• Santa (8/5): Tutto sommato siamo stati bene, per qualsiasi cosa rispondono subito al numero per info o problemi con l’entrata e sono - Abbiamo soggiornato dal 14 al 17 maggio con la mia famiglia. Io, mio marito, una bimba di 3 anni e una di un anno. tutto sommato è andata bene. Bagno pulito, cucina pulita e anche le camere. Forno a microonde x riscaldare il latte a mia figlia e piano a induzione facile da usare. Non si sentono rumori o fastidi. Noi eravamo al sesto piano, accesso alla casa tramite pin( molto semplice) Unica cosa un po scomoda è che l’ascensore è un po strettino e quindi noi dovevamo scendere a due alla volta, prima mio marito con i passeggini e poi io cn le bimbe.

• Zdenha (9/5): Doporučuji, pro rodinu - Idelání ubytování pro prozkoumávání krás Barcelony, blízko stanice metra, snadna dostupnost na všechny památky a zajimává místa. Ubytování příjemné, s obchody v okolí, kde se dá bez problému nakoupit. Ocenujeme možnost uschovy zavazadel před check inem a check outem.

• Teresa (7/5): - Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt in Barcelona ist die Wohnung super geeignet. Das Notwendige ist vorhanden, inkl Waschmaschine und kleine Spülmaschine. Die Lage ist super: nah an Metro, Lebensmittelläden, Tapas Bars, Restaurants etc. und nah zu den Parks und Gärten rund um Montjuic. Einrichtung schon eher verbraucht. Sauberkeit mässig. Wohnung dunkel, unten im Souterrain.

• Livetus (10/5): - Suficient de spatios pentru o familie cu 2 copii Utilat complet ( fier de calacat, masa de calacat, oale, tigai, tacâmuri... masina de cafea cu capsule, prajitor de paine, fierbator de apa,plita cu 2 ochiuri, hota, masina de spalat vase, de spalat rufe) ambele bai curate. Zona linistita, lift pentru 2 persoane maxim 😀 market la 50m, terase si cafenele multe in zona, ai de unde alege. Un miros usor de statut, dar dupa o aerisire de jumatate de ora nu s-a mai simtit.

Poor communication from host. The link to pay the tourist tax didn't work. No general instructions around the apartment

• MARIA (10/5): This place is in a great location, close to the bus stops and metro. There is an excellent restaurant on the same street - It was very comfortable for 5 people, great location, it was clean, they provided towels, toilet paper, hair dryer That it doesn’t have a dryer. We had to go to a laundry place to dry our clothes but I knew when I got the place that they don’t have a dryer.

• GLORIA (8/5): 6 nights close to many restaurants & short walk to shopping strip - Lounge quality & tv variety was good Laundry facilities in good order & many pegs for balcony clothes line ample hot water strong showers - well stocked grocery shop opposite Pillows too hard & only 1 pp ??? 5pm check in - we arrived early flight so needed to pay the extra night to enable 10am check in ???

• basech (8/5): - La metro è Poble Sec, dista 3 minuti a piedi. Ci sono vari market nelle vicinanze, uno proprio sotto casa. Nell'appartamento c'erano asciugamani, sapone, spugne, bollitore e macchina del caffè a cialde e anche una moka. C'è una piccola lavastoviglie e tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo nel P1 Porta 1 con un solo bagno senza finestre. Nell'arrivare a piedi da Placa Espanya, ho notato tipi poco raccomandabili e profumi di "essenze strane"; nel tour guidato per Barcellona ci è stato confermato che quelli sono i quartieri più degradati che stanno cercando di recuperare. Noi non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema. Altro punto a favore è la vicinanza alla fontana magica e il ristorante TAPS. Tutto fatto online, tastierino numerico è quello a sx della porta (lo dico perchè ce ne sono altri due a destra)

Strada molto tranquilla e sicura ma vicino a Paral-el dove ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi. Due supermercati praticamente sotto casa.Metro L3 a 300 mt.Staff cordiale Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli negli armadietti all'ingresso Un suggerimento: sarebbe utile una toilette nell'atrio dove si lasciano i bagagli, quando si arriva o si parte e non si può usufruire dell'appartamento.oNoi abbiamo chiesto ed un signore molto gentile dello staff ci ha fatto usare un piccolo bagno proprio di fronte agli ascensori

• Santino (7/5): The staff were helpful/ friendly, the flat was clean / comfortable and had all essential in the kitchen for cook - It had all what you need for family to be able to cook basic meals and it was clean There was a strong sewage smell from the toilet which after walking around Barcelona I realised it was not just in the apartment but it was a sewage issue in Barcelona. I would say the flat was comfortable, not homely but comfortable.
• Izabela (9/5): Generally a nice stay, good value for money - Great value for money. The location is very good. The metro station is just few minutes walk from the property and just 2 stops away from La Rambla,so there is no need to pay double price for the similar property in the strict centre. Opposite the property there is a small supermarket Suma for daily essentials which was very handy. In the flat we had all the essentials needed: kitchen utensils, iron and hand dryer. Lift was a bonus as our flat was located on the the 5th floor. The flat was allocated on the day of arrival and we could see that on our online check-in form which had to be completed in advance. More towels would be nice and frying pans should be replaced
• Olga (6/5): Nice location but no comfort - Location, close to Barcelona center. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The noise was horrible, both from the street (trash collection at peculiar hours, at midnight and 5 am on the same day) and from the neighbors. No isolation, there is nowhere to hide. The apartment was not clean, no extra trash bags, there is a dishwasher but no pads for it (am I supposed to buy a full pack? Seriously?).

• Λευκοθεα (5/5): Επαρκές διαμέρισμα, σε βολική τοποθεσία - Ήταν σε βολική τοποθεσία, κοντά στο metro. Είχε θέρμανση και ζεστό νερό. Δεν ήταν καθαρό. Άκουγες όλους τους ήχους από τα διπλανά διαμερίσματα. Δεν είχε πετσέτες για όλα τα άτομα. Το μικρό μπάνιο μύριζε υγρασία.

The staff on the property was only speaking Spanish and did not make any effort to help us. Even if our check out time was 12 pm, the access code to the appartement was deactivated.

• Flavia (6/5): Good location, bad check in management - Near the metro station, had all the facilities The apartment was overall good. Near of the metro station, clean and had all the utilities. One of the main problems was the check in. They sent us a link to do the check in on a site. It was impossible to finish the procedure. We were told to keep doing it because it worked. Imagine writing the data of 5 people countless time. I spent 4 hours trying to do this and lost precious moments with my family. Went to the apartment and someone came to pick the tax money and unlock the pin and told us that their site worked. In the next to days we saw many people in the same apartment buildings being in the sun, 40 degrees outside and struggling with check in. Either you tell people upfront that the site doesn’t work and you come yourself to pick the tax money or you fix the site. I can’t go crazy 4 hours straight because of a problem that apparently everyone in the building that we met has

Entramos a las 8:30 de la noche y no nos permitió salir una hora más tarde, al hacer el checking. Sin autorización, publico en booking, toda la comunicación que sostuvimos privadamente por el WhatsApp, incluyendo mi número telefónico, con esta acción poniendo en riesgo mi privacidad. Por favor solicitamos a Booking eliminar mi número telefónico de esa publicación.

Pats numeris nedidelis, bet labai patogiai išplanuotas, du vonios kambariai, du miegamieji, yra viskas ko reikia nedidelei kompanijai. Labai mažas liftas (2 žmonės telpa), mes gyvenome 6-ame aukšte ir diena prieš išsiregistruojant jis sugedo. Viename miegamąjame tamsoka, beveik nepatenka dienos šviesa. Mes apsistojome sausio pradžioje, tai apartamentuose buvo šaltoka, daug ką lėmė grindys iš plytelių (visur), būtų labai pagelbėjusios šlepetės, nes kojoms buvo itin šalta.
• Martyna (8/5): Wszystko ok, ale... reszta w komentarzu :) - Wszystko było czyściutkie i pachnące. Lokalizacja super. 4 piętro- balkon. Hałasy okropne dobiegające od sąsiadów z góry. Wielkość zdecydowanie na 4 osoby. Zbyt mały na 6(nawet z dziećmi). No i jak się okazuje cena na okres noworoczny była trzy razy wyższa. Winda na jedną osobę.

• Suzanne (10/5): Fabulous - Easy to access and excellent instructions Lights in twin bedroom were temperamental. Could leave instructions for the combi microwave oven. But these were little and not significant and the property was excellent.

• Guest (9/5): - Odlična lokacija, blizu metroja, avtobusne postaje, poleg je trgovina.
• Marco (9/5): - Appartamento molto carino e tenuto bene, non grandissimo ma comunque con 2 camere, 2 bagni e 2 docce......per una famiglia con 2 bambini comodissimo!!! Situato vicino alla metro verde che penso sia la principale per raggiungere bene o male quasi tutte le principali attrazioni. Considerato anche il prezzo direi stra consigliato!
