- Natalia (8/5): Allgemein sehr gut. Preis-Leistung könnte jedoch besser werden - Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfirtabell, der Ausblick ist umwefend (wir hatten ein Zimmer im 7. Stock). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit dem Hund unterwegs und mussten 30 Euro pro Tag extra zahlen. Normalerweise gibt es dann im Zimmer Fressnäpfe und eine Decke oder einen Hundekorb. Hier gibt es jedoch einfach gar nichts. Warum muss man dann 30 Euro zahlen?!

A acomodação também oferece muitos itens que garantem uma estadia bem confortável, caso queira comer algo no quarto (geladeira, micro-ondas, fogão, talheres, pratos, taças.... Localização boa, local bem agradável. Mesmo não sendo próximo ao centro, o local é servido por linha de ônibus muito boa e eficiente, levando à estação central em poucos minutos. Nada a reclamar. Somente uma observação: nas informações de reserva, diz que no atendimento do hotel são falados 4 idiomas, incluindo o português, mas não verificamos isso. O atendimento foi somente em inglês.

- Nina (10/5): - Proveli smo tri noći u ovom hotelu u Amsterdamu i imali smo stvarno odlično iskustvo. Pogled iz sobe bio je predivan i dodatno je uljepšao cijeli boravak. Soba je bila vrlo prostrana, moderno uređena i opremljena kuhinjom sa svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Posebno nam se svidjela čistoća i pažnja osoblja — svaki dan smo dobili čiste ručnike i soba je uvijek bila uredna. Hotel je ispunio sva naša očekivanja i rado bismo se ponovno vratili.
- Elmar (3/5): Das Hotel erfüllt bei Weitem nicht den versprochenen Leistungsstandard, zu hohe Zimmerpreise - Das Hotel erfüllt den Anspruch mutmaßlich an den heutigen Zeitgeist einer Gesellschaft zu denen wir nicht gehören. Wir verbinden Preis und Leistung. Das Zimmer als Solches hat den Anspruch erfüllt, dass waren auch schon die positiven Aspekte. Vielleicht kann man noch positiv erwähnen, dass die Bushaltestelle nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt von wo man die Central Station in 15 Minuten Fahrzeit erreicht. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank super Wetter, nicht vorzustellen, wenn in einer urbanen Bebauung, hier meine ich die umliegenden Bürogebäude, der Wind nur so durchzieht oder gar regnet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für meine im Rollstuhl sitzende Ehefrau gebucht. die Beschreibung des Hotels, wie denn das gebuchte Zimmer aussieht, hätte auch dem Anspruch insgesamt genüge getan. Jedoch war das Badezimmer mittels Rollstuhl nicht nutzbar. Insofern konnte meine Frau dieses Bad nicht nutzen, hier nur unter einem riesigen Aufwand mittels selbst mitgebrachtem Duschhocker überhaupt möglich. Die Dusche konnte von ihr nicht genutzt werden. Insofern erfüllt das Zimmer nicht dem gebuchten Anspruch - insgesamt sehr ernüchternd. Das Frühstück, jeden Tag das Gleiche lässt arg zu wünschen übrig, gerade in diesem Preissegment eines Hotels. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, der Preis passt nicht zur Qualität und zur Dienstleistung. Da sind wir andere Hotels gewohnt, die bei weit weniger angekündigter Qualität eine bessere Dienstleistung geboten haben. Wir würden für einen weiteren Besuch in Amsterdam auf ein anderes Hotel zurück greifen.

- laetitia (8/5): hotel avec une super vue, dans un super quartier avec un parking en dessous (le must) - Nous avons adoré découvrir ce nouveau quartier.. On n'y aurait jamais été si nous n'avions pas l'hotel situé à cet endroit. La vue est top et l'environnement super familial. (plaine de jeux à 5 min en vélo avec un super resto familial) Cet hotel est super si vous avez des vélos (à pied, c'est trop loin du centre). L'hotel est situé à 15 min du centre d'Amsterdam en vélo (15 min de la maison d'Anne Frank, 15 min de la gare centrale, 20 min du musée Nemo). La piscine et très chouette pour se détendre après une journée de vélo. La réception est très sympa pour boire un verre et faire une partie de snooker. La chambre était très propre et assez grande pour une famille de 3 ou 4.. et le petit dejeuner était simple mais bon. Le grand plus: LE PARKING juste en dessous de l'hotel. facile.. on peut la laisser dans le parking meme après le check out.. rien

- Michael (10/5): - Besonders gefallen haben uns die Zimmer. Tolle Ausstattung, sensationeller Blick über den Hafen durch eine breite Glasfront, die kleine Küche, schönes Bad, alles super. Die Busanbindung ans Zentrum ist gleich um die Ecke und total unkompliziert. Wir haben jeweils mit der Visa ein und ausgecheckt, war für uns günstiger als die Tagespauschale.

I liked to size of the room, very practical with the small kitchen. Enjoyed my stay very much At check out, took long time, stayed in line, waited for almost 20 minutes. The person at the counter could have told us that we have the option to drop the key in the box ?!! ...

Etage aus über Stadt und Hafen, die entspannte, freundlicheAtmosphäre im Haus. Das Frühstück hat uns insbesondere hinsichtlich der Qualität des Obstes und der Brotbackwaren dagegen enttäuscht .
- Marijke (8/5): - Mooi concept, informele vibe. Mooie ruime kamer, verzorgd ontbijt, leuk zwembad. Mooie rustige ligging aan de haven, goede uitvalsbasis om Amsterdam te verkennen. Bed met harde matras. Airco kon niet stiller gezet worden. Problemen met de kluis werden pas na 1,5 u opgelost. 3x gemeld! Jammer dat hierdoor onze planning overhoop werd gehaald op onze morgen van vertrek.

- Gabrielle (8/5): - Nous avons eu des soucis avec le paiement. Le solde a été prélevé sans nous prévenir. Et une emprunte à double a été prise avec les même montant. J'ai passé une partie de mon séjour à essayer de résoudre le problème sans résultat malgré ce que le personnel de l'accueil me disait, en me traitant en plus, comme si c'était moi qui était en tort... Merci à Booking de m'avoir rassuré. Néanmoins la somme de plus de 1000 euros bloquée sur ma carte n'a pu être libérée par la banque que plus de 15 jours après mon retour. En plus on se sentait un peu client de seconde zone d'un hôtel en voie de fermeture..

- Patri (10/5): Muy recomendable - Nos gusto absolutamente todo. Super recomendable. Las vistas increíbles, el desayuno bueno y variado com diferentes opciones donde elegir. La habitación super bien y el personal muy servicial y simpáticos. Aunque no esta en el centro, la comunicación en bus es muy buena ya que pasan cada muy poquito tiempo. No hay nada que no nos gustara

- Martin (6/5): Der Mehrpreis zum Moxy lohnt sich nicht. - Schmalspur-Frühstück Zimmer hatte 19 Grad und konnte nicht höher beheizt werden 🥶.
- Gabriele (10/5): - Der Ausblick im Zimmer war wahnsinnig toll. Das Zimmer super schön ausgestattet. Da wir in der Küche gekocht haben haben wir festgestellt dass doch diese und das fehlte...da ist noch Luft nach oben:)
- Sarah (7/5): Lovely hotel apartment, payment stress beforehand wasn’t ideal - The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had lovely views. We were able to use the Moxy area to play a few games of pool which was a bonus, but we preferred the Marriott breakfast area for quietness, views and sitting for breakfast. The pool was nice. I felt the limited temp controls within the room were too restricting, I was often too cold even with it at max setting. We called down for extra towels and extra coffee one day and was told it would be 10-15 mins. 2 more calls and nearly an hour later we finally got our towels and coffee. Breakfast was more or less the same every day - the hot food was passable temp wise. Also the sauna by the pool seemed to be set at 50c which seemed very low. When we booked, I selected the no pre-payment, pay at property option but then found they tried to take the full amount (€1070) 5 days before. This bounced but then we had a back and forth with them claiming it was part of a card check. We agreed on just 1 night stay being taken early instead and I moved money over to cover this. This then wasn’t taken from my card. When we got there we then paid in full and had to pay an additional €100 refundable deposit allegedly for purchases at the bar. Still awaiting that being put back on our card. This wasn’t clear when we booked it either.

La gentillesse du personnel décor très cosy Pour raison familial nous devons venir régulièrement sur paris et on reviendra volontié Fesait un peu froid..pas su régler le thermostat mais rien de grave sinon manque juste un mini bar ça serait top pour les chambres
