoglienza napoletana ancor prima del nostro arrivo inviandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per organizzare al meglio il nostro soggiorno. Il nostro appartamento Eduardo è molto carino, colorato e pulito. Le ragazze hanno apprezzato tantissimo la camera soppalcata. La struttura si trova a due passi dal centro, quindi posizione ottima. Se torneremo a Napoli, sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento.

• Massimo (10/5): - Appartamento carino e completo di tutto il necessario. Situato in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni di Napoli. L'host Marco è stato disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Nulla.

Al nostro arrivo ci ha spiegato tutte le regole dell'alloggio, ci ha dato consigli su come muoversi e su cosa vedere in città. Dandoci anche delle raccomandazioni sempre utili in una città difficile come Napoli. Essendo arrivati a Napoli con l'auto ero un pò preoccupato su dove e come lasciarla durante il soggiorno; alla fine ho optato per lasciarla in strada sotto alla struttura, anche se sul marciapiede come tutte le altre auto parcheggiate. Alla fine tutto OK. soggiorno consigliato sia per amici che famiglie.

• Clara (7/5): - Location, clean and big apartments. The stairs for the bed upstairs can be a little trickly. The owner lives at the same flat. We booked the 3 flats in the same floor because we were 11 ppl, and we realized the owner/staff was there all the time, and he didn't mention it.

• Annarita (10/5): - Posizione strategica a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, fermate degli autobus e metro. Personale accogliente e disponibile anche nel consigliare luoghi e ristoranti. Struttura pulita e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Se torniamo a Napoli, ci torneremo di sicuro
• Francisco (7/5): - Buena ubicación,, habitación sin ruido. El trato con Marco fue excelente. Pudimos dejar el equipaje hasta la tarde sin problema. Acceso al dormitorio por una escalera tipo litera. El techo es bajo y no te permite estar de pie, aunque solo subes a dormir.
• Daniel Lorenz (9/5): Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - Marco war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt, das Zimmer war sogar früher fertig. Zimmer und Einrichtung waren sehr sauber. Die Treppen sind eine kleine Herausforderung, wenn man etwas unsicher ist, aber für uns waren sie kein Problem. Die Lage ist ideal für Besuche des centro storico, quartieri spagnoli und des Hafens. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gab nichts, mit dem wir nicht klar gekommen sind.

• Christian (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft, bis auf die weiche Matraze, Neapel super Stadt, komme wieder!!! - Superschönes altes Haus, Mega Treppenaufgang im Hinterhaus. Der Ausblick ist in den Innenhof das stört aber nicht. Ausstattung alles da was man für ein paar Tage braucht, nur keine Waschmaschine aber das ist recht üblich in Italien. Einziges und doch recht doofes Manko, ist die viel zu weiche Matratze im Bett, als Person mit 100kg doch ziemlich unbequem, bin auf das Klappbett/ Sessel umgezogen das war deutlich besser für mich.

Was zo een 15 minuten lopen voor je in de reuring was. Om de lift te gebruiken heb je 20 cent nodig, je krijgt er wel een aantal van de eigenaar.

There were 6 of us(adults),and for us it was comfortable. There are 2 air conditions in the apartment.The elevator is working with 20 cents,but they gave us the coins. -
• Lyra (8/5): Great place and value for money! - The flat is new and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is great, and the flat was super clean! The listing advertised a washing machine, but there wasn’t one available during our stay. When I asked the host about it, they informed me it was broken. This was quite frustrating, as we were traveling through Italy and had specifically chosen accommodations that offered laundry facilities. Additionally, there was no iron provided, which added to the inconvenience.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples!

• Timothy (9/5): We all loved it and would come back if we had the chance. - It was the personal touches of the hosts, who were always contactable, and left us a map and recommendations of places to visit. Also the kitchen was adequate to cook for a family of four. They did request a depost for damage, but documented all of this in writing, so was transparent enough. We were expecting a washing machine but there wasn't one.

• Reirui (9/5): Great location with warm and friendly hosts - The hosts were very warm!! We did not have washing machine in our unit but they kindly let us use theirs, which was a lifesaver because it was very hot in Naples during our stay and we run out of clean clothes. The apartment was spacious with extremely high ceilings. I used the loft bed and found it very comfortable. Location was great, walkable to the shipyard, castle, and supermarkets. The elevator needing 20cents each time was a little bit troublesome, we used up our coins kept trying to get more. The shower was also a little bit unstable with water temperature and pressure. But overall definitely a great place to stay and value for money.

• Tamara (9/5): Great value for money - Great location, very clean and pleasant temperature in the apartment besides being very warm outside. The internet connection was very stable and with great speed! To use the elevator you have to pay a fee, while for the rest of the people in the building is for free. This was not specified anywhere and the host dod not provide remuneration for the expenses. The stairs are not the best option as they are super steep, with different height and the apartment is on the fourth floor. However, the most unpleasant aspect is that the host is charging a fee from your deposit (still nowadays they charge a deposit of 100€) for not throwing the trash in the bins on the street before checkout - something I have never experienced so far when renting a place.
• Adriana (10/5): Clean and safe place near the center and the port - The rooms are exceptionally big and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was very clean. The space is very safe, each room is locked, plus the doors locked when entering the building and then the reception. The host contacted us making sure we reach the destination ok, they even gave us some suggestion of nearby pizza places and other things to visit. They were very friendly and easy to reach to. There is indeed a fee of 20 cents for using the elevator but the host gave us in advance enough coins for our stay there and the place was located at about 3rd floor so it's possible to go up/down the stairs too.

• Gisele (7/5): Spacious, clean and centrally located - the apartment is very spacious, clean, and close to the tourist area. the unit and the host were fantastic. the entrance from the street to the building is horrible. there is garbage right by the entrance (inside the building) which makes it very smelly. a good coat of paint would probably help the appearance. there is an elevator, but we had to pay 20 cents to go up/down anytime we needed to use it. that was very weird.
