- Mark (8/5): - room had a big bed, they gave water daily; had AC and tea/coffee in the room and daily amenities like toothbrush available; the rooptop sento was amazing and very comfortable after a long day. Very close to Gotanda station (2 min walk) and close to a Lawsons and multiple high rise shopping/groceries pretty cramped room; no ofuro in room; the front desk wasn't super friendly and wouldn't let me check in early. I wish the sento had a massage chair or two, or maybe in the lounge. The sento should be open till 11am at least because it closes at 9am, which is pretty early to use.

The room was spacious for a tokyo hotel. View was great. Proximity to Gotanda station was convenient. Also enjoyed walking along nearby Meguro river. It would have been nice to have complimentary early checkin, but I understand why that might not be possible.

- Daniel (10/5): - The staff were kind, professional, and very helpful with additional services such as laundry and luggage delivery. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk from the train station, and the view of Tokyo from the lobby is absolutely stunning.
- Sara (8/5): Sehr modernes Hotel - Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Aussicht vom 15. Stock. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismäßig für Japan „groß“ (noch weit entfernt vom Europa-Standard). Saubere Zimmer & die Lage war top. Kommen gerne wieder :) Jeden Tag werden pro Person neue Wasserflaschen ins Zimmer gestellt. Das Bett ist für zwei Personen zu klein und ist aufgrund der Größe im Zimmer an die Wand gedrückt, dadurch hat eine Person keine Steckdosen. Die Badewanne hat einen Vorhang, den würde ich durch eine Glastür austauschen - sonst alles perfekt

Gotanda ist praktisch, da dort die JR Yamanote Line verkehrt. Zudem fährt auch die Asukasa Line. In Gotanda hat es diverse Läden und Restaurants. Das Bad/Onsen im Hotel ist der Wahnsinn. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und modern und sehr bequeme Betten. Wenig Platz für den Koffer im Zimmer.

Liegt direkt an der Ringlinie, um die alle „wichtigen“ Stadtteile zu erreichen. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war nicht so schön, aber man ist tagsüber sowieso unterwegs. Man konnte die Bahn teilweise hören.

Nous voyageons toujours dans les hôtels Mitsui au Japon, nous adorons ces hôtels : les chambres sont toujours sublimes, ce qui n’a pas été le cas ici !! Attention, les photos sont mensongères !! La chambre était horrible, ne ressemblait pas du tout à celle que j’avais réservée. Elle était très sale, ce qui est très rare au Japon ! J’ai immédiatement fait part de mon mécontentement au personnel de la réception. J’ai demandé à quitter l’hôtel et à obtenir un remboursement, chose qu’ils ont refusée immédiatement ! Aucune solution pour moi : pas de changement de chambre, rien. On m’a simplement proposé de nettoyer la chambre suite à ma plainte concernant le manque total de propreté… et c’est tout ! Vraiment pas professionnel. Le manager s’en fout et préfère gâcher les vacances des clients ! Après 3 nuits, je suis de nouveau retourné à la réception pour me plaindre encore une fois de ma chambre et du fait que le ménage n’avait pas du tout été fait. Je leur ai également montré qu’il y avait des disponibilités afin de pouvoir enfin changer de chambre. Ils ont péniblement accepté. Je trouve ce manque de professionnalisme inadmissible. J’ai immédiatement fait une réclamation auprès de Booking, car les photos sont mensongères ! Elles ne ressemblent pas du tout à la réalité ! - Maksim (9/5): - Онсен при гостинице - это то, что я всегда стараюсь выбрать. Очень приятно после дня ходьбы снять усталось в горячем онсене. Удобное расположение (5 мин от жд станции и метро). Небольшие номера, но это харакетрно для всех японских гостиниц такого класса.
- Hardie (9/5): Great affordable hotel right next to a station. - The onsen was great, the location was awesome since it is next door to the cutest and most delicious cafe -Saison. We went 4 out of 5 mornings. I didn’t like that the queen beds were against the wall.

- Svetlana (7/5): Keine Empfehlung. - Die Lobby hat einen schönen Blick. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr freundlich. Außer der Lobby ist das Hotel sehr durchschnittlich und die Zimmereinrichtung ist veraltet. Die Zimmer sind klein und lieblos ausgestattet. Für den Preis würde ich das nächste Mal definitiv etwas anderes buchen.
- Karen (8/5): Great way to experience Tokyo - great location - close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Near the Meguro River, with a lovely walking trail. Staff was friendly and so helpful. We were able to leave luggage there for over a week, and transferred other luggage there for our return visit and there were no issues.

- Christopher (8/5): First trip to Tokyo and we were happy with the hotel. Location is not too touristy and is only a couple of stops from t - Good sized room for Tokyo and decent breakfast. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good but could do with a bit of variety as same food every day.

- 子靜 (10/5): - 在寸土寸金的東京 房間已經比很多地方都還要大 每天都會補水 離五反田車站超近 下雨天甚至不用走出室外就可以到 樓下就是超商 超市 頂樓還可以露天泡澡 真的很滿意～
- KENJI (8/5): 快適 - 設備に不具合あり客室変更となりましたが、丁寧に対応いただき問題ありませんでした。室内も広くてきれいで快適でした。 一つ残念だったのが大浴場です。夜遅い時間でしたが、かなりの悪臭で気持ちよく入浴できませんでした。足の強い匂いからくるものかと思いますが、難しい問題ですね。こまめな巡回と換気くらいしかないです。（ファブリーズも無理そうな匂いでした）

- Laura (6/5): - L'hôtel est propre et joli Nous avons été très déçus car les photos ne sont pas représentatives de la réalité. Nous nous attendions à hôtel haut de gamme et ce n'était pas le cas. Nous avons eu une minuscule chambre, les savons à disposition était de très mauvaise qualité (pour la première fois après 2 semaines au Japon) et aucun nécessaire disponible dans la chambre. Le Onsen en rooftop n'est pas du tout comme sur les photos. Il n'y a pas de vue sur la ville chez les femmes, nous sommes entre 4 murs. Chez les hommes oui mais les vitres sont teintés et on ne voit donc pas du tout la ville comme les photos le suggerent. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment mauvais et dans un restaurant très sale au rdc. Nous avions mis plus d'argent dans cet hôtel pour terminer notre voyage sur une bonne note, mais nous avons finalement bien plus apprécié nos chambres dans un love hôtel pour moins de la moitié du prix. Nous avons vraiment été bernés par les photos. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment mauvais et nous avons été très déçus.

- Tatsuzo (5/5): エレベーター問題 - 大浴場が良かった。 ロビーが上階にある上に 館内移動もエレベーターと共有する上に エレベーターの数と大きさも足りていない。 乗れない事も多く館内着で大浴場に移動する時も ロビーにスーツケースを持ったチェックインアウトの客と エレベーターの同乗という最悪のシチュエーション。 とにかくエレベーター問題にうんざりしました。 根本的に解決出来なさそうな設計の問題で、 この様な設計にした意味が全くわかりません。 申し訳無いですが 再訪する事はないと思います。 大阪のプレミアは あんなに快適なのにと 比べると残念でなりません。

We paid extra corvall - The soaking tubs and the breakfast It was advertised as having rooftop soaking tub with views but for the women’s baths, there was a wall and no view despite the picture online. It showed the men’s tub only.

- Barbara (9/5): Great location, kind staff, clean facilities - Pleasant stay and great location, just few steps from the train lines. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The facilities were consistently clean and well maintained. As someone with celiac disease, I also really appreciated the safe breakfast options.

- Boyan (9/5): - Heerlijk openbaar badhuis met buitenbad. Fijn terras in de lobby (op de 15e verdieping). De staf reageerde vriendelijk en adequaat op onze vragen. Dichtbij station Gotanda aan de yamanote lijn. Onze kleding kwam erg muf en stinkend uit de zelfbedieningswasserette. De staf heeft echter, zonder extra kosten de kleding voor ons gewassen en we kregen ze enkele uren later netjes opgevouwen terug.
