• Ashleigh (8/5): Tree house vibes - This place was beautiful and central to gili T! The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout our entire stay! There was bad termite damage that left some areas of our room a bit dusty

El alojamiento está un poco alejado del puerto, a unos 20 minutos andando, que con el calor, se hace largo, ya que nosotros no queríamos coger carros de caballos.

• ursa (6/5): You get what you pay for . - Closeness to the beach. It was not clean, I’ve seen about 5 roaches in my room only, it was run down . We stayed there 5 days . They started cleaning the pool on the first day and by the last day it was still not clean.

• Cecil (6/5): Heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. - Mooi zitje buiten je kamer. Midden in de tropische planten. Heeft een zwembad. Bed was heel zacht en je verdween er bijna in. Lijkt doorgezakt. Kamer was verre van schoon. Vies en sommige plekken schimmel. De ramen in badkamer afgeplakt met tape. Niet echt goed onderhouden. Mag echt wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

• Tiffany (6/5): Dommage - L'emplacement, la literie plutot confortable La propreté de la terrasse (fientée), de la piscine pleine de bestioles et de feuilles mortes et dont les carreaux auraient bien besoin d'un grand coup de propre, des transats tachés et surtout de la salle de bain, moisie avec le reste des taches de dentifrice des anciens locataires. Je passe sur l'etat du "plafond" et des murs de la penderie. Il ne faut pas être pressé pour le petit déjeuner qui met un temps monstre à être servi. Il y a même un matin où j'ai du aller déjeuner ailleurs car personne n'était présent à la réception et j'étais pressée Bref, du potentiel mais malheureusement, un personnel pas au taquet sur l'hygiène ni l'efficacité.

Bathroom was was quick humid due to the small "hidden" window, the shower too low and fixed so uncomfortable for tall people. Lighting both in the room and bathroom was insufficient.

• Maciej (8/5): Bardzo przyjemne i urokliwe miejsce. - Fajne, klimatyczne miejsce. Domki otoczone bujną roślinnością. Obiekt w środku wyspy więc stosunkowo cicho i spokojnie. Blisko do sklepu. Możliwość wypożyczenia skuterów i rowerów. Miły personel. Na ścianach w łazience grzyb i odpadający tynk. Obsługa nie czyści basenu. Długi czas oczekiwania na śniadanie. W dniu wymeldowania nie doczekaliśmy się na śniadanie (1 godzina czekania!!!) gdyż musieliśmy zdążyć na prom.
• obaf90 (5/5): Al massimo per una notte. - Posizione: la struttura è posizionata poco al di fuori della zona della movida ed a qualche minuto a piedi di distanza dal mare. Aspetto esterno degli alloggi è carino... il problema è all'interno. Pulizia: assente o quasi. La stanza durante il soggiorno di 3 notti non è stata pulita (è stato solo rifatto il letto) e la presenza di polvere all'interno suggerirebbe una pulizia davvero approfondita. Stessa cosa si può dire per la piscina, che risultava praticamente inutilizzabile per lo sporco presente all'interno. Alloggio: la camera ha le pareti in legno ed è un problema per chi ha il sonno leggero, potendo sentire praticamente ogni rumore dalla strada. Bagni: il bagno risulta comunicante con l'alloggio situato di fianco a quello utilizzato. Infatti dalla parte superiore è possibile udire (purtroppo) praticamente tutto del bagno dei propri vicini di stanza.

Es ist schön ruhig und dennoch erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von wenigen Minuten den Strand im Westen (Sonnenuntergang) und den Strand im Osten (Schildkröten beim schnorcheln sehen). Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich.

The staff is nowhere to be found. We used the laundry service and two items were misplaced. One of the two evenings we spent there, there was no water.

• virginia (2/5): Una estafa - En booking pone alojamiento de 4 estrellas y a veces de 3. Realmente, es alojamiento de 2 o menos estrellas. Solo me gustó la cama. Lo dicho antes, el cuarto de baño no estaba rematado ni las paredes ni nada. Tengo fotos, un autentica vergüenza que pongan un 4 estrellas cuando es como una pensión cutre sin cuidar. No entiendo las opiniones de la gente, ya que las leo todas. Me siento estafada. Pelos en el baño, los techos al aire con los cables, las toallas blancas caso grises…El cuarto de mis hijos estaba algo mejor pero había pelos de otros huéspedes en el baño y todos los días les caía polvillo del techo encima de la cama ( ver las fotos). El resto son de nuestra habitación.

• Jodie (6/5): Mauvais rapport qualité prix mais il apparaît difficile de trouver mieux sur ces îles - Emplacement facilement accessible Le logement mérite d’être remis à neuf, surtout la salle de bain qui présente beaucoup de trace et qui fait très rustique. La piscine et les transats de la piscine ne sont pas non plus très propre. Le rapport qualité prix est beaucoup moins intéressant qu’à Bali cependant.

• Robin (6/5): - The room, although clearly beautiful once, was VERY tired and in need of basic maintenance. The thatched roof had visible holes, some floor planks were visibly rotting and crumbled underfoot (perhaps due to water damage from inadequate roof?) All painted surfaces were badly in need of attention. There were disgusting ‘marks’ on the tiles in the shower and I would not use bare-footed. Also found a rotted potato in my bedside table. No fridge (the only room without one in our one-month five-island adventure in Indonesia) and limited amenities. Two shower towels (white) and two beach towels (striped) every day - this was messed up EVERY day. It’s not hard. The pool are was not what was expected; clever photography makes it appear much nicer than it is.
• Natalia (3/5): Absolute disappointment - We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it. • The cleanliness was very poor, and the condition of the facilities was terrible. • The stairs to access the upper part of the cabin are extremely difficult, especially if you are carrying luggage, and nobody from the hotel offered any help. • The rooms were in horrible condition and nothing like what was advertised online. • Our reservation did not include breakfast, and considering the price we paid, the services provided were minimal. • The staff showed no interest at all. At no point did they ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. At checkout, they simply took the key without even a question. We will also be attaching photos to show the defects and the horrible state of the facilities, so it is clear how misleading the listing is. Overall, it was an absolute disappointment, and we feel we wasted our money.

• Nicole (1/5): Un’esperienza da non ripetere - Struttura estremamente sporca e fatiscente. Appena entrati si è rotto il soffione della doccia, al rientro poi la sera non funzionava più l’acqua. C’erano topi che giravano per la struttura, per non parlare delle porte scassate, la muffa in bagno e i capelli ammuffiti lasciati nel lavandino al nostro ingresso. Avevamo la colazione inclusa, ma ci siamo rifiutati di consumarla viste le condizioni igieniche delle stoviglie ingiallite e per l’appunto della struttura.

• MAYI (10/5): Lo recomendamos, si volvemos repetiremos - Estuvimos solamente 3 días en la isla y el alojamiento fue perfecto. Llegamos tardísimo por problemas meteorológicos y nos atendieron a las 4 de la mañana, facilitando el acceso a la habitación para que pudiésemos descansar. El resto de días fue genial, todo facilidades. Limpio y en una zona tranquila para descansar pero muy cerca de la playa y del centro. Lo recomendamos.

Bis zum Strand ca. 10 min Dieses Hotel verdient keinen einzigen Stern!

• Urisa (7/5): Verblijf was verder goed. Buiten de drukte lekker rustig - Bed lag erg lekker en douche was lekker warm. Ontbijt was heel minimaal. Bestel je een Indonesisch ontbijt is er bijv. de hele week geen sambal. Daar wordt dan ook geen actie in genomen. Bepaald drinken op wat wel wordt aangeboden is er niet. Ga het dan aanvullen denk ik dan.
• clara (6/5): Correct pour le prix, mais dommage que le ménage laisse VRAIMENT à désirer! - L'établissement est plutôt bien placer, écarté du côté fête et du bruit, à quelques minutes à pied du Turtle Point, et à 15 min à pied du port (N'UTILISEZ PAS LES CHEVEUX QUI SONT MAL TRAITÉS ET CHOISISSEZ UN HÔTEL PRÈS DU PORT SI VOUS NE VOULEZ PAS TROP MARCHER!!). La literie était très confortable. L'extérieur de l'établissement est similaire aux photos. La propreté est vraiment à revoir, la piscine ne paraît pas entretenue, des toiles d'araignées et beaucoup de poussières dans les chambres. La peinture ne paraît pas finit, comme ci elle avait juste servit comme "cache misère". Une odeur vraiment mauvaise était très présente aussi. Nous n'avons pas oser allumer le ventilateur qui est littéralement noir de poussière.

Hasta nos hicieron un poco de arroz blanco y verdura porque estábamos malos del estómago y tuvieron el detallazo de no cobrárnoslo. Eso no se ve habitualmente. • Gabor (7/5): Es ist ok für paar Tage aber eine Renovierung wäre hilfreich. - WLAN war gut, Matratze war schön hart, Essen ok, Pool riecht nach Chlor und ist sauber, jedoch fehlt hier und da auch schon eine Fliese. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Wäscheservice 25k pro 1kg ist gut und günstig. Preise für Fahrrad 50k pro Tag. Kühle Getränke vorhanden und preislich gut. Leider ist einmal der Strom ausgefallen und es gab auch einmal kein Wasser, die Probleme wurden aber schnell behoben. Das Geländer von Zimmer 9 ist locker und die Treppe nicht mehr so sicher. Auch ein Vorhang zur Dusche hat gefehlt, denn im Zimmer 10 gab es diesen. Die Fahrräder sind sehr verrostet und neue wären hilfreich. Aktuell gibt es eine Baustelle in der Anlage, denn sie wird erweitert, also tagsüber Baulärm vorhanden.

• Eliana (5/5): Good location, but a lot of construction going on. - Room is a good size. Airco’s working properly. Breakfast is nice and brought with a smile. Hotel is placed in the middle so it’s quiet but you’re close to everything (except the harbour with your luggage) There’s a lot of construction going on and it goes on everyday between 9 -5/6. It doesn’t look like it’s going to be finished anytime soon. If you like to stay in your room, don’t get the ones near the construction site. The bathroom was quite dirty and old fashioned. The staff is friendly but not very adequate/forthcoming. We don’t understand why it has 4 stars on booking, that’s not a good representation. If you’re just there to sleep and don’t mind a dirty bathroom, it’s fine.
