The service was exceptional😀 especially from Mr Nazmi, Mr Didi and Madam Audery, who were all very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I would like to extend special appreciation to Madam Audery, who made an excellent decision by allowing us to extend our stay in the same room without needing to move. This really made things much more convenient for our family. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully scented and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was also wonderful..we especially enjoyed the fried rice and masala teh tarik. The prawn fried rice was specially prepared and served for our family, and the taste reminded me of the fried rice from my childhood. Many thanks to both Mr Nazmi and Mr Didi for the wonderful hospitality. Overall, Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur truly delivers a high-quality hospitality experience with genuine care and attention. Thank you to all the staff involved for making our stay memorable. We came from Kedah and definetely will choose Fourseasons Hotel again for our next staycation.

My husband and I are incredibly happy with our choice of choosing the Four Seasons Hotel for our wedding reception. We would definitely recommend it to others! When we first visited the hotel, we were charmed by its atmosphere, a blend of serene luxury with a hint of bustling energy, through its specially curated lighting and design. We were instantly hooked !! Our event/catering manager, Ellie Low, and her team were very attentive to our needs and requirements, often offering help and recommendations before we even asked. She guided us through the entire process, making it almost stress-free! We also received feedback from our guests complimenting the food served during the reception dinner. Thank you Chef Jack Tang and Chef Jimmy. Our guest had a wonderful night thanks to the banquet staff Ashveen, Isyarf, Zahrif, Mario and Syahrul. And lastly, we get to wind down in our suite after a hectic day thanks to the room deco team Aisyah and Chloe. Overall, the service was outstanding and truly reflected the high standards of the hotel. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and experience with the hote. Ellie went above and beyond in serving us, and we were so well taken care of during our stay. We were absolutely spoiled. The food was amazing too, and all of our guests enjoyed every dish made by Chef Jack Tang and Chef Walter. We had our food tasting and shared what we liked and didn’t, and everything was reflected on our big day.

The location, the luxurious comfort and the amazing restaurants always make each stay a superb vacation. I stayed there recently and it was so nice to see Felicia the Reservations Manager, Jessie from Lifestyle helped make the room bookings and it was very nice to meet Azrai the Director of Rooms as well, who helped facilitate our last minute booking. As usual, we were welcomed by the ever hospitable and dynamic Didi and it was nice to be greeted by Masiluddin and Nawawi too. The staff there are always so friendly and kind, it made our stay so very special. Yun House is our favourite Chinese restaurant in KL and Gaza always serves us with such impeccable service. I highly recommend this halal restaurant which serves excellent cuisine. The view over the KLCC park is such a delight. I love the gym as well because while you’re on the treadmill, it’s nice to see the park and people shopping at the Petronas Twin Towers below. It’s quite hard to describe the blissful experience within the hotel and the combination of facilities plus the warm welcome of their staff makes us just want to keep returning. Thanks to the great team who always make us feel very special.

For the humanity they had shown, that we are just not they’re guests but thought family like, we look at them likewise. - SilviaB3460 (10/5): Beautiful hotel, perfect location - Fabulous hotel which lived up to expectations. Right from the check-in, it was VIP treatment. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were very well looked after by Yun - the Executive Club Guest Services Officer. She anticipated our needs without being asked, and made us feel special. The views from our room was fantastic, you can have a bath with view of KL from the tub. Location was superb, we could see the Petronas Towers fountain display from the bedroom window. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. On our last day, we were surprised at breakfast time with pancakes and a thank you message written in chocolate. It was a very nice gesture and made the stay a memorable one.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the KLCC views are amazing, but what stood out most was the warmth of the people who work there. I especially want to thank our room attendant, Mr.Emran. He was always so kind and welcoming, and it really made us feel comfortable and cared for. The biggest thanks, though, goes to the bellman team —Mr. Amir, Mr.Din, and Mr. Afiq Iman. The hotel is absolutely amazing and perfectly located when you want to be close by to KLCC. The family very much enjoyed the amazing saltwater pool as well as the luxurious design of the hotel. But the highlight of our stay was the amazing team at the Executive Level! Starting with Didi, with his warm and welcoming character, but also Sherry, Adam, Isaac, Mia and of course Danish were absolutely incredible friendly and doing their very best to make our stay unforgettable, basically knowing all our wishes before we even Addressed them. Thank you to the whole team ( including Ahmed for the best Pancakes in Malaysia) for this absolutely amazing time.

Pool and breakfast were excellent but if I am being totally honest I think the mandarin oriental has a better vibe. That said, you can’t go wrong at either.

The space itself is stunning—quiet, beautifully designed, and perfect whether you’re winding down or getting some work done. The food was excellent throughout the day, from light bites to evening cocktails. But what made the experience truly memorable was the service—especially from one staff member in particular. I was looked after by Hafizi, and I can honestly say he made me feel like more than just a guest. From the moment I arrived, Hafizi greeted me so warmly and checked in with me regularly—not in an intrusive way, but just enough to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was offering a drink just as I sat down, remembering my preferences from the days before (I had my 9 days stay here), or simply chatting with genuine warmth, he brought a personal touch that made the space feel incredibly welcoming. Never had I received such treatment in other lounges before. You can have great food and a luxurious setting, but it’s the people who make the difference—and this person absolutely did. - Trail12126679439 (2/5): Four Seasons KL Felt Like a Cold Airport Hotel. Deeply Disappointing - We stayed at Mandarin Oriental KL in July 2024 and had a truly warm and memorable experience. This July 2025, we thought we would give Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur a try, expecting something equally, if not more, refined. Unfortunately, what we experienced turned out to be one of the most disappointing five-star hotel stays we have ever had. For a brand known for elegance and hospitality, this property felt more like a cold airport hotel charging luxury prices. Valet and First Impressions: Valet parking at Four Seasons was RM100 but the service was slow and disorganized. The valet team seemed completely clueless, unsure of what to do or how to manage the flow. For a property of this level, it was shocking and set the tone for what followed. At Mandarin Oriental, valet was only RM50 and the service was the complete opposite. Quick, smooth and warmly handled. Staff greeted us immediately, opened the car doors with a smile and took care of everything without any confusion. Front Desk: At Four Seasons, there was no guidance upon arrival. We found our own way to the check-in area. You take an elevator to Level 6B then walk down a long hallway to a front desk tucked in the corner. There was no real sense of arrival. The area was empty when we arrived yet check-in was slow and the welcome felt cold. We found the self-serve drink station ourselves. No one mentioned it. The lobby space had only two pairs of armchairs set off to the side, which made the entire area feel sparse and not particularly welcoming. The design is sleek, but paired with unengaged service, it felt more like an airport lounge than a luxury hotel. At Mandarin Oriental, the check-in experience was just as smooth as valet. Quick, friendly and welcoming. Despite hosting a major ASEAN event, staff were attentive, efficient and present. We were offered welcome drinks by a staff member and given two complimentary drink vouchers valid throughout the hotel. It immediately felt like we were valued guests. Room: The room at Four Seasons was new but felt sterile and lifeless. It had a cold transit feel with no comfort or personality. Bathroom: The bathroom was a major disappointment. There was a moldy smell, the tiles showed visible grime and the floor felt slightly sticky. I have attached a photo of the moldy bathroom to this review for reference. The shower was the only acceptable part with good pressure and clean design, but that should be a basic standard, not the highlight. Service Breakdown: We were so underwhelmed that we decided to cut our stay short from two nights to one. We informed the front desk during check-in with Vic, who was polite but disengaged. He said a manager would contact us via WhatsApp. We went out for dinner and received no message or call. Later we were told a message had been sent through the room tablet, which we only saw much later. For something this important, relying on a tablet instead of proper follow-up felt careless and impersonal. That evening when we returned and walked into the lounge for dessert, Vic saw us pass by but made no effort to follow up or check in. I had to go back to the front desk myself. Razali, the evening manager, eventually stepped in. He listened to our concerns but offered an upgrade to a different room category for over RM1000 per night at our own expense. That response left us even more disappointed. We were not asking for a handout but for sincere service and basic five-star hospitality. Cocktail Experience: We asked for their most popular cocktail and were recommended a pandan-based drink. It tasted like flat ginger ale with barely any alcohol. It felt rushed and uninspired, especially for a hotel known for its bar program. In Contrast. Mandarin Oriental KL: After cutting our stay short at Four Seasons, we checked in to Mandarin Oriental KL and the difference was immediate. Valet was smooth. Check-in was fast. The team genuinely seemed happy to have us there. The entire arrival process was what we had expected from Four Seasons but never received. The bathroom, although slightly dated, was clean and well maintained. The cocktails were balanced and flavorful, and the overall ambiance felt gracious, polished and proudly Malaysian. Final Thoughts: Overall, at Four Seasons, the staff felt untrained, cold and lacking in personality. There was no eye contact, no warmth, no effort to connect. It felt transactional from start to finish. At Mandarin Oriental, every staff member from valet to reception to housekeeping made eye contact, smiled and greeted us warmly. The entire atmosphere felt genuinely human. For the price we paid, we expected care, comfort and connection. Four Seasons KL did not deliver any of it

The room was smelly and when we asked for another room, we were told that they were completed booked! Housekeeping didn't do a good job with cleaning at all - dusty, dirty surfaces and a small canister contained some goodies left on the table after we checked in, and it remained there for the duration of our stay! The housekeepers didn't bother to remove it... We ordered room service and the food tasted bland and cold! The foods in the mall next doors were much better. It was such a big disappointment for us since it was our first time visiting Kuala Lumpur!
- d2906 (10/5): Good Stay, Some Hiccups - Stayed 2 nights end of June with our toddler. We had some business in KL and decided to drive in and use up our complimentary nights. Excellent location next to KLCC mall and park. We found some time to have one meal and do some shopping there. Quick check-in on arrival, complimentary breakfast and some hotel credit as well as the usual snacks in the room. Not sure if the view upgrade was really an upgrade but didn't matter for a short stay. Parking is complimentary for guests but there is only one way in from Jalan Ampang with the hotel on the left and Google Maps kept trying to get us in through an employee-only entrance in KLCC if we were approaching from the other direction! Room was as expected. Clean and bed was comfortable. Shower overhead-hand-toggle/volume stop-point was off-center so didn't realize it was dripping the whole night on our first night. Another reason individual controls are better. Toiletries from Diptyque came in large non-single-use plastic containers which the hotel chose to sheath in Diptyque ceramic pots. Nice to touch and look at but impractical when not fixed down in the shower and I didn't wait to find out if they would break when my child knocked one over while showering, before stepping on the broken pieces. We removed all the outer ceramic sheaths and put them safely away. The Sofitel in Seoul chose another wall-mounted plastic option from Diptyque which might not have looked as expensive but felt a lot safer in the shower (although the mounting was too high for my child). Water came in 750 ml glass bottles so we didn't allow our child to pour any himself. The options we like the best are disposable aluminium water bottles and medium-size single-use aluminium toiletry bottles (Japan), which hotels collect for 100% recycling. Also despite knowing our registration details > 1 month in advance, there were no child amenities in the room like child-size bathrobe, slippers, footstool for the sink, bathtub sponge/toy etc which we have had already in-room, elsewhere. We had to ask for them to send up the child bathrobe and slippers (and we were initially told that there were not any child-size slippers). Also a lot of angled corners in the room and elsewhere which look great but a nightmare for parents of an accident-prone toddler. Our child actually fell at breakfast one morning and scraped his right knee on the leg of a table and the metal dividing strip between the carpet and the walkway. Fortunately we travel with an emergency pack. Just something to be careful about. We should've dressed in long pants instead of shorts! Breakfast at Curate was good, fresh and well-presented, and above average for a 5-star hotel in KL and we've stayed at many. The bread/pastry/confectionery section was pretty good although I felt the croissants could've been better. Appetizers included uni, beef and duck in addition to salad, and the cheese section next to it, were ample for breakfast. The cooked food section was better and the sea bass slices at the noodle section were fresh. Chef Goh Ti Cheong was incredibly friendly and sent us some nice items. They also do eggs half-boiled coffee-shop style in addition to all the usual poached/scrambled/omelette variants. Eggs benedict was available but I've had better. No avocado toast that I noticed. Waffles and pancakes were available. The local food options like nasi lemak, noodles, dim sum etc were better and had variations on different days. No roti canai while we were there. Excellent fruit section with jackfruit, mangosteen etc rotated on different days. Small yoghurt and muesli section, didn't see any bircher. Coffee and tea with a biscuit was available at the lobby throughout the day as is common to 4S properties. Had a drink with a friend at Bar Trigona. He had a whisky and I had a honey cocktail which was recommended but seemed unremarkable to me. Good service though. Have to walk through the lounge cafe to get to the bar. Light dinner the night before our departure with family at Yun House. Had the Peking Duck for starter and I thought the duck in the pancake rolls could have been a little juicier. The stir-fried duck meat was excellent though. Great service throughout. Also had some tofu, seafood, vegetables and dessert. Ambience was nice. Did not try Nobu (but don't think it would've been very different from other Nobu's). Intriguing Sri Lankan restaurant Nadodi but decided not to try it since our child can't take spicy food yet. There was a Culina Bistro in the mall downstairs but we did not come to KL for that. The Malaysian food court next to it was also a bit hit and miss although a few items were nice. We didn't have time to eat at Village Park although we weren't very far away for one of my business meetings. Swimming Pool was outdoors, a bit small and a bit disappointing compared to the ones we had in Seoul and Tokyo recently where real estate is a lot more expensive. But any pool is great for a 4-year old so job done anyway. There's a side pool with a giant 'tap' for a neck massage and some bubble machine but not exactly a jacuzzi. The 4S Residence Pool had more options and was maybe a little larger. Also the hotel pool has limited opening hours although there is no lifeguard (again in contrast to Seoul and Tokyo). Gym was small and didn't have a rowing machine that I could find. No non-powered treadmill either. Expected better. Also no kids club or play area. Service was excellent throughout and the staff were most accommodating. Most of those we had met before remembered us by name and Siti at Curate gave our little child a Tapir plushie. A good hotel for KL. We would stay again, probably a longer stay next time and in a suite although the club lounge seemed a little deserted and forlorn when I visited, maybe just the wrong time, but still, we will see. There are apartments available too but I can't imagine doing laundry and cooking while on holiday, although the (slightly) larger floor space might be nice if the lounge access for the suites is nothing special. Will certainly try Nadodi on our next stay.

Hotel is also conveniently next to the city subway station KJ10 red line. Room is spacious and comes with a good city view. Very clean and amenities are sufficient. We also have a welcome kueh. Breakfast at the Curate is impressive. A long spread and very good quality, and menu changes during our 3 night stay. Love the staff who greeted us at the breakfast entrance, served us at the table and prepared food in the kitchen. All are so friendly; make us start the day with positive vibes. Hotel staff at reception, ground floor, room cleaning and Trigona are very tactful to our needs and professional. Same high standards like the one we experienced in Lisbon, Singapore and Langkawi; a good global brand name

On the other side, the real difference comes from the service- and guest-orientation of all the employees. The personal makes it really happen that every single guest feels as the one-and-only VIP in the hotel. Very personalized service!

I called FSKL to inquire on hall event & wanna have a look at what pckage they offered. I never knew or experienced attending any events at FSKL. So i decided to give a try. From the first day i met Ellie, she was very attentive to what i was about to inquire. What makes me feel awesome as a client is that, Ellie since day 1 never hesitated to share every single details of things to do. Day by day, she always tells, asks & plenty things. I seriously felt i have new bestfriend. She never force me into any hasty actions or decisions. The most important things is that, Ellie do make me feel i am a very special client. I didnt receive that welcome feelings from previous options that i have. Which to my understanding, i never had any previous repo with her that she deals with me graciously throughout the entire 2 months of preparation. Few days till event date, she is always there for me answering & helping with every possible difficulties. On 20/6, she helped me checked in with all 5 rooms which my bridal suite is extraordinary superb view, superb meal treatment too by Director of FnB. Well i was so busy i forgot to take pics of writings on the window.. on the day of the event, Ellie & team seriously done good job. The food taste was extremely delicious, the setup feels vips, the treatment the staffs of FSKL feels incredible make every guests attending the event feel very welcomed & happy. Seriously the food was seriously awesome. I event have my own “butler” serving me drinks alllll the time which makes me shy when they follow me. Ellie always check on me. Always. She also always remind me to eat 😅 which i cant due to i am very very tired & exhausted. To be concluded, my experience so far as bride during my engagement event, i will always remember & will definitely never forget. My family until today keeps on talking how graciously the staffs & team services gaves us. What i can say in short, “Memories are the key not to the past, but to the future.” My fiance is thrilled to come back & decide the date for our solemnisation. We will come back once we have our date by early 2025. I am thankful to Ellie & Isyraf all FSKL for having me experience of what they say greatest results comes from great people.

- Rugby_Nut_Canada (10/5): Four Seasons - As Expected - Moved to the Four Seasons from the EQ for 4 nights. This property is right beside the Petronas Towers, KLCC park and Suria mall. We were brought to our room - a standard King overlooking the pool deck - very comfortable. Unfortunately at 3am we had to call the duty manager as we could not sleep due to the excessive street noise/motor bikes etc. He moved us to a suite on the other side of the hotel overlooking KLCC park without delay or extra cost. This was way better as it was quiet at night. The takeaway is, request a room overlooking KLCC park. We had our anniversary dinner in Nobu, part of the Four Seasons KL. Good food, nice atmosphere but insanely expensive and not worth it, even for KL. The cost has put me off ever going to another Nobu. The hotel breakfast and all day dining restaurant was a large space with lots of buffet choice and always very well prepared and presented fare. We did not eat in the Chinese restaurant preferring to eat outside of the hotel. We did venture to Jalan Alor one night which was good to see but in the end we did not trust the food prep as we were both getting over colds. We went to Bar Trigona every night enjoying the space and the very friendly mixologists, "Island Boy" and "Big Island Boy" were great - you know who you are. Rohan, chief mixologist, director of Bar Trigona, general good guy, was chatty, friendly and helped us secure a booking at Atlas bar in Singapore. - AzzzK (10/5): Ultimate Comfort - Located right next to the Petronas Tower, I feel the location far better than other good hotels near the Botanical gardens. I found using grab taxi as extremely reliable and cost effective, although there are extensive transport links through the city. The staff throughout were brilliant in every way. Four Seasons truly is a peak hotel experience. An incredibly organised and proficient team. A large modern room offered the height of luxury and an extremely comfortable bed. Cannot be bettered. Japanese toilet, too. Shower gel, etc. from Diptyque, which was well received. Was a bit confused by the door system regarding cleaning the room. Irrespective of the time of the day, if you leave the cleaning sign on, they will arrive with towels, etc. You can also request dining and other services through the Ipad in the room. The pool was quiet and relaxing, therefore perfect after a day exploring. Clean and well laid out with diligent staff. Fresh orange juice was wonderful. In room dining was quick and in keeping with everything else totally reliable. Great selection, and they do a fantastic burger if that's your thing.

The location is unbeatable—right next to the iconic Petronas Towers, with a stunning view of the water and light show right from our room. The service was truly exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and one of our favorite highlights was dining at their Yum House restaurant—absolutely delicious! This hotel made a special occasion even more memorable.

- 473chanj (4/5): Serious Breach of Privacy & Lack of Accountability – Extremely Disappointed - I stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur from 24 to 25 April 2025 and experienced a serious violation of guest privacy that left me deeply unsettled. At approximately 5:45 PM on 24 April, a staff member approached my room offering turndown service. I clearly and explicitly declined — both verbally and by rejecting a handshake — and even suggested a later time of 11:00 PM. The staff member informed me that the team would leave by 9:30 PM, so I confirmed that no service was required. I left the room shortly after, without activating the “Do Not Disturb” light, trusting that my instructions would be respected. I left personal belongings — including my passport, credit cards, and cash — unsecured in the room (not in the safe), relying on the integrity of a hotel that positions itself as one of the world’s leading luxury brands. However, I was later informed by hotel management that a staff member still entered my room around 7:45 PM — without my knowledge or consent. Although my cash was accounted for, I remain extremely concerned that sensitive personal data, such as my passport and credit card details, may have been photographed or compromised, potentially exposing me to identity theft or misuse. I requested a formal statement from the hotel — not CCTV footage — simply a documented record of which staff members entered the room and when. The response from the Kuala Lumpur management was deeply disappointing. Instead of taking initiative, they asked what kind of statement I wanted, placing the burden back on me rather than taking responsibility. This reflects a troubling lack of professionalism and accountability. I attempted to escalate this matter directly to Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts HQ, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. For this reason, I no longer welcome further communication from the Kuala Lumpur property, as their handling of the situation has been both disappointing and inadequate. I'm sharing this experience to raise awareness and as a personal lesson learned — no matter how reputable a hotel may be, it’s always safest to secure important belongings in the safe. I placed my trust in the brand, but this incident has reminded me to be more cautious, even at a hotel that markets itself as the pinnacle of luxury.

- McBeath (10/5): Simply the best in KL - We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. As with all 4 Seasons hotels, we loved the first-class service, beautiful bedrooms and amenities. However, 3 outstanding areas of the hotel we particularly enjoyed: Club Lounge - stunning views of KL and complimentary drinks and snacks. Yong Yun Ng took great care of us and my special dietary needs. After a busy day exploring busy KL, this lounge was a wonderful refuge. Pool & gym - beautiful pool with stunning views of KL. Gym was fabulous - rarely use the gym whilst on holiday, but this gym had the most spectacular views which made our work out more fun! Breakfast - an incredible range of breakfast options with glorious views of KL. Once again, my dietary needs were well taken care of. Overall, a fantastic short stay here and an added bonus to have Nobu in the same building! Thank you to all the staff.

Specifically, Ellie, the Wedding Manager, Ashveen, Ishkandar & Johnson from the Banquet Team, and the tech PIC Theena. There were all professional and were very prompt with our inquiries and requests. The entire wedding went so smoothly thanks to them, the couple together with their friends and family had such a memorable time here at Four Seasons. Will definitely continue to recommend this venue to my future wedding couples
- o2mpx (10/5): Almost Perfect with a Nit - Stayed 3 nights as part of tour. Rooms are spacious, WiFi is good. Minor callout, bathroom tile edges have signs of mildew and frankly, below Four Seasons standards. Housekeeping management should pay attention and go through more detailed Chlorox grout cleansing. Breakfast has good selection of western and Asian choices; however fruit replenishment is rather slow when empty. Location is perfect being right next to Petronas twin towers. Service staff is terrific. Highly recommended.

It was our second stay and we loved it and we were totally delighted and if anyone wants to visit Kuala lumpur , no thoughts , book straightway at the Four Seasons Hotel you will love it and the staff has the skills how to look after their guests .It was Perfect. - ChinaDoll82 (10/5): Great service, immaculately luxurious! - I booked the City View Room with 2 beds. Very grateful to the FourSeasons team for arranging a Birthday surprise in the room for my friend. It was a very last minute request but very well done!! My friend was so happy with the handwritten card, cake and balloon. This is our 1st time staying. The room is small but compact, with poor view of a construction site, but we have all that we need and everything is very clean. The bathroom is excellent with modern Kohler fixtures.Complete with his & her basins, a bathtub, rain shower,Diptyque products and most high-tech toilet with temperature settings for warm seats and bidet. My fav part was the turn-down service. Everything was laid out thoughtfully with water carafe served by bedside and slippers of my size. Apart from the lousy construction view from thr window, my major complaint is the soft pillows that offer zero support and both of us couldn’t find the toothpaste (it was tiny and hidden inside the holder). I rectified it by requesting for a firmer pillow. Breakfast is the best in KL for a 5star hotel in the area. Really good nasi lemak, soup noodles, cheese spreads, cold meats, coffee of your liking, kombucha dispenser, fresh juices and artisanal butters.
- Nur Ain (6/5): - We had a wonderful stay, but I unfortunately fell in the shower just before checking out. The floor was unexpectedly slippery, and I sustained a tissue injury; thankfully, there were no broken bones. The assistant manager, Mark, and the receptionist, Sean, were incredibly kind, helping me with my luggage and checking on me after I returned home. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and the staff's support truly made a difference. I believe the slipperiness is due to the tile choice in the shower, which seems like a design flaw

TQSM Mr DD & Mr Tan for smooth my check in at reception & executive lounge. TQSM to Ms Yun & other staff ( sory i can't remember the name) from exec lounge serving us from tea time until breakfast for next day. Lastly TQSM to Mr Issac & Mr DD again for smooth my check out process. Overall service is superb & food is vey good . only might be need to have more variety for evening cocktail & breakfast for executive lounge. will come again !!! Tqsm again to FS staff. :-)

- So Yee (10/5): Amazing Stay - We got upgraded from a park view club room to a junior suite, super happy about it especially since it's new year's eve. They prepared a birthday cake for my girlfriend and a special new year's eve cake. The executive club lounge is great, tons of food selection and special dinner buffet menu. Gym has lots of equipments and great view. Very impressed by the breakfast buffet as well, largest selection of breakfast foods I've ever seen. Great service and friendly staff. Strongly recommend this hotel for any sort of celebrations

The hotel is across the street from a great mall, good food, and the Petronas towers. I’ve stayed at many 4 & 5 star hotels through traveling and this hotel was superior!

- Erika (10/5): Destination Luxury Hotel! - This is one of the largest Four Seasons we have visited. The hotel fills an entire skyscraper whose rooms have unparalleled views of KL. All restaurants are top notch! The Bar Trigona is one of the best in the world (try the umami cocktail). The Lounge restaurant is a must for tea time (much of it designed by Jimmy Choo). Location is great right next Petronas towers.

- RITCHIE (10/5): - The Four Seasons KL is a fantastic property with a friendly and helpful staff in a terrific location in Kuala Lumpur’s City Center neighborhood. The room was immaculately clean, and the furnishings and amenities were opulent. My only gripe was that the in-room iPad kept getting frozen. This device allows guests to place room service orders & directly communicate to the hotel’s staff. One phone call to guest service and the issue was swiftly resolved, but since this device was so useful to me, I was disappointed that it was so unreliable. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely incredible. The location is unbeatable (next to the Petronas Towers, KLCC Suria Mall). I highly recommended this property to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in KL!

- Siew Thim (8/5): Weekend stay at Four Seasons KL - Very big room, but design wise, still loses to Grand Hyatt KL’s room, in my opinion. View wise, Grand Hyatt has the full view of KLCC while Four Seasons is right next to KLCC, which means the view is less attractive. Having said that, the Four Seasons service level is impeccable, slightly better than Hyatt.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic family staycation at FS KL - FS KL was the perfect hotel for our first family staycation (since the pandemic!). Whilst waiting for our room to be ready (for check-in), we had lunch at the poolside bar (delicious nasi goreng & decent burger) and had a quick swim in the pool (we came ready with our swimsuits!). There’s a smaller wading pool which was fun for our kid. The hotel room itself was really lovely, comfortable and spacious. We had requested for an additional bed for our kid, and even so, there was plenty of space for us to move about the room. Loved everything about the bathroom - the Kohler bathtub, Kohler toilet (with the fancy panel - like the Japanese style toilets), and L’Occitane toiletries. The breakfast at Curate had a good spread of local food, and assortments of pastries. Of notable mention, ALL the staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and genuinely pleasant - great service staff! Would highly recommend FS KL as the top choice of hotel in KL.
- Tsz Ching (4/5): Disappointing stay at Four Season KL - The fridge wasn’t cold, as the rubber seal was coming off. The iPad in the room wasn’t charging. The water pipe for the shower makes a banging noise when it’s on. Executive lounge was closed, should have let the customers know prior to booking. Couldn’t access to any club facility and had to eat with every guests. Found broken glass on the bathroom floor. The trap door under the bath couldn’t close.
