• niall (7/5): Disappointed with our stay. - Location Shower needs new tiles. Safe not working and not fixed. No extra pillows. 3 pillows in a double bed, asked for another one and we were told none available. Hard to believe. The towels were not replaced during our four night stay and we didn't get the room freshened once up during our stay. No sun protection in the pool area. Asked about it and was told it was with maintenance. Something else should have been done while the maintenance was going on.We stayed there last year and it was much better value and the service was better.

• Tim (8/5): Veel lawaai in dit appartement - Schoon en nette accommodatie met een zwembad op het dak Een aantal punten vielen ons tegen; de accommodatie ligt naast de terrassen waardoor er veel lawaai was, in de weekenden ging dat door tot 04:00 ‘s nachts. Het is een klein appartement voor twee personen. Het zwembad was erg vies en het water was ontzettend koud waardoor wij niet hebben gezwommen.

• Cindy (7/5): - Emplacement proche du centre (15min de marche), autonomie grâce au code de la porte qui permet de revenir à l'appartement sans souci. Apparemment correct de manière générale. Petite cuisine, frigo, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Lit bon mais pas très grand. Tout se fait via Whatsapp (réponse par une IA) J'ai recu des messages avant mon arrivée mais il manquait le code de la porte dans le message. Qd je suis arrivée sur place le 1er jour, j'ai tenté d'expliquer que je n'avais pas le code pour rentrer. Mais pas moyen que qq'un me contacte, une vraie personne, pour me donner mon code. C'est finalement via 2 autres touristes qui logeaient dans l'immeuble que nous avons réussi à entrer en contact avec qq'un pour me donner mon code. La terrasse et la piscine ne sont pas entretenus. Mais très belle vue sur Séville. Il y a effectivement deux cafés au pied de l'immeuble mais pour ma part, une fois les fenêtres fermées et avec des bouchons d'oreille, j'ai dormi sans souci.

Clean room with good facilities and a lovely roof terrace and pool with great view. Not the property's fault at all but the location is a busy nightlife area, so there is noise at night. Only a problem if you are a light sleeper or don't like party animals :)

• Virginia (10/5): Loved the local Tapas area of Seville - Communication with the whatsapp hosts prompt & efficient & when one of the room codes stopped working we were able to access the key from the keysafe - on reviews there was negative comments about the location due to the noise from the restraunts/bars but as we loved having those facilities on hand to use, this did not impact us. We also liked the small pool to cool off & the comfy loungers to chill in the sun after a day of exploring Seville. Lift to the upper floor & Lockers for your Cases which are 2 euros. having to pay for the case lockers & a bin on the roof top would have been handy

• Blanche (10/5): Un appartement adapté et idéalement situé - l’appartement est très propre, spacieux, agréable et parfaitement équipé ! le quartier est un gros point positif aussi ! le fait d’avoir une piscine avec terrasse accessible est un luxe. de nombreuses adresses pour boire un verre, manger et prendre des petits dejs délicieux aux pieds de l’appartement la piscine mériterait un petit nettoyage plus régulièrement. les lockers au RDC sont extrêmement pratiques ; cependant, ils étaient indiqués « gratuits » mais coûtent 2€, il serait idéal de prévenir les locataires afin qu’il prévoient une pièce adaptée. le logement manque d’un miroir dans l’espace de vie

• James (5/5): No bueno - Pool, although it was only 40cm deep. 1. There is no parking although it is advertised. The parking the AI bot tells you to go to is a public parking space which charges 27 euro a day. This is also over 1km away from the accommodation. 2. The immediate area feels very dodgy. A man threatened to shoot me when I parked on a nearby street. 3. The photos are very misleading, the room was small and there was a column in the middle. 4. Multiple things such as panels and power points fell off the wall, it is poorly maintained . 5. Terrible value for money. 6. You only deal with an AI chatbot when asking for help. Even when we asked for a person we did not get through.

• Antonov (3/5): Единственный плюс - это очень удачное местоположение.. . - Очень удачное расположение. В объявлении указана крытая парковка , НО ЕЕ НЕТ . В связи с чем пришлось искать место на улице и на утро вся лева сторона машины была поцарапана и помята . А так же номер был зарезервирован на 4 -х человек , но он был подготовлен для трех ( не хватало подушки ) . Когда позвонили оператору -она ответила что по протоколу из внутреннему она может решить на следующий день,,, а вы пока спите как есть ( с учетом того что мы приехали на 1 ночь).

The location is great , market with food stalls across the road, open at night, two bars , one with tapas. The bars are open late, they are noisy but it is just people outside, it’s not rowdy. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs. The bed was really comfy, the shutters kept the room dark. Now, the roof top pool is the bonus ball. We went up there three evenings, sun till late, pool would be great on a really hot day , didn’t go in it. Great communication from the property throughout. Thank you Ópera 🍊😀 Nothing

• Diana (1/5): - Que por el olor a cloaca me llamó el dpto de calidad Rocío y me dijeron que me harían un pequeño descuento El olor a cloaca. El apartamento tenía un gran problema de tuberías y fosa séptica, que nosotros al estar en el piso primero, por las noches el olor era nauseabundo. Ese problema no era puntual sino que ya tendrían conocimiento de él, y aún así, lo tenían en alquiler. En nuestro caso íbamos con niños y no eran condiciones. Por otro lado la limpieza también era muy mejorable. El sofá cama tenía manchas en la tela y la ducha no estaba limpia, en concreto el plato de ducha. El apartamento estaba preparado para 3 personas y éramos 4, así que la primera noche uno se quedó sin almohada, aunque al día siguiente nos la facilitaron. El espacio dentro del apartamento era muy reducido con dos vigas de contención del edificio. La ubicación aunque era céntrica, debajo teníamos varios bares de copas y el apartamento era muy ruidoso. No apto para insomnes. La piscina era como un jacuzzi, de juguete, aunque las vistas eran muy bonitas. En resumen, que las condiciones actuales del apartamento no son adecuadas para alquiler. Me hubiera gustado haber leído un comentario así, porque no lo hubiera alquilado para nada. Espero que me hagan el descuento que me prometieron por las malas condiciones del apartamento.

Je hoort elke nacht tot laat mensen in de barretjes op straat en in de gangen van het hotels. Deze accommodatie is echt meer voor feestgangers die elke avond uit willen gaan. Wij hebben echt amper kunnen slapen elke nacht.

• simone giovanni (3/5): Bene ma non benissimo - La posizione Se hai un problema non ti sanno aiutare siamo arrivati prima avvisando e sulla chat non ti risponde nessuno se non un intelligenza artificiale che ripete sempre le stesse cose. Wi-Fi non funzionante acqua calda con uno scaldabagno minuscolo che bastava a mala pena per una doccia (eravamo in 4)… prezzo troppo elevato per la struttura, mobili completamente rovinati, polvere come se non avessero pulito (se non lo stretto necessario). Appartamento in zona molto rumorosa fino a tarda notte contando che anche se chiudi le finestre é come se non lo avessi fatto!!!

Wyjątkowo czysto, świetna lokalizacja i ekspresowy kontakt od gospodarza. Więcej kapsułek do ekspresu do kawy byłoby wyśmienitym pomysłem dla gości zostających kilka dni.

To be so close to everything central means inevitably you do have bars open until 3am.Many reviews have mentioned this. Like them, I would recommend ear plugs as the location otherwise great.

Loud noise from street from morning until very late at night (until 2 or 3 amthe noise comes through the balcony doors, which did not isolate from loud noise in the streets sorrounding the apartment building. 4. Smelly bathroom. 5. Air does not circulate in the apartment unles the balcony is open, and then the noise is unbearable. 6. A/C not working properly, noisy and not cooling the air. 7. Kitchen counter occupied with microwave and not possible to even fix a coffee comfortably due to lack of room for it.

Las vistas preciosas y es de agradecer que tuviese taquillas, ascensor y piscina. El ruido de la gente de los bares que estaban al rededor, entra como si estuviesen a tu lado. • Rita (7/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Goed bed voor 1 persoon niet groter dan 1.70 mtr, te klein voor 2 personen. Zeker niet voor lange Europesche mensen. Het appartementen gebouw ligt midden in het gezellige wijk Feria met veel restaurantjes en cafeetjes in de buurt. Dat geeft wel geluidsoverlast in de avond/nacht. Zeer povere keukeninrichting. Volgens de klantenservice was de keuken standaard ingericht, maar er was maar 1 grote soeppan geen klein pannetje om eieren te koken, geen bakpan om eieren of n stukje vlees te bakken. Geen koffiekopjes die te gebruiken waren onder het mini koffiemachientje. Na mijn klacht hier over werd na 2 dgn een bakpan geleverd (waar ik blij van werd) en koffiemokken die ook te groot/hoog waren voor de koffiemachine. Ontbijt of ander eten mag je op schoot nemen, er is zelfs geen minitafeltje/stoelen om aan te eten. Op de foto’s van de Bookings site was een ander interieur zichtbaar voor de balconsuite, nl 2 kleine kuipstoeltjes plus een bank. Er was in mijn appartement alleen een zwaar doorgezakte slaapbank. Super limpio, no le faltaba detalle: muchas toallas de baño y piscina, gel, estropajos nuevos, todo limpio.La cama y el sofá- cama muy cómodos.Tener piscina en el piso superior es un plus. Bueno, al estar situado en un sitio muy céntrico por la noche se escuchaba jaleo.

• Ling (8/5): 经济适用房 - 我们开车自驾游，但是停车位的确是很难找到在住宿周边，无奈只好把车子停在town centre 的停车场里，打车在城市间穿梭，不建议自驾游的到这里居住，住宿周边有很多的餐厅、酒吧、便利店，很方便除了趴车.离主要景点也都在1公里左右. 床很小，双人睡会感到不舒服.

• Daniela (10/5): - Se veía tal cual como en las fotos. Tiene un vista hermosa y además es muy luminoso. El baño es súper lindo y la cama es muy cómoda. Habían muchas toallas y estaba muy bien equipado.

They checked in in me frequently and encouraged me to let them know how they could help in any way. They got me a kettle and a hairdryer for the apartment, too, which I requested. Gave me restaurant and pub recommendations and also helped book tours. An excellent service. Noise outside the apartment from the bar across the road. Lots of people gathering.
• Nicola (2/5): - La posizione accettabile abbastanza cebtrake Tutto!!!!! Arrivati mercoledì 07 ci accorgiamo che la stanza era fredda nonostante il condizionatore fosse acceso al massimo e molto rumoroso. Nella serata visto che non cambiavano le cose abbiamo chiesto al personale di provvedere a sistemare il problema e a fornirci una coperta suppletiva per non avere freddo anche di notte dopo averci assicurato che avrebbero provveduto immediatamente non hanno assolutamente fatto nulla né verifica del condizionatore ne consegna di un eventuale coperta!!!!! Vergognoso e inaccettabile!!!!. Inoltre per 4 giorni in bagno e quindi in stanza se lasciavamo porta aperta un odore di fogna insopportabile. Quindi direi non solo al freddo e alla puzza ma presi anche in giro!!!! Idem i nostri amici nella stanza affianco per tanto struttura pessima.

• Jerome (5/5): Bien placé et propre mais gros problème de chauffage signalé mais sans réponse satisfaisante - emplacement proche du centre, propreté, précisions pour entrer dans l'appartement Bruit de la rue (mais c'est l'inconvénient de l'avantage d'être proche du centre), froid dans l'appartement. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas (je n'étais pas le seul puisqu'il était réglé à 30° à mon arrivée, le locataire précédent avait donc eu le même problème) avec des températures sous les 5° la nuit, dehors, en cette fin d'année 2025. C'est une IA qui répond aux questions, avec des réponses parfois peu pertinentes. Impossible d'avoir une couverture supplémentaire malgré le froid dans l'appartement.

De buurt is supergezellig en van daaruit is alles te voet bereikbaar! het is een erg lawaaierige plek tot in de vroege uurtjes. Je kan vanuit het bed letterlijk soms verstaan wat de mensen buiten op de terrassen eronder zeggen, wat zelfs voor goede slapers de nachtrust verstoort. ook met de vensters dicht. ik denk dat er iets mis is met de geluidsisolatie.

• Sanjay (4/5): A great central location, but the constant noise, poor sleep, and lack of effective follow-up overshadowed the stay. - Location The location is very central and convenient for exploring Seville, and from that perspective I would rate it 4/5. At check-in, we were given instructions to respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 to ensure the comfort of all guests. Unfortunately, the irony was that external noise made this impossible to achieve in practice. We experienced WiFi issues that were only resolved late on Saturday evening. While the problem was eventually fixed, communication through the chatbot was frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups, we kept receiving standard responses about the WiFi code being available rather than a clear explanation or timeline for resolution. The biggest issue throughout the stay was the noise. Every evening and night, street noise continued until around 4–6am. We could clearly hear conversations from the street inside our room. There were cars, council road cleaning trucks, market deliveries across the road, and recycling bins where bottles were being emptied at all hours. As a result, we hardly had a decent night’s sleep. Our room (Suite 5, Level 2) appeared to be located right in the center of the noise zone. Temperature control was also problematic. The heating/AC did not work effectively, and cold air seemed to come in from outside, likely due to poor window insulation. During colder days, the room felt uncomfortably cold. When opening the windows in the evening to get some fresh air, cigarette smoke from people sitting outside consistently entered the room. We raised these concerns during our stay and even spoke to one of the agents over the phone. We were told there was nothing they could do as it was the holiday season. At a minimum, this level of noise should be clearly highlighted on the Booking.com listing for transparency, so guests can make an informed choice. The apartment itself was clean but smaller than it appears in the photos. I would rate the apartment 3/5 overall.
• Marta (4/5): - Trato totalmente impersonal. Todo es por teléfono. El servicio de consigna de maletas es un auténtico engaño. En el vestíbulo hay taquillas que exigen introducir una moneda exacta de 2 euros que no se devuelve bajo ningún concepto. Es muy fácil perder el dinero simplemente por comprobar si funcionan. Al final, dejar las maletas cuesta 4 euros. Si llamas para reclamar, se lavan las manos y dicen que la gestión de las taquillas corresponde a otra empresa. Sentimos mucha impotencia la verdad.
