• Frank (10/5): Ein Ort zum Entspannen! - Im Grunde genommen hat uns alles gefallen. Es ist ein Ort zum Entspannen, viel Ruhe und mitten in der Natur. Einige Tiere sind vorhanden die einen den Tag versüßen. Frühstück nett zubereitet und ausreichend, frische Säfte und frisches Brot. Auch Abendessen ist gut. Es werden 2 Gerichte angeboten. Umfangreiches Weinangebot und gemütliche Räume. Da fällt mir nichts ein. Es liegt etwas abseits aber wir fanden das in Ordnung.
• Nuno (10/5): O verdadeiro refúgio - Alojamento inserido numa zona muito tranquila. Disponibiliza bicicletas sem qualquer custo. As refeições ao jantar são muito bem servidos em termos de quantidade e qualidade. O Migas(cão) é um verdadeiro anfitrião :) Nós viemos do Algarve com o GPS ligado, que nos levou para um caminho de terra, parte dele com valas grandes e buracos. Só depois de chegarmos é que percebemos que havia um caminho todo em alcatrão até ao Monte. Sugiro que fosse enviado aos hóspedes antes de chegarem uma mensagem automática com esse aviso ou até mesmo um mapa com um caminho que existe em alcatrão.

Desde as boas vindas feitas pela Dona Sofia que nos fez sentir em casa, até ao ambiente de natureza e tranquilidade. O local é muito tranquilo rodeado de natureza, fiquei na suite Arrucha que é linda e fica no fim do vale, logo não temos ninguém de lado ou a frente, só natureza. Tudo limpo, impecavel. Espaçoso.com banheira de hidromassagem que faz as maravilhas com vista para a natureza Como companhia e guia nas caminhadas temos o Migas e a Borboleta, cãozinho e cadelinha lindos simpáticos e excelentes companheiros. O local dispõe de um restaurante com comidinha caseira que faz tudo ainda ser mais divinal. Obrigada D Sofia e D Manuela pelo carinho, atenção, gentileza e delícias gastronómicas. • Bernd (9/5): Traumhafte Lage mitten in der Natur - Wir hatten einen traumhaften Bungalow mit fantastischem Blick in die Natur. Alles sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Absolut Daumen hoch. Das Frühstück könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein, hatte aber alles was man sich wünscht. Das Abendessen ist eher mittelmäßig. Sehr bodenständig, typisch Alentejo. Frühstück ist ok. Personal ist freundlich, spricht aber fast nur portugisisch. Ist aber stets bemüht um seine Gäste.

Desde o espaço e decoração do monte ao conforto do quarto e ao sossego e paz que se sente. Sentimo-nos extremamente bem acolhidas e logo postas super à vontade pelo funcionário que nos recebeu. Os animais do monte são super meigos e também nos fizeram sentir em casa. O pequeno almoço é extraordinário com produtos de ótima qualidade e ainda recebemos um mimo da parte dos anfitriões. The staff were very kind and helpful. The property itself is spacious, peaceful, and very beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a quiet getaway. Nothing, everything was wonderful.

• Roman (10/5): Beautiful hotel grounds and great breakfast - Very nice hotel, lots of room to walk around and good breakfast. When I decided to run in the early morning, I was followed by an adorable red dog that lives on the territory of the hotel. And this dog ran with me all 21 km. cheerfully and easily, after that we became friends with him. So, here even dogs help guests to have a good time! Be careful when coming by car. There is one asphalt road on the side of Almodôvar. And on the other side there is a dirt road, which was not very comfortable for us to drive on at night and in the rain. But the navigator leads exactly by this route, so check this point in advance.

I loved the fact that the view from the pools didn't face any other houses or facilities, simply hills, trees and goats. The owners and staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We are very happy we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Monte Gois. The food was well prepared and the environment was relaxing and cosy. Lots of families with little kids. Not staying one extra night.

• Victoria (10/5): Beautiful calm place with lots of opportunities to relax - We had the perfect stop here after some busy days in the algarve. The property is just beautiful, very quiet all around. Great for stargazing at night, we saw three shootingstars in one hour! The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed at night, which we only learned after we booked. But the owners made up for it by offering to upgrade our room and to have the staff prepare a take away dinner for us to heat up at night. I assume the food freshly made would have been a bit more flavourful, per the other reviews, but it was a nice compromise and we gladly accepted!
• Susan (7/5): Okay but not worth the price. - The location was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The rooms were not up to the standard I expected based on the photos and the price. Also the rooms were very dark and lacked privacy. Dinner was not good.

The staff were not friendly apart from one. One member of staff was rude at breakfast and check out, which did not create a relaxing atmosphere. The suite was spacious and bed comfy but poor cleanliness. The place would be much improved with better staff hospitiality.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Abaixo do esperado e overpriced - Acessos pessimos, deveriam avisar quem tem cerca de 2km em terra nao cuidada. O local para alem dos acessos nao dispoe de qualquer servico a menoa de 20 min. Quando as instalacoes, giro e cuidado mas pequeno. Tambem podia ter mais qualidade nas camas, piscinas ou “spa”. O restaurante ou servico de bar é pouco eficiente e ate o cafe expresso durante o pequeno almoco é pago (nao faz parte ro menu). Pedi fatura dos servicos que consumi e passos 2 ou 3 meses ainda nao recebi nada. Honestamente parece um otino local para a familia e amigos dos proprietarios, nada mais.
