• Eda (9/5): - We booked two rooms for five people, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for an old European city like Rome. They were beautifully refurbished, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. There was also a snack and coffee bar located at the entrance to the rooms, which was very convenient for morning coffees and quick snacks. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

• nancy (10/5): Wonderful days in Rome and loved are stay at Charm. - Loved the location , just a short walk to Vatican City. Just across the street and you find yourself winding through those typical streets of Rome chock full of cafes! Nothing it was perfect. It is on a Main Street , but honestly it was pretty quiet at night . They have huge heavy windows with thick curtains so sleepy for us was never a problem.

There were many great restaurants throughout the alleys behind Pizza Navona. Staff were very helpful and it was very clean. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend it. Nothing. Far exceeded my expectations.
• William (8/5): Very accessible Fierenza location - Excellent location, good value, self service check in, overall easy access and comfortable. Could benefit from some simple maintenance: hairdryer overheated and stopped frequently during hair drying, towel hook fell out of the wall, bidet not aimed correctly, ceiling lights flickered somewhat and a/c worked but made unusual sounds audible throughout the night. None of these were deal breakers, but make this a 3 star rating instead of a 5 star rating.
• Debra (10/5): Loved our stay here in romes Charme. - We loved our stay at Charme 308. Beautiful large room overlooking Rome activity. Fun places to eat and shop just outside. A little elevator helped us up to our floor. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and fully equipped. There was a kitchen room a few doors down with snacks and tea and coffee. Loved it. We took a taxi here from the train station. The lady who greeted us was very thoughtful and she went out of her way to meet us early so we could store our luggage. Nothing.

• Victor (10/5): I highly recommend and loved the location - The room was spacious, nice bathroom, had 24 hr coffee bar and snacks, elevator, wonderful location with abundance of restaurants and cafes near by. The hallway was so quiet we hardly knew anyone else was here. The room was on busy street BUT the windows were double pane and noise level was low except for the ambulance or police sirens.

I can say that all the most important attractions are within a two kilometer walking distance, which is great for this city. Apartment is comfortable and light and not less important, bathroom is also spacey and spotless clean. Tatjana property manager responding instantly and willing to help. The staff recommended restaurants that were 2 minutes from the hotel and the food was amazing. Not a thing. Our only regret was we were there for a short time

The bathroom is very convenient, including a makeup mirror with lighting, a bidet, and towels that are changed every day. The room was also cleaned every day. You have your own iron, small fridge, hair dryer, and safe in the room. There is also an A/C. There is a common area with free snacks and tea/coffee which was very surprising. The staff was very nice, they checked us in early and explained everything we needed about the property and the area. Definitely recommend staying here, worth the money

The room was super comfortable with nice local views. One of the best cafes is within walking distance. It’s called Barnum. The staff were very pleasant. Nothing.
