Breakfast was great but the room could've been better accessible with hardwood floor - everything's clean and spacious even the roll-in shower but I could've used a little more room in that roll-in shower. could have used order surface floor for my wheelchair and Hoyer lift. I didn't look but I assumed there wasn't a accessible lift to put me in the pool.

- Tracy (7/5): - I stayed here 2 times in 2 weeks one time on a Sunday which was $100 for the one night and exceptional for that and one time on a Friday $300 for that one night and absolutely no on that price point for this hotel I can stay in a beautiful top rated hotel in vegas for one night for that price this hotel is not a $300 a night hotel they do not have even half the things required for a customer for that price point it's a nice hotel but the pricing needs to be in line with what they offer our first stay we had a exceptional hotel clerk check us in the second stay the clerk was not the best kind of rude to us a little I thought The different pricing for what they offer and the different hotel clerks checking us in because being greeted by a friendly outgoing person makes everything start off great compared to someone who is kind of rude to you at check in it sets the whole tone for your stay

If I book online through another company I should be able to earn Hilton points as a member because I could have stayed anywhere. - deanbF854OE (10/5): Five star service at a budget friendly price. - The Hampton Inn Sun River provides the service of a much pricier hotel on many levels. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. On my recent stay I accidentally left a personal item in my room. Over the years I’ve had this happen a few times and with the exception of five star resorts, I have never had much luck getting things back. In this case, Cora went the extra mile and found my lost item and mailed it back to me. This was above and beyond my expectations for a Hampton Inn, I must say. This was in addition to providing extremely professional and courteous service during my stay as well. The free EV charging saved me a fast charger the next day and made my stay almost free. Southern Utah is not a location known for hospitality, but the Hampton Inn Sun River is a gem in the area and stands out.

Great location, Hotel was spotless,room was fantastic, and Ashley at the Front desk was exceptional! Close to Smiths, Starbucks, And John G's Pizza was 4 miles away! Loved the gym and I took advantage of the Free Level One EV Charging! I met Ty and Stephanie when charging, they are the GM's of the Hotel! I suggested that every Hampton Inn be duplicated like this hotel, for service, cleanliness, welcoming, location, and Value!

She was welcoming, professional, and very attentive throughout my stay. She followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly, which really made a difference. Excellent customer service and a great representative of the hotel.

- N4406AOtomb (10/5): Best Hotel Experience in 20 years - My experience here was the best hotel experience I have had in the last 20+ years. The hotel was clean and well decorated as many are, but the staff is what made it such a great stay. I arrive at 9 pm. The check-in experience was efficient and personable. She even recommended some good late night eating options A different staff member was cleaning and she was nothing but kind and interacted with several guests in a great way. I needed some assistance after 11 and the experience with that staff was just as good. She was personable and helpful in so many ways. The next day as I was eating the excellent breakfast, I overheard 2 of the staff that service breakfast interact with guests and provide excellent service and kindness. The checkout experience was just as smooth and seamless. My only regret is that I don't live closer to stay here again. I recomend highly.
- chainsaw74 (10/5): A gem in southern Utah - This was a second stay at this hotel and wow has it grown up around it since it opened. Located just a few exits south of the main area of St. George this Hampton is quiet, convenient, and provides service that is unrivaled by many full service hotels. We were in for a long stay, traveling for a golf adventure over Thanksgiving, and April was kind in understanding our needs and assigning a room that would be our home. Housekeeping was immaculate, even going so far as making little bows out of toilet paper – – a magic I still don’t understand. We’re planning on being back in March for another golf adventure. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

- Kahumpton (8/5): Great customer service - The very best part of this hotel is its employees. They are amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. I’ve stayed here several times because of its employees. This time there was a bad smell in my room and they assumed it was the pipe in the shower. They checked to see if another room was available but there wasn’t. They immediately brought a solution to pour down the drain as well as a bottle of fabreeze to leave in the room. Will definitely stay here again.

- Earl (10/5): - Where do I begin. Front desk associate was friendly and excellent. I checked in late and was hungry, but all area food options were closed. I was pleased to see that the hotel had many snacks and microwavable options available. It was basically a grocery store! The front lobby was super clean and well furnished and decorated. The room was beyond any comparable hotel I've ever stayed in, and I travel often. Everything, from the comfort of the bed to the shampoo and body wash was best I've experienced. I always bring my own pillow because I've NEVER liked hotel pillows, they're always too big and I like to sleep on my side or stomach. They were perfectly soft and thin. The shampoo and body wash was a brand called Zero/o. Ive never heard of it, but will be looking to order when I return home. The TV had Netflix and other apps that I could log into my account. I very much enjoyed watching my favorite shows and movies. Location of hotel was right off of the Interstate, very easy to locate and access. Outstanding stay from start to finish! Nothing to report here, everything was best in class.

One night there were noisy children straight above us, but they left the next day and didn’t bother us again. The hot tub is beautiful, with a large fireplace next to it. I would definitely stay here again.

- Tanya (10/5): Really nice hotel - I stayed for one night so I didn't utilize all the amenities. Check-in was easy on the app and I really liked the virtual door key. I did have to go to the front desk to ensure the virtual key worked, but it was a breeze after that! I usually complain (in general) about hotel rooms being too hot when I sleep, but this room had its own A/C and my room was a brisk 65 degrees all night long! Big props for that!! The room (suite) was roomy and comfortable. The pillows were smaller than I would have expected for a king bed and I fought them a bit, but I fight my pillows at home, too. The room had excellent black-out blinds. Very nice work area if you're there for business. Also, the room had a microwave, which was unexpected. A family member thought they had reserved a room at this location, but apparently there is another Hampton Inn in St. George and they accidentally stayed there. When they came to visit me, they said my hotel was so much nicer than the other one, so be sure to pick the SunRiver hotel when reserving! The location is super-convenient, right off of I-15 and apparently on the way to/from the airport. The breakfast area is spacious with a nice assortment of items to choose from. And parking was good - they have EV charging stations if needed. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, even though it was very short!
