I loved my room , it is a shame that I don’t have meant fotos as ai was very busy, Also every details and the kitchen and the little tv room is very pleasant. But the most beautiful thing where the staff, the family ,they picked me up on the train station and made me feel safe all the time. Sarah who is the daughter of the family, she is amazing , she helped me to organise my next trip and explained very well everything in case of need. I am more than grateful with her and her beautiful family. It was my first time in this part of Milano , well recommended to stay. She made feel as the property name Amici del colle ❤️ I like everything, honestly ❤️

Easy to reach, some parking spots close to place (even one in front of the door if necessary). Pleasent stay with the payed price. Nothing particular for me.

• Buwei (7/5): The bedroom unbearably hot and uncomfortable to sleep in during extreme heat, no AC in the bedroom - Very nice staff, good location 45 mins away from Milan. The room is cleaning. Before my trip, I had checked the weather forecast for Italy and was aware that I would be experiencing extreme heat during my stay. For this reason, I specifically refine my search on Booking.com to only consider properties that list air conditioning in the room as an amenity, and I chose your accommodation based on that. However, upon arrival, I found that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom itself—only a single unit located in the living room. I believe this does not align with the information presented on the booking page. If the air conditioning in the living room had been sufficient to cool down my bedroom, I would not have raised any concerns. Unfortunately, since the living room is located downstairs, the cool air could not circulate effectively to the upper floor where my room was. As a result, the temperature in my bedroom on Sunday night became unbearably high. I was sweating just by lying in bed and could not fall asleep. Although I didn’t have a thermometer, I’m quite certain the room temperature reached around 34°C (I experienced such a hot night before due to the controlling system of my heating unit being broken). It wasn’t until around 5 a.m. that the temperature finally dropped enough for me to sleep without sweating. I understand that this situation was partly due to this year’s unusual extreme heat, but if the listing had specified that the air conditioning was only available in the living room, I could have made a more informed decision and avoided this uncomfortable experience altogether.

There is an air conditioner but it is in the kitchen. People will have to choose between privacy and cooler air at night. If a family book both rooms, there will be less issues.
