• Parker (10/5): - The location was perfect. We visited for a birthday party, and the hotel was easy to get to despite the construction. The hotel is in a really nice area where you can enjoy a nice morning jog or walk. There were many amenities nearby that you didn't have to travel far if you needed anything. The staff were so nice and wonderful. I wish I could've stayed longer.

• Alejandra (10/5): Definitely will be staying here everytime we are visiting San Antonio. Upon arrival I was greeted and checked in by such - Everything was amazing!!! There was nothing to not like.
• Jason (6/5): Also I got double charged and they couldn’t help instead they wanted me to call my credit card company and have them fix - Location above all it was near everywhere we wanted to go Last stay was great but this time we got a room where the beds need replacing so sleep wasn’t to great I think I would of much rather spent the extra $100 to stay downtown or the drury across the way

• Lauren (7/5): This was a nice hotel that definitely suited our needs! - The food was great! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful! The main thing was that there was loud music coming from the bars and entertainment venues around the hotel. Until late!!

• Stephanie (8/5): Lively and great staff - Love how clean and friendly everyone is It wasn’t necessarily the property, I just picked a room too close to the elevators so there was more noise than I’m used to. Other than that everything was good. I will pick a room further down the hall in the future! I also am not a fan of the paid parking for the hotel. I remember when they first opened they didn’t have that and it was great. The app is sometimes glitchy and just really is t convenient for us personally. So something like that is actually a really big factor for me and my partner and we may rethink staying there for next time so we just don’t have to deal with the paid parking app to be honest.

• Guest (5/5): Was ok. Wasn’t great. - Nothing was great to be honest. It was clean I guess. Staff was fairly nice. Didn’t really get to take advantage of anything they offered at the hotel. Shower was terrible. Almost no pressure at all. And it was not hot. No fan in the bathroom. Weird room layout. No gate for walkers to get out of the lot. Pay to park daily. Didn’t price match the embassy suites airport pricing as website said they would. Construction all around. Breakfast started too late didn’t get to have it. Open bar wasn’t advertised either.

• Charly RN (7/5): - Great breakfast buffet! Friendly staff. Easy & fast check in. Cleanliness. Complimentary soaps, shampoo, conditioner large sized (not the typical miniature samples). Complimentary drinks (hot chocolate bar), 5 to 7 happy hour. Located near several restaurants with easy access to the highway with some difficulty getting in and out due to construction off the service road. Gated property. Beautiful Christmas decor. Ample lobby and outdoor space with nice fire pit outdoors. Rooms were blocked for a wedding, but no more were available when I tried to make a reservation. I was able to book our room thru a 3rd party online site at booking.com. I was still allowed to use the wedding party code so I didn't have to pay for parking. Parking charges $10.99/day, toilets way too low to the ground, tiny closet space, TV access not immediately accessible (a few instructions like changing the input to HDMI 2 & TV didn't have access to TV in checkout day - hours before checkout). A little difficult to get to even with GPS once we were in the vicinity of the complex. The main course provided for the wedding we attended was sub-par at best (chicken with melted cheese over noodles with spaghetti sauce & sparse, overcooked vegetables, only 2 types of salad dressing) & at times the waiters were picking up plates too soon.

• Amber (7/5): Stayed started great ended in disappointment - Very clean, well kept. Responsive staff Pricey. I booked for a night had to extend due to storms on my travel route. Called to see if I could, was told no rooms but then told they did have a cancellation. Originally told for the same price as the first night, told them thank you I was traveling for work didn’t expect to be helped up. They came back and said they made a mistake room would be $450 a night $200 more than the first night. The lady did try and ask the manager to take $50 off but let me know he said he could not he did not have control of prices. Just disappointed, would have rather stayed and gave my money there. But ultimately stayed at another hotel because of that.
• Greg (7/5): Nice room with inconvenience. - The size and cleanliness of the room. Staff was friendly. The TVs were not working for the family which was a big inconvenience, especially for our kids. No discounts or compensation was offered for this inconvenience. Parking was also an additional cost, which is something that could have been waived for the inconvenience.

• Ratheesh (8/5): For the price , I felt little overrated. Might be because I booked in last moment. - The hotel and room were clean and tidy. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast menu was same for all 3 days. As a high rated hotel, we expected varieties in the menu. In all hotels where I stayed, I never paid for parking separate, but here I had to pay. With the per night charge, parking should have been included.

There was an event that evening at the hotel. There was no parking spaces available. The staff apologized but this could have been avoided with notice to the guest.

• Bruce (9/5): Great facility for our family gathering. - Breakfast was excellent. Faculty is great. When we returned to the hotel on Saturday night, there was NO parking. We were told that an event at the hotel utilized all the parking. This should be addressed with better planning.

The room was not as clean as usual, and there was a water leak in our shower from, what I'm assuming was, the room above. Leaked all night, forming a bubble in the ceiling. Called front desk, informed them of what was happening and that we were afraid to shower as the majority of the water was leaking from the light fixture in the shower. They said "Oh. We'll look into it after your checkout."
